Stops working
This lip oil is amazing but after a few uses, the applicator stops working. You squeeze it and nothing comes out, even if there is product left.

Horrible cheap defective packaging
The product itself I initially liked, that's If you can dispense it. It is made with thin flimsy cheap plastic. After a few uses it stops dispensing product, doesn't matter how hard you squeeze, nothing will come out.I have never had an expensive lip product perform this bad. These should be recalled and not sold due to it being a widely reported issue. I'm going to have to cut it open and repot it to get my moneys worth out of it. Do not buy this. Applicator Issue
Love the gloss and strawberry scent, but like the other reviews, the applicator has an issue! I thought it was just me. The gloss is still full, but the hole is somehow blocked after a few uses. Have to apply so much pressure then it's a mess.

Please fix the application issue
I love the product and i would love to repurchase but after a few uses i am unable to squeeze out the product. It refuses to dispense. Its half full and i cant use it anymore. It is a bummer

Applicator Malfunction
I love rhe scent and look of this gloss, but so disappointed that with over half of the tube still full the applicator will not dispense any gloss no matter the amount of pressure used to squeeze the floss out!

Don’t believe the hype
I was underwhelmed with the product in general due to problematic packaging, lack of tint and no PH chemistry as it claims. After using this product about a month the dispenser stopped working. Because of the new Sephora return policy implemented this spring, I could not even get a credit or exchange. Sephora, why do you continue to increase your prices but decrease customer satisfaction?

Air stuck in product, gloss not coming out
Terrible packaging, air is stuck in the product and nothing is coming out after using it for 1 month. I love this gloss but this is the second one I have bought that has done this. Doesn’t matter how hard I squeeze 😭

Poorly designed, cheap plastic tube
I will never purchase any products from this brand again. I wasn't even a quarter of the way into the tube when it started to malfunction. The product would get stuck and worse would push out too much product when it finally did come out. I contacted their customer service they did not care about making things right.

Wanted to love it...
I am obsessed with the scent and feel of this lip oil, but as others have stated the tube stops dispensing product about halfway through. I have bought two of these and both have ended up exploding and making a huge mess, and wasting the product. I would love to repurchase if they would fix the applicator/tube issue. If not for this issue I would give it 5 stars.

Not impressed
I did like the gloss, but mine got clogged halfway through the tube and couldn't get anything out. The company would not make replace it so will NOT buy again. It's a defect as I am seeing from other reviews.
