Amazing as a concealer

The shade IV is a perfect match for me, it looks just like my skin color, so I use it under my eyes. I have deep-set eyes, and i almost always look like I didn't get enough sleep, with purpleish bags. Initially, I was impressed but now not so much. For 68$ it should work like a dream without a skin prep ritual. This reminds me of a lousy boyfriend who does just enough to keep and kicks it up a notch when you’re getting ready to kick them to the curb. I have been using for awhile and it’s clogs my pores around my chin and pools up on the sides of my nose. It also clings to dry patches around my chin. But in those days where it just sits perfect on the skin…it is a beautiful foundation....

Easy coverage, just looks bad on the forehead.

Love the coverage on my face-just not my forehead. Seems to really sit in lines and make them more obvious. However, on the rest of my face, it’s pretty nice.

I was very skeptical to try a stick foundation after using Chanel liquid for years but I am so glad I did. I love the WA line and decided to give this a try. Nice product but not great shade range

This is a lovely creamy product, but the shade range was too yellow for me. None of the shades worked, and I returned it for something half the price. In principle if you like warm tones, it's a beautiful product a beautiful product.

I like it?

I do like this product however trying to get the right skin prep combo for this to look great when first applied . It does look better at the end of the day than on first application. I am not sure if better then the Merit stick.

This foundation looks so good on and wears beautifully. If you're looking for your skin , but better it's absolutely worth every penny.

A holy grail product

Wow wow wow. I bought this a while ago and recently rediscovered it in my collection and WOW. This is such a beautiful finish. It’s a little Dewey so it’s perfect for dry skin but I think anyone can make it work with proper skin care. This is definitely a favorite of mine now. It’s pricey but worth it! It’s also travel friendly which is a plus! Very heavy, chic packaging

No color match for my skin

I love the way this product goes on my skin but it is very yellow for my pink undertones. The other colors make me look dead, they are so pale- why doesn’t she expand the color range? I can’t wear

Most complemented

My favorite foundation! I always get complements on my foundation when I wear this and get asked what foundation I use. It is medium coverage but buildable. Highly recommend I have tried other stick foundations but this is my favorite. I will say it does not blend/ glide as easy as I expected but I always use a good moisturizer before my prep

Needs more undertones

Not enough undertones!!! Switched to Dior because the shade match was so much better. Im a cool olive and the only olive undertones here are too dark for my skin. Some neutrals would be great. Expand the shade range please!!!!

Got this as a tester and glad I did. It feels like a really nice creamy smooth buildable formula. When I first put it on I thought it was quite nice but after two hours it was completely separating and sliding off my face. I do not recommend this product especially at the $90+ price point.

Pass on this one - better products in the range

I really wanted to love this product because I’m a fan of the entire brand. I needed something quick that I could throw on that took no thought. I got this to go over my tinted moisturizer when my rosacea is bad -but- it’s so good at why it does, I can use it in a pinch on light makeup days just on my cheeks + it blends so well into my skin it’s all I need as a base

Big ol’ miss for me

I bought this after see Wayne Goss’ review and loving other WA products. Wayne insists you must do skin prep and apply this foundation stick immediately (don’t let your creams/serum dry down). I’ve tried any which way and just don’t like the way this foundation wears.

Breakouts, Poor Performance, and Not Worth the Pri

I purchased this foundation for my wedding day and was really let down. As a makeup artist and bride-to-be, I found the stick format very impractical, it doesn’t blend as seamlessly as liquid, and because it’s buildable, you use up so much product that it would only last a few weeks. For the price, that makes it even less worth it. The performance was also disappointing. It broke me out after wearing it, and the finish lacked the smooth, blurred effect I was hoping for. New favorite foundation stick

I love this - it’s lightweight but has a good amount of coverage. It also has a natural look and isn’t cakey which I can’t stand in typical foundations.

FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT COLOR MATCH! I was hesitant to purchase this due to the price, but the color is perfect, and it blends into my skin seamlessly. The packaging gives it a luxurious feel, and the application is easy. It is such a creamy formula that you can blend with a brush, sponge, or just your fingers!

I didn’t want to love it, but

I have never had such a perfect shade match (III). I was scared the golden undertone would make me look yellow, but it just blends perfectly into my skin. I’m actually disappointed in myself that I love this. It blends like a dream and is buildable. Only downfall is I go through the product quickly.

Tried it originally as a sample and then bought full size and love the formula. It blurs skin well and has a hydrating glow without making you look oily.

Great formula but not cool undertone friendly

I thought it was just the shade I bought so I went back to the store and tried on the lighter shades but they all pulled extremely warm on me. I’m more of a neutral undertone but I lean cooler rather than warmer. The formula is great though, I just wish the shade range had other undertones that aren’t warm. I absolutely love the other WA products though!

Absolutely Incredible!

