Better than Allnighter (more glowy and holds makeup better), it smells nice and the mist is very fine. Nars has a similar finish but the mist is not as good. Will buy this again and again, I am done searching for a setting spray!

Perfect Setting Spray

Does exactly what Charlotte claims - it’s wonderful at setting makeup (and hair hahaha) and helps it all stay put for a really long time. It also has a wonderful scent, to boot! Plus it’s alcohol and oil free?!?? With a natural finish?!??!? Amazing… I’m always joking and saying that this is Botox in a spray bottle, because it’s really hard to move your face with this on. It’s simply a beautiful product that’s worth every penny.

This setting spray is just okay for me. At first, it makes my skin look beautiful and glowing after application, but after a few hours my makeup is coming off. Don’t think I’ll be repurchasing.

At this point, and after trying a fair amount of setting sprays, this is the only setting spray I will ever use, recommend, and spend and arm an a leg to purchase! Its perfect!!! The BEST setting spray I have ever used! I use it and my makeup stays on all day with no issues. I have used other setting sprays and my makeup will come off. This one tho, is hands down my go to when I do my makeup once in awhile.

Not the best

This setting spray kept my makeup in place which I guess is what it's supposed to do. The reasons I don't like it are it always made my makeup oxidize to a reddish orange color and I always ended up shinier at the end of the day than if I didn't use any setting spray at all.

Great working spray

This product works great. After using it over top foundation, and especially on incredibly humid days that we have been experiencing, the foundation maintained the same consistency on my face like when it was first applied with no smudging or melting-appearance by the end of the day! I was skeptical bc this is the first setting spray I’ve tried in over 4 years. Urban Decay All Nighter was my holy grail for years. Boy I had no clue what I was missing out on with this spray. As a long time setting spray user I didn’t think a new setting spray could be that different but this product is wow, not only does it lock makeup in place it somehow makes it look better. I bought the travel size of this setting spray to test it out on my skin. I liked it but will be trying out other brands. I have very dry skin so if my make up is creased somewhere the spray definitely emphasizes it since it's matte setting spray. However I think this is a really good setting spray, it does set up your make up well and keeps it together for hours. I also would spray it on my face during the day before doing any touchups and it worked well.

To start, I have super sensitive skin. Borderline acne prone and rosacea! I was nervous to use a setting spray, but this one blew me away! Felt firming, but not sticky. I have been using this for past 7 months. I bought the jumbo size in black friday sale last year. Honestly i don't understand reviews and hype related to Charlotte tilburry products. I used this setting spray and the flawless airbrush compact powder. I have combination skin. The spray doesn't extend the wear of my makeup as long as it claims. I use este lauder double wear or it cosmetics cc cream. It makes my skin feel so tight and dry yet their is oil on face so probably dehydrating my face...

I have use this setting spray for years. It’s my favorite, keeps my makeup in place, not glow and not matte. The smell is so good and the reason of the four stars is the price, a little bit pricey but it’s a good product.

faulty spraying nozzle

i love this product but despite the bottle being half full, the spray nozzle thing won’t let the product go out… i went in store and asked to exchange it since i wanted to be able to actually use this product, and they said no. I am very unhappy with the service at the location, and want a replacement product as compensation.

Holy grail for all day wear

Worked until it didn't

I had a trial size of this and I was absolutely obsessed with how it made my makeup looked, my makeup stayed put all night. Unfortunately when I took my makeup off I had small bumps all over my face so my skin didn't agree with one of the ingredients. Unfortunately it took well ovwr a week for it to go away. If you don't have sensitive or acne prone skin you will absolutely love this!!

Not for oily skin

Decided to give this a try along with the One size setting spray because I saw a lot of reviews saying to try both for oily skin. For me, it does not work well with my oily skin. After 3 hours my makeup is transferring and for the price I feel it should be a little better.

