How to Apply
01Use the matte shade along the top lash line to create your desired shape.
02Charlotte recommends pulling the outer corners upwards and outwards for a more lifted look.

Got this on Charlottes website when it launched & was only able to grab this color (every other shade was sold out) Honestly besides the green one which I just ordered, the maroon was my favorite. The color payoff is amazing and it complements my golden brown eyes. The price is a bit high but your getting two liners in one so it’s worth it. If you love colored liners, these are a must!

awesome for almond shaped, brown eyes!
I bought two! The blue one and this one and I do love it. It makes my eyes pop out, I have brown eyes and they stand out even more in the sun! No irritation at all, and I have almond eyes. It’s hard to find a good eyeliner because they always bleed out on the bottom but I’ve had no issue with this eyeliner. It’s smooth when applying as well. Love love it and I’m so happy to have found it!!

Smudge proof
Beautiful color, love it! Will not smear or come off very easily. Brings out my eye color, which I love. My husband says it makes my eyes look beautiful! Lol, he is so sweet.

Absolutely gorgeous! If you want something a little more fun but still subtle, this is an amazing buy. The pencil goes on creamy, and the metallic side actually looks metallic right away, no need to rub and pull at your eye. Very happy with this purchase!

It is not glittery like the promotional photos
Promotional photos of CT are always misleading. Super photoshopped to the level when you receive the product it’s underwhelming. It is metallic blue and not glittery blue. The matte side is darker than navy blue. Over all they stay for hours really good. Longevity is what I look for with my eyeliners. This eyeliner is creamy, glides easy and dries nicely that doesn’t budge. Also it is buildable. Expensive though for the product. Really? Eyeliners are $33 dollars now a days???

Disappointed...
This felt like it should have been a $5 eyeliner instead of a $35 one. The metallic formula was extremely chalky, there was a lot of fallout and it clumped at my eyelashes. The black side of the duo is a lot better however, the sizes are small for what you pay for. Do not recommend.