I think that with all the dewy viral routines people have forgotten was a satin finish looks/feels like in the skin. This is what this product will help achieve. It is a very smooth formula that feels luxurious. I set it with the Hourglass setting spray and it lasted me 12 hours looking intact. I’ve not found a product this good since the Chanel Cc Cream.

Just ehhh

I returned this. It’s really not worth the hefty price tag. It made my skin look dry and made my pores look large. It also became patchy throughout the day. I wouldn’t recommend this for dry skin.

Absolute perfection, but match the tone

I am squarely a shade 2 in depth and 0.5 in tone. The tone is absolutely key with this foundation regardless of the depth. Why? When it melts into the skin, because of its viscosity it will adapt and perform like it does on the celebrities you see in Gucci’s YouTube videos.

Not for acne oily skin

Absolutely beautiful finish and shade. Blended and applied like a dream. And then it broke my skin out really bad. I have oily and acne prone skin and this has coconut oil which is comedogenic, meaning it can clog pores and potentially worsen acne, especially for those with oily or acne-prone skin. I read the description carefully after buying it and so upset that they put coconut oil in it. Major fail.

Comedogenic and bad texture

This is absolutely sad because I’m a huge fan of Westman Atelier products…and I almost never leave 3 star review let alone 1 star. I use mostly WA products daily. Itches my skin!!!

The shade was beyond perfect, but wondered why my skin was itching! Turns out it was the coconut oil in the product oil! She doesn’t have it in her bronzer stick. I wish she would take it out of this!

Expensive, but soooo worth it!

Pricey, but soooo worth it. I'm super picky when it comes to foundation. I don’t like full-face coverage and prefer something I can blend seamlessly into my skin tone. Disappointing

The formula would just pill no matter what primer and powder I used to set it. Great color match and great feel application but I couldn’t make it work with me.

I have very dry skin. I love their Bronzer and blush sticks - they melt into your skin. This foundation did not sit on my skin or melt. It was cakey and drying.

Top shelf favorite

I just put it on the back of my hand and then apply with a sponge or brush. Looks so natural. It can settle a bit in my deeper lines, but sets just fine once lightly powdered. Absolutely a favorite.

Had the worst allergic reaction

Was excited to this product. I put it on only one side of my face. The entire side I tried it on broke out like crazy!!! I have sensitive skin but I’ve used many foundations and have never had such a reaction. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone!

Skin-like Finish

I’ve struggled to find a foundation that works for my skin for a long time. I’ve tried several different foundations and none of that sat right, usually enhancing dry spots. This foundation stick actually makes me look forward to doing my makeup, and with the right skin prep, it looks extremely skin-like, not cakey in the slightest. I got it in the shade N and was worried it might pull a little too yellow on my skin, but blended out in matches perfectly for pale neutral-toned skin.

It’s perfect!

Finally found the perfect one for my combo mature skin! I get a beautiful finish all day till I take it off at night. My only gripe is the small amount you get for the high price. But I can’t help it, it’s the best!

I got a free sample of this but it just doesn’t blend well at all and ends up being patchy on my skin so it looks super cakey without even adding other products. I’d recommend saving your money on this.

So many people get this product wrong

This is my favorite multi-functional product and I would only call it foundation in the literal sense that it is foundational. I do not use this like a traditional foundation product and do not think it was really designed to be applied that way. Instead I use it over a SPF, sometimes a skin tint, and just apply where I need coverage. I have FINALLY found my foundation match. (It figures that it’s the most expensive in the entire store, but worth it.) The coverage is perfect and so natural looking. My Christmas present to myself.

Beautiful stick foundation

I went through two tubes of this and love it. It blends well and has a great texture. However I think that you can get the same results for less money. I loved and and would definitely recommend!

Dissapointed

I purchased this on the recommendation of the Sephora Manager.I was told moisturizer or serum and not to use a primer. These shades are not inclusive and they turn orange. This foundation has little coverage, isn't buildable and it's definitely necessary to use a setting spray. I've used the WA foundation brush, a beauty blender and my clean fingertips. It definitely will settle into fine lines and wrinkles and transfers. Worst purchase ever

Pretty texture, good coverage

I have fair, textured (pores/scars), combination skin with bad rosacea…I wanted something with “clean” ingredients but less coverage than my normal go-to’s. Works best for me with setting powder and it’s more dewy than I’m used to but I like it and think it will last a long time!

Worth it!

I love this foundation. I hate that I love this foundation. The coverage is amazing, it wears really well for a long time, it does not settle into my pores, it feels good on the skin, and it blends easily. I dislike the price obviously.

Worth EVERY PENNY

I fear this is worth the money. It’s SO expensive but honestly, my skin has never looked better. It doesn’t cling to my dry patches or emphasize my texture. It’s very comfortable and feels like a second skin. Very easy to buff in with a brush and blends seamlessly. I’ll continue to buy this!

