Not perfect but soft, creamy & easy to blend 3.5⭐️
TL;DR: Soft, creamy texture makes it easy to blend and use, but will need to be set to minimize smudging. One of the better kohl liners to work with.
ABOUT MY EYES:
* Hooded; very oily lids
* Beginning to see more folds (or wrinkles!!) around outer corners

* Blends easily (those with oily lids should prime & set lids first)

Smudges really badly
Unfortunately it smudges really badly. I wore it 4 hrs ago on my waterline, it was so beautiful but within 3-4 hrs it began to smudge away from my waterline. I love Hungs work, I’m a huge fan but this is unfortunately not it for me. Will

It’s a No
I don’t usually write reviews, but I just feel like I have to for this. I got this with a Sephora favorites set and was excited to try it. This eyeliner is terrible. It smudges and goes all over the place. It didn’t last at all in the waterline and it transferred onto my lid crease as well. It’s just not good at all. Pass on this.

I got this in the Sephora set. Loved it for its pigment, creamy too. But one teary eye and it's over! No joke! It smudges like crazy and ruined the eye makeup 😭

I don’t understand how people like this or how it was in a Sephora favorites. Creamy? Yes. Smudges instantly and never sets? Also yes. Have you looking like a raccoon 30 min after applying? Also, also yes. Skip it ladies.

BEAUTIFUL COLORS BUT FADES VERY QUICKLY
Very pretty. It goes on smoothly and looks lovely at first. But the color fades so quickly that I cannot recommend this pencil. There are others that glide just as well in colors just as good that last all day. This is a no.

A perfect eye multitasker
I purchased Brown, and loved it so much I went back and bought the other shades. This product is incredible if you're drawn to a lived-in, minimal eye look. I like a soft, blended wing that elongates my eyes, and this is the BEST product I have found to accomplish that. Every color is so buttery soft, incredibly easy to work with, and if set with a translucent powder or eyeshadow, they do last all day. I would buy any color Hung puts out in the future, that's how good these are.

Really like the color and the texture is great, but it falls apart when you try to sharpen it. I was excited that the pencil would last a long time because it is quite long, but it's lost a lot of length with trying to no avail to get a sharp tip.

terrible. wanted to try a new liner and this one smudges abbsolutelz everywhere. i understand its kohl but ive had other kohl eyeliners that dont make my eyes like a mess. im asian too... as an asian artist he should make products that dont smudge horribly.

Every single day eye pencil
Pigmented, smooth and completely blendable without disappearing. This is my every single day pencil - this is at least my 4th purchase (and I’ve bought it as a gift for two makeup fans). Can’t be without it.

Extremely soft, smeary, and smudgy
It's a one star for me, but maybe if you can figure out how much to use and how to smudge it out and then set it, it could be ok. I didn't realize how soft it was, and tried it out with a fine line on the top lid. Within 30 minutes it was smeared all over my lid. I have to say it applied effortlessly, but that same softness ended in a mess on me.
If somehow you're looking for a liner to just do a really messy grungy smoky eye, this is probably perfect.
