The Prettiest Pink Flush

The cream formula is easy to apply and blend, and it gives my skin a really pretty, natural glow. I’ve worn it on bare skin and over foundation and it lasts well either way. I also like that the formula includes skincare ingredients like hyaluronic acid. It feels comfortable on my skin, which makes it even better for everyday wear.

I really love Yves Laurent and the package is very luxurious and beautifully made. I was so excited to receive and try. I received the blush Make me Blush. The color is so beautiful. A mauve color that can be used as well as a gloss. I swatched the blush and the color pay off was just not has pigmented as I wish it would be. You can possibly layer it to get the coverage wanted but as a girl with combo skin that would not be great. I will reuse as a under blush to use under my powder blush.

I got the red shade, and although it is meant for darker skin tones, I think I made it work very well with my pale complexion. This blush is super creamy and smooth and feels very cushiony on the skin. The pigment is sheer at first but is most definitely buildable. Bright, Buildable Color

I tried the YSL Make Me Blush cream blush is the shade Peachy Nude. When I first opened the package, I noticed that the compact it came in had a bit of weight to it. The mirror is pretty small, but I really like the magnetic closure. The blush itself looked really bright, but it blended out easily when I applied it to my cheeks. I found it buildable as well. As with most cream blushes, the staying power was ok but not great. I would definitely get other shades from this line though.

Creamy, subtle natural glow

This is a really lovely sheer, buildable cream blush. It’s very subtle on its own, though nice for a glowy, natural no-makeup look. Or layer-able with other blushes. This color is a little bronzy so I like it over a more pink blush for a sun-kissed glow. But my favorite application is on my eyelids as a shadow replacement. I bring it onto my temples and brow bone but it just gives enough coverage and color to be natural but better for days when I’m just doing a little makeup.

Hot Mauve is the color for me as it gives me the perfect, sun-kissed glow. It comes in the most beautiful compact that makes you wish you could leave it out for everyone to see. A little goes a long way

I also purchased rosey mauve and have to say both shades are perfect. I’m a medium warm olive so it’s hard to find a mauve that’s not too pink and rosey mauve is great. Toffee temptation is going to be my perfect everyday shade moving into fall. I saw a review that said these stay sticky, but for me they dried down perfectly soft and not sticky (also a bit of dehydrated skin over here).