Natural, Satin Finish

I love this product! Your skin but better. It’s very easy to use. I go straight to the face with the stick, although Gucci uses one of her brushes to the stick, and then brushes on the product. I also used a brush, but I go from stick to face.

A treat in my routine!

This foundation is undetectable on my skin. It blends beautifully with a brush or fingers, and leaves a natural (radiant) medium coverage that lasts all day. (Can be sheered out to a lovely light coverage).

Not for the acne prone girlies

This foundation was beautiful upon first application but ended up terribly disappointing. First, it gave me HORRIBLE cystic acne. My bad for assuming that a makeup label of this caliber would make all of their products non-comedogenic - that is not the case here. Second, I bought the very lightest color (very fair with rose undertone) and the color is WAY too dark and yellow. I have cool toned skin and this was straight up yellow on me. This is by far the best foundation I’ve ever used. I didn’t want to love it as much as I do but it is genuine perfection. Easy and targeted application, fantastic coverage, blends so well and makes my skin look flawless for hours.

Gorgeous skin finish and good fair shades

Wayyyy better than I could have even hoped for. I loved the hourglass stick when it first came out but struggled with the shade range when I stopped tanning. I got 0.5 in this but honestly I might try "N" because I've been pretty pale. The coverage is light/medium which is perfect for me as I don't wear foundation often. I love the skin finish but I have to prep with HA so I'm not super dry.

I so want to love this foundation, but it’s a miss for me! I have purchased these sticks no less than 3 different times hoping to prove myself wrong, and each time I’ve been SO disappointed!! I baby my face, but I have some texture and minimal fine lines, and this just emphasizes every little issue. I have dry sensitive skin with some hormonal acne. This looked amazing on me and wore great throughout the day….but for the price I just can’t say this will be my favorite thing ever. Is it full coverage? Not even close. I had to go at my face a few times over with the stick until I had a full base. That being said, it lasted all day without me having to touch it up once. I found it easiest to work with using a fluffy brush.

Spot coverage, wrinkle-friendly, great concealer

It’s Not Worth The Money

I wanted to love this. Of course I did! For THIS price?! Full coverage? I would say no, unless you possibly build on it. By my biggest issue was that it didn’t really set, at least without multiple other products. I need to be able to touch my face and not have the entire layer wipe away. Sweating a lot and touching your face? It’s probably leaving. For this price, I expect excellence and this is not it.

The only stick I like

This is the first time I try a foundation stick that I like. Does not feel heavy, is glowy and hydrating. The color is a tiny bit yellow for my taste, but I can work with it. I bought this for a trip to avoid carrying liquids and I am pleased!

If you love Armani Luminus silk or Dior Airflash or Merit this one might be not for you! I find it really drying, emphasizing skin texture, and hard to work with.

Not for combo/dry areas

I debated for a while to purchase this one! Unfortunately, it completely fell apart in the areas of my combo skin where it’s super dry. Broke apart and looked terrible. On initial application it looked great but didn’t last.

Not cakey, not flakey! So far so good

I have dry, fair skin, a little bit of redness and am in my 30s. I’ve used this product for a few days and really like it so far. It glides on, and you will want to smooth it into your skin so it sits nicely. I’ve been searching for a new concealor since Laura Mercedes stopped making the secret concealor pots. I apply it after Clinique Moisture Surge 100 hour.

This is so expensive and I loved the way it looked in the store when I tested it, but whenever I wear it it like rolls off my skin. If I touch my face it like rolls into little clumps and comes off in my hands. I think it’s probably the wax base but it’s just really not worth the money. Go liquid, don’t waste your money on this.

I absolutely love this foundation stick and I have tried many. it looks super natural yet hides all my rosacea and little flaws without looking overdone. it's also gentle on my very sensitive and delicate skin. I think maybe most people are putting too much product in from reading others reviews.

This left a cake powder on my face that made me look older. I’ve never used makeup before but have rosacea and still dating and self conscious at 40. Staple

I’ve used II and III. I’ve repurchased both. I’m 46, no wrinkles but dry skin. I love this stuff, you apply a light and blend for medium coverage or heavy for full-coverage. I use over serum, moisturizer and/or sunscreen. I love it, looks smooth and creamy.

Tried every which way but Sunday

I am about to throw this away after having it for a few months and trying it with a brush, sponge, fingers, etc and still having poor results. It’s very dry and sticks to dry spots, goes directly into creases, and moves all over the place. I sort of hate it.

What a messy, gross, over priced disappointment

Huge disappointment esp for price. Emphasizes pores, looks good from far, far from good up close, TRANSFERS madly; onto clothes, pillows, tissues, anything you touch …poof! You’re getting stuff dirty. Made me horribly oily. Hate everything about it, short of the convenience of having a travel friendly foundation stick. To preface, I have dry skin— but mostly pretty clear with no blemishes. I have however noticed that this foundation/ concealer stick emphasizes a lot of texture on my skin that most products don’t. The product also tends to move if you don’t set it with powder, which sometimes I don’t enjoy doing because of my drier skin.

