Color is totally different
The shade Love Drunk is completely different from the swatches and photos online. It’s described as a peachy pink but is much more mauve in person. I’m extremely disappointed.

Very disappointing
The photoshop on the pictures of these is almost offensive. I bought the shade Love drunk and it is not even close to the pink shown in the picture. It is more a mauve shade not even pinkish. For $44 CAD and “years in the making” you would expect something heavy and well thought packed.
It is beyond ridiculous how they laugh on our face with this collection. I have the old MJ makeup products and he would always come out with heavy, sophisticated packaging this believe me it is cheap...

Moisturizing and balmy, gentle red
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I tried on On Red and it's a lovely color. I'd call it a watermelon red, not too strong and and an easy everyday wear red. Incredible lipstick

Disappointed

Boooo. Nothing like OG Marc Jacobs. The lip color looks nothing like the photo, and the formula is nothing special that justifies $32 a bullet. I'm so bummed. I waited SO long for this and I'm very disappointed. Very underwhelmed.

Smudges easily
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Packaging is cute but the actual lipstick had all these clear bumps I had to google if it was mold. Google says it’s fat separation. The lipstick has a strong chemical scent and taste. It smears and smudges easily. The color is supposed to be mauve but it’s a dark berry color.

The packaging is attractive, which was the primary reason I purchased it. The lipstick performs well and is buildable, though testing shades in the store is advisable. The cap is the main concern; it repeatedly comes apart and may cause a mess in a bag, undermining any premium impression.