I held off on this for so long because of the negative reviews. They’re ridiculous. Buy it. It’s gorgeous, covers well, lasts all day. Gorgeous.

Could not make it look good

I wanted to love this but I couldn’t get it to look good no matter what application method I used. I have combination dry leaning skin. I properly moisturize and I don’t really have dry bits. This always looked dry and the color match was off. I really tried to make it work but ended up defeated and sent it back.

Heavy and not functional. Traces always stays on the skin and after 2hours, it dries and make wrinkles on the makeup! Not recommended it!

So excited to try this product

I am still not quite sold on this product. I do like it, just don't feel the sales girl geared me toward the right shade. Seems to light in color but it does have a nice finish, for the price point I think it could be better. Not so sure at this time if I will purchase again.

To say I was shocked at how little product there was for the price, is a complete understatement. I twisted the tube to find half a lipstick's worth of concealer. It's creamy, blendable and looks like skin. BUT - it will highlight every single dry patch and cling to it. I don't even have dry skin and yet this emphasized even the slightest bit of texture on my face. I took it with me to travel in hopes that it would be all I needed and it ended up not working out because of how much it emphasizes everything. The coverage is good, but the issue with this product is that my dry patches that I did not know existed got highlighted and it ended up looking cakey. Please get a sample and try it out before purchasing this - i really wished this product worked for me because the formulae seemed so creamy, it left my skin looking uneven. I tried many primers and did a thorough skin prep but its not for me. It might be best for skin that dont have these issues.

Great product

I do recommend going in person to match your skin tone. It took a couple of tries and I wound it with the right color for me. I plan on using this when I need touchups during the day or when traveling. 

Wish it was my shade

There is no cool and light shade so I bought light golden instead. For me it requires color correction and that means I don’t bother using it. The formula is decent and it’s sturdy in a makeup bag

I SO wanted to like this. I learned about it from a video of Jennifer Garner and I loves her lol. The texture and the color were nice, but wow this just sank into errrrything. Every pore, crease, line, flake, you name it even just trying to use it as a concealer. And on well prepped skin. Sadly, it was returned.

My everyday must have

I wear this foundation every day. It's breathable & looks like skin. It feels like I'm wearing skincare. Such a beautiful formulation & packaging. Huge fan of Westman Atelier complexion products.

Meh - returned it.

I returned it. I tried this for over a week and wanted to love it, but it's only "ok." It didn't last long and oxidized after about 4 hours.

I got the sample so I decided to get the full version but for $100 too little product I personally prefer other brands least they give enough products at indecent prices I won't recommend this foundation not worth $100 😔

Too matte for me

I am used to a liquid foundation. I watched several Gucci tutorials of her using the product and was excited to try it. I’ve been using Lancôme tinted moisturizer a few years now and wanted something new for more polished makeup days. One of My Favorites!

Love this foundation, just ran out and got online to purchase another. I have this in shades II and III. One of the only foundations I've used completely. This is so easy to use, not understanding the bad reviews. I'm 48, dryer skin with oily t-zone. I use a face oil before i use this foundation, and definitely exfoliate a few times per week. Even hours later, I love how my skin looks.

So disappointed with this… very pricey and doesn’t work with my dry skin, I prep very well with high quality products and still can’t get this to work. Makes my skin dry

Fave product, great for travel

My first foundation stick and I love it. I find it easy to apply and blend. I also love that it’s not a liquid so I can easily pack it in a carry on when I travel with no TSA issues and no threat of leaks. It’s buildable, but I think you’d have to be careful about heavy application. I find it stays all day but I do use power and a setting spray when I wear it. The stick lasts a lot longer than you expect which offsets the cost.

Disappointed

Really disappointed as i love Westman Atelier, I use all of the cream face products so i was super excited to add this one to my collection. Super drying and creases extremely easily. Cannot put powder over it or you will look like a mess!! It’s better for spot treatment, I will not be putting it under my eyes though. I still love westman atelier though!

Not for everyone

I've used this product for a couple months. I love the packaging. The coverage is decent. But man does this exacerbate my pores and lines. No matter how many primers or exfoliation, it looks like spackle.

CYSTIC ACNE - PORE CLOGGER

I sincerely wanted to love this foundation. As someone with combination, oily, acne, prone skin finding a foundation that lasts all day and does not give me cystic. Acne is hard. For the price, I would’ve hoped that I wouldn’t have broken out into a series of cysts on my cheeks due to the foundation. For almost $70 I am extremely disappointed, and would encourage nobody to spend your hard earned money on this.

First Foundation Stick And I Am Hooked

This is the first foundation stick I have ever tried, and I love it. I put it on after I moisturize and use an spf lotion/primer and it looks glowy and amazing. Wears really well for long work days and doesn’t look cakey or dry at all!!

It is a foundation that, despite having a stick shape, has a very emollient level that allows it to melt very well into the skin.

Nothing special

I went to Nordstrom to get shade matched before buying on sephora.com & glad I did, as I would not have selected correct shade. Regardless, there was nothing special about this stick foundation & I felt it clung to dry patches on skin. Hard pass on this!

Accentuated my pores.

I tried it with and without primer, and it accentuated my pores. The coverage was buildable, but felt cakey. I gave it 2 stars because the color was pretty good. I'll stay with my KVD Good Apple Foundation Balm.

I purchased this foundation (in 2 differentes shades) a while back, I've had tried so many ways to make it work.. serum, primer (clean ones ) moisturizer, hydrating mist , you name it! and it still looks patchy , cakey, dry, no coverage at all. Beautiful finish and lots of shades in a huge prof

I was searching for a stick concealer to keep at my desk and wanted to splurge on a luxury brand. This is more of a foundation consistency, despite its description as foundation and concealer. I also want to share that the luxury packaging is beautiful but it's huge. Way bigger than it needs to be. I'll keep my eye on Westman Atelier, but I much prefer thoughtful packaging that creates less waste, and, in this case, fits subtly in my desk caddy.

Absolite Favorite

This is my absolute favorite completion product. I use it most days somewhere on my face and a little bit goes a long way. It looks great all over the face or blends into skin if used for spot concealing. Is very skin-like and is perfect for no makeup makeup or glam.

My Perfect Shade, Soft Creamy Texture

Love love love the poreless coverage

Excellent coverage in a non-cakey way that DOESNT settle into pores. It feels very light, but actually covers and hides pores extremely well. Love the magnetic lid as well. Only negative was the fact that if I didn’t use the westman atelier setting powder and just dabbed some of this foundation on, it didn’t stay very long. The setting powder is a must for all day full coverage.

Amazing foundation but bad concealer

This is the first product I tried from this brand. As a foundation, it’s very beautiful. My skin look so smooth and the shade is a perfect match! Not to mention it last more than 8-10 hour wear. But unfortunately, it didn’t go well as an undereye concealer. Maybe it’s a me problem, because when I use it on the undereyes, it creases so bad and separates. So I avoid using it in that area. But for other parts on the face, this is one of the best—most skin-like foundation.

Light weight good coverage foundation

This is expensive but is my new fav summer foundation. It’s super soft, goes on buttery and has pretty good coverage. I have some acne scars and texture problems and this covered them pretty well. SssThis and the hourglass foundation are my favorite stick foundation.

It is comedogenic I always break out. I think that it is because of the squalane. Particularly if the squalane comes from olives. Took me a lot of product to figure this out. I may continue to use for special occasions. Sad.

Lovely, but needs a color correcting primer

This looks really beautiful with my Numbuzin tone up cream underneath. Alone, it isn’t as pore blurring or color correcting as I like. The Numbuzin smoothes out my color and is a great primer for this. I LOVE them together!

A must have in my routine

This goes on dewy does not settle into my fine lines and provides nearly full coverage. Also, it does not oxidize. I plan to try other products from this line. I use the urban decay all nighter concealer to spot conceal as necessary.

Bought this and the dewy foundation and was surprised to like this much better. I use it by spreading a small amount on the back of my hand blended with 1-2 drops of my face oil and I get the same dewy finish without the cooking oil smell that the liquid dewy foundation has. The packaging and magnetic cap are a great design touch - no worrying about the lid popping off in a make-up bag while you travel!

I loved it! I was concerned about the color match (I used the brand's foundation matching tool) but the color is a really good match to my winter shade at the moment (about NC30-35). It's sufficiently creamy to spread smoothly on my skin and doesn't feel or look dry. And I think it's not too creamy that I can't use it in the warmer months. Worth every single penny! I’ve never had a foundation blow me away like this. It melts into my skin and provides coverage, but doesn’t look cakey or break up during the day. I Don’t Regret Buying

I switched to this foundation when I didn’t like Patrick Ta’s new foundation. I wanted something on the go and that it wouldn’t break me out. I’m an acne prone skin girl, and let me tell you - my skin hasn’t broken out. It has medium coverage and it is buildable. I don’t mind my acne standing out, but it makes my skin looks so good. Crunch time is the best I have good looking skin in 2 minutes!

I have dry skin with a touch of rosacea and this has been my “holy grail” go to product. The most important thing is to find the correct color and use a stiffer brush. As for the product itself, I haven’t used a stick foundation in awhile now but I like using it like a concealer on days when I feel like I need extra coverage. It’s easily blendable with both a brush and coverage can be diffused out with a beauty sponge. I set it with some powder after and it seems to stay on for the work day.

I was not sure what to expect from this stick foundation. I have not tried anything from this brand before but I was pleasantly surprised. My skin but better!!!

This is a very beautiful light to medium coverage foundation. It leaves a natural skin like finish and doesn't settle into my fine lines or oxidize. Very light weight also and leaves my skin looking so glowy. I have really been enjoying it and the packaging itself is so sturdy and unique.

Pricey but awesome

I received this product as a free sample. It's really hard for me to find a perfect match in foundation. I usually go darker and off set with concealer. As you can see in the video, perfect and buildable coverage. The packaging is cute and it has a magnetic top. You don't get a lot in the tube for $68. Even in natural light (second vid) it was perfect and didn't pull a yellow or green undertone in the video.

I really liked this foundation. It has medium buildable coverage. I accidentally chose a shade that was too light for me for summer, but I think I will enjoy it more in the winter.

This foundation stick matches my tan skin tone perfectly and has one of those consistencies that blend in easily. Great Product

This product is great. The color is spot on and it looks so natural when applied. It's also light and airy and doesn't feel as if it's clogging my pores. My skin feels as if it can "breathe". The only thing I'm not a fan of is how difficult it can be to apply because of its thick consistency when applying directly from the tube. I would still recommend though.

I received the westman atelier vital skin foundation skin and was really excited to use it. Let me start by saying that the packaging is amazing. Flawless Application!

This is the most hydrating foundation stick that I’ve ever used. It’s at least 50% more hydrating than the Bobbi Brown foundation sticks. I love that it takes only a small amount to do a quick full-face application. It is easily blendable and holds up all day. Will keep this in my work week routine.

The shade I received is a tad bit darker than I am. It would work if I had a tan but I did try a look with it. I wore it around the house for the day. I liked the results I just need the right shade for me. I liked the creamy application. It’s a medium coverage. I liked that it doesn’t have a scent to it. So it didn’t irritate my face. I’ll buy the right shade and use it again.

Amazing foundation product

I received this Product from Influenster and loved it. The packaging is luxurious with a magnetic closing lid and the product is so creamy and smooth. Very easy to blend and build up to whatever coverage you desire and it lasts all day. Besides a few little touch ups, it stayed put.

Love love love this product. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is due to the amount of product in the tube. I love the formula so easy to blend. The shade I received was unfortunately too dark for my skin tone but on the bright side I’m able to use it as contour.

Buildable Natural Finish

I received this foundation from Influenster and I love it! My very first impression was the packaging. The packaging is very lux and the magnetic closure tops it off. The formula of the foundation is very buildable and natural looking. I took it for a wear test on a hot & humid day and the foundation held up without looking cakey. My replacement for naked urban decay!

This stick foundation is beyond better than I was expecting! Feels so light and velvety on my skin. Doesn’t feel cakey at all. The lid has a very strong sturdy magnet for easy closing the stick. The packaging is very luxurious, making you feel instantly good when you open the beautiful packaging. It GLIDES on your skin like butter, is super blendable and so easy to apply with other product. The Westman Atelier Vital Skin Foundation Stick comes in a few different shades. The packaging is premium and has a magnetic cap. A little goes a long way with the foundation. It is best lightly tapped on and buffed into the skin. It provides good coverage and benefits for the skin.

Did not work for me

The packaging is great. Very luxurious. But it didn't work well with my skin. I had dry patches in some areas and a texture even with a good moisturizer on a skin. Especially on the chin, nose and around nose and mouth. It showed as well every pore there. I cannot say it blended well not with a sponge, now with the brush, and It was easily dragged across my skin.

Nice finish.

I received this in return for my honest review of the product. This foundation has pretty nice and even coverage but I did find that it made the dry patches on my face more pronounced. It turned out better when applying it with my fingers as the body heat made it easier to spread. I definitely plan on giving it another go once I get rid of my two smaller dry patches but overall it lasted all day in 90 degree heat and to me, that's impressive.

buildable and satin finish

I struggle so much finding a foundation that matches; this one is pretty much perfect! It has light to medium coverage that is buildable. It is a satin finish foundation. I have to hydrate really well before I apply as it can stick to dry patches. Otherwise, it wears very well and is akin to skin, instead of heavy makeup.

Great high end foundation!

I received this foundation for free from Influenster to review. The packaging is impeccable. It has a very sturdy design with magnet closure. It feels very high end just to look at it and hold it. The foundation goes on very easily and blends out perfectly with a sponge or a brush. Like all stick foundations I think a brush gives a higher level of coverage. The color is nice and it wears nicely throughout the day.

Long lasting full coverage

Definitely full coverage and long lasting. I was surprised how much it actually blended/matched my summer complexion (a little deeper). Application is pretty smooth. Didn't dry out my skin or cause any irritation. Does stay put - need cleansing balm and a second cleanser to get it off.

Perfect for travel

Really well made product and packaging, the only reason for a four star is the texture which is nearly perfect just short of hydrating enough for my dry skin. This product is unbelievably convenient for travel though, the magnet in the packaging is really strong and won't come off in travel.

Great for Longwear

This is one of my new foundation favorites. It will last you all night. The only alarming thing is it seems like it won’t blend out, but once you get your brush/sponge moving it melts into the skin.

This is the first foundation stick that I’ve tried. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, it feels very luxe. As far as the product itself, I like that it’s buildable - it’s hard to make yourself look “cakey” with this foundation. However, I deducted a star because in the beginning, I found that at the end of the day it started to settle into my fine lines. I would recommend this to someone looking to splurge on a new foundation who likes more of a medium coverage (as less is more flattering).

Comfortable formula, limited shades

This foundation formula is very skin-like in appearance and feel. The color matched well and looked good throught the day. The packaging is AMAZING! My only drawback would be the shade range. This stick comes in about 20 colors and retails for $68. There are many less expensive brands with more shades. Mine was a good match, but I imagine many others not being so lucky.

I LOVE this foundation!! As someone who always uses drugstore, I can't even lie this product is worth it. It glides on my skin and gives me a medium skin finish coverage. It's buildable but never gets cakey. I recommend for all skin times, oily girls just be sure to set it.

Natural radiance!

I always thought stick foundations would be heavy and make my face super shiny (in a bad way) but this product proved me wrong! It has a beautiful natural, radiant finish and feels light on the skin. I think this foundation overall is great coverage and finish however I wish I did more for texture.

I am so impressed with this foundation stick. It applies smoothly and doesn’t leave a cakey texture on my skin. I was able to wear it for 12 hours with no issue. I loved that this product was very natural with a skin-like finish. It doesn’t smell and sets nicely on the skin. It’s not overly greasy or dewy. Smooth Finish

Wonderful foundation stick! It goes on so smoothly! Feels like butter and is oh so smooth! I’m so happy with it! The color is great too and blends nicely! I received this complementary but my reviews are honest.

I rarely use foundation sticks and appreciated the ease of use of this stick. It’s blendable with fingers or a damp beauty blender and layers nicely over sunscreen. The formula is creamy and medium coverage but did not irritate my rosacea or cause me to breakout. I used a setting powder and though the wear was ok, except for under my eyes. It’s a nice option for tossing in your purse or travel makeup bag, but not my top favorite foundation for the price.

great product with some disappointments

The product itself is lovely- a nice smooth light coverage foundation that is sheer but can build to a nice medium coverage without looking cakey. I myself was able to get a good match with just looking at shades online, however I am disappointed in the lack of shade diversity. The other disappointing thing is the price point for the amount of product. Yes, my face looks smooth and silky, but I think I can find comparable coverage with better color selection at a more reasonable price point.

Easy to use for beginners!

The product is a little heavy on my skin but overall its a good product. I love how the foundation stick is easy to use. It is also the perfect size for contouring and highlighting. The magnetic cap ensures that the product won't dry out. The products buildable which a liked and easily glides on my skin. Love the Foundation but Not so Great for Oily Skin

Overall the foundation was really easy to use and apply and I loved the natural but flawless appearance it gave my skin. I did also apply the same brand of setting powder but after a couple of hours I had shiny cheeks and a shiny forehead and when I patted those areas with my fingers I could see the oil on my fingers. I don’t wear stick foundation a lot, it often feels heavy. This one just melts into my skin without feeling heavy! It is like a magic potion that makes my skin look and feel better even after spending time outside in the humid Kentucky summer. If you can splurge a little, I definitely recommend this foundation!

Love this Easy to use Foundation Stick!

I used this foundation to give myself a flawless base for my pride festival look this year and I was not disappointed. I'm In Love!

This is such a beautiful foundation stick. It's creamy and buildable so it can be classified as full coverage. I typically wear my makeup for about 8-12 hours and I didnt have a problem with it wearing off so it gets an A+ in my book for longevity. I also love the packaging, it screams luxury! The only thing I didn't love is the foundation stick didn't come with a dust bag which could potentially be a problem if you carry makeup in your bag considering the top is magnetic.

I really like the application of this foundation stick. It glides on the skin without tugging. Also, it has a beautiful lightweight finish. However, this is not a long lasting foundation and provides light to medium coverage. When trying this stick foundation out on a hot summer day it did not hold up well. I've been using the Vital Skin Foundation Stick in Atelier IX and I really like the coverage I get. Blends really good and a little goes a long way. Does feel a little oily at first but once it sets it’s all good. Also love the packaging and the magnet top.

This is my new favorite foundation! This is the first stick foundation that I have used in years, and I'll switch to this product as my staple item in my makeup bag. I really wanted to like this

I really wanted to like this. I got the wrong shade but I still tried to make it work as it wasn’t off that bad. I just could not get it to blend well. I tried a brush and I tried a sponge and it just took to long for it to look the way I want it. Now my skin did look beautiful but the effort to get there was too much. I think stick foundations in general don’t mesh well with me.

Yes

I have tried this foundation several times and have loved using it. I got a darker shade to use it as a bronzer and it’s amazing. Application is easy and it blends very smoothly into my skin. The packing is great and feels high-end.

Pleasantly surprised

Best luxury foundation

OMG this is pricey but cover my skin nicely. Since I got this, I never touch my Armani foundation. It stays long , blend in my skin and not make my face oily after many hours. Super recommend this product. Easy to used, blend better with brush than sponge. Cap has magnetic on it, so easy to close too.

Super sad that the color wasn't a match. It's way too dark for me. I will have to use it as a contour. The consistency is nice. Lovely packaging.

Ohhh this product is adorable! I loved it! The color was a good color, I used it for user eyes and setting eye shadow and it worked perfectly!

I liked how this product first looked on my skin but by the end of the day it was very patchy around nose and chin. Very lightweight. I’d say light to medium coverage.

I wanted to love this product, but it doesn’t really do it for me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m not used to applying stick foundation or if it’a because the color wasn’t perfect. It also wasn’t creamy enough for me to get a smooth application. I love the packaging though, it has a great weight to it.

Beautiful

I’m not a fan of stick foundations, I received this as a free product to try from Influenster, the packaging and quality is beautiful, the coverage was a nice medium natural finish, I used a brush to apply and was happy with the result. The color was not a perfect match, but that my fault. I had minimal breakup of the product and I will keep using this for the summer months.

Packaging is beautiful

The first thing you notice about this product is the beautiful packaging. The packaging is absolutely beautiful. I love the magnetic top and the nude pink color. I believe the color I was sent was a bit too light for me HOWEVER it goes on nice, has great pigment and blends well. Great job with the packaging.

Easy to apply and build foundation

I was able to try this foundation stuck the past few months. It’s a great foundation for light to medium coverage. It was easy to apply and blend with a beauty blender or brush. I was able to build to extend coverage with it. It was long wear enough to make it through a 9 hour day of teaching. It did leave my skin feeling a bit oily after use but it could have just be something to do with my skin.

Nice package, good coverage

I love that this product is clean and vegan. It’s much heavier than the tinted moisturizer I typically use, which is great for coverage but for me feels heavy/greasy on the skin. The color I have will likely be a better match for me in the fall when I don’t have a tan, but does tend to lean a little yellow. The packaging is really nice, and I love that the cover is magnetic so you aren’t going to lose it if it gets thrown in your bag! Overall definitely worth a try!

Not quite olive

This product is incredibly skin like, but if you use a bit too much it gets creasy fast. Also this “olive” isn’t a dior amazing olive, it’s a very very leaning yellow olive. That’s why it did not get 5 stars from me.

Great foundation

Great foundation! I really like that this product is simple to use. Not having to deal with liquid foundation is great. This product blends well and covers surprisingly well. It isn't the longest wearing foundation that I have tried, but it does have staying power. I would recommend this to those looking for a light to medium coverage foundation.

Great for Travel!

This foundation stick is very luxurious, feeling velvety but not too thick. Great natural looking coverage, and great for travel since it’s not a liquid but doesn’t dry your face out! Easily blendable, I used it with a little bronzer and finishing powder for a natural easy look.

Beautiful foundation, tough to apply

So let's start with the fact that this is a gorgeous product. The finish is very natural and it lasts all day. The undertone is a wee bit yellow, but it works once I apply bronzer. The magnetic cap is amazing too. My only negative is that it is hard to apply to skin. I have normal skin and I either need to add setting spray or basically scrape my brush across my face to get it to spread around. Glides smoothly

I love the packaging and the magnetic lids! It’s simply amazing. Very easy to apply and very creamy. It has low coverage and smells like coconut oil. Coconut oil is comedogenic and may cause acne for people with acne prone skin. However, I do believe it’s light weight and works well for daily use.

Pretty good!

This shade was a tad bit dark for me so I used it for a contour shade. It applied very nicely and blended very well. I would definitely purchase this in my correct shade.

Not for me

This foundation didn't work for me. Unfortunately it clung to some small dry patches on my forehead. I tried it twice and moisturized beforhand...maybe the one I got was dried out? Not really sure.

Creamy, good coverage foundation

My favorite thing about this foundation is the coverage. It did a really nice job of covering up my dark circles. It also gives my skin a nice glow. My least favorite thing about it was how it separated on my skin in some areas. I’m not sure if it’s my oily skin, or the foundation itself. The cream does feel a but heavier than what I’m used to in a cream foundation. I did receive this complimentary for review purposes.

For reference I am very pale and neutral. I am fair neutral in Tarte, N1 in Nudestix. This was nice. I'd call it a soft matte. It was definitely matte but a skin like matte not a drying matte. Love this! I wore this to my baby shower, in June, in Louisiana, where I was 9 months pregnant and sweating and it looked just as flawless at the beginning of the day as it did at the end. I love the stick form since I feel like I can really target the areas where I need more coverage and let my skin come through for a really natural look. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the price but I do think it’s worth the investment!