Smells like grape medicine. I am not sensitive to smells at all but the scent of this makes the product almost unusable for me. Additionally, it leaves a weird, dry film feeling after I apply it. Doesn’t hold as well as the urban decay alll nighter

Despite shaking the product -I still found it drying in Florida/Minnesota Climates. The mist was lovely and fine as advertised but the product itself did not mix well with my Dior foundation and combo skin.

Good, a little overhyped

I bought this because I had heard so many great things but I am not sure yet if it’s living up to the hype. When I put it on over my makeup I noticed that it causes my eye makeup to smudge and spread so I have started using it over my face before doing the eyes. It does look good on the skin I’m just not sure it’s as amazing as I have heard and it’s quite pricey. It could just be me though as I have not used many setting sprays

Maybe it’s just me but I can’t help but feel like this spray has been watered down. My makeup used to last all day. But I put this on the morning and by the time I get off work my skin looks so oily and my makeup looks like it needs redone. I don’t remember having that issue with this before. I bought a mini version of this setting spray a few months ago and loved it so much I bought the full size. You need to spray a good amount for it to actually work but it does a really good at melting the powders into my face and making my makeup last!

this is alot bigger of a bottle than I thought it was going to be. it is a great value since the Charlotte Tilbury products are great but really pricey. the spray is refreshing and works great. my makeup stays on all day and it helps it to look flawless.. I have bigger pores and aging skin and this seems to blur it and make it look younger. I hope they keep this mini cause it helps keep the priducts accessible to more people. Definitely would recommend this charlotte tilbury setting spray

I love this product. I normally have dry skin so with makeup after baking if it looks dry…this spray will instantly hydrate it just enough for it not to look dry neither oily

It's definitely one of the better setting sprays out there. For me, who runs hot, it didn't work great while I was outdoors in the sun or hussling indoors.

Leaves the most natural finish. Not "dewy" and not "matte" maybe more satin? It keeps my makeup on most of the day but more importantly it helps to meld the makeup to my skin and make it look seamless. Very mild scent too, almost unnoticeable and fresh, not obnoxious imo

I would not recommend the setting spray

I read so much hype about this setting spray then I bought a full bottle of it, and it really didn't set my makeup or reduce shine it really honestly just seems like pure water even though I'm sure that it's not. not a top notch setting spray in my opinion whatsoever and I will never purchase this again. didn't set my makeup and it just doesn't work well for me.

Overrated....and the smell!

I wanted to dip my toes into the Charlotte Tilbury world and started with the setting spray. Not for me! It smells like roses and the scent lasts all day - it is very overpowering. The only thing that doesn't last all day is the setting power. Makes my makeup spotty. I've tried it several times with the same result. I know people love this stuff, but it didn't work for me. I find it very overrated and pricey.

Hairspray

I received a small version of this in my Sephora bday gift. In my opinion, this spray smells and feels like hairspray on my face. It definitely won't take the place of my All Nighter!

i switched from the urban decay all-nighter setting spray to this recently, and i wish i had sooner! it holds makeup as well as any other well-reviewed setting spray, but also creates that "melting' effect with any powders or easily-cakey products i have on. this adds a truly airbrushed look. i also found that when i applied powder over the urban decay, it would look super cakey; this one definitely does not create as bad of a cakey look when i do that.

I have bought around three bottles of this setting spray. I am obsessed with it. It makes my skin look flawless and makeup melt into my face. Although it is not transfer proof which is a bummer but it will be hard to beat with another setting spray in my opinion and I’ve used spot

I honestly really like this spray and have repurchased multiple times! I have extremely oily skin, and with help of proper skin prep, this spray helps keep my makeup in place for a good 8 hours. The scent is really nice, and the actual mist is super fine. I'm only giving it 4 stars because in extreme conditions (heat, sweat, etc) I find that it doesn't hold my makeup to my face quite as well. But this paired with the One Size setting spray? Game changer for my oily friends!

it's giving... nothing

I have tried this setting spray twice now... NOT WORTH IT. It's so expensive and for what. for the price this needed to last at least a double shift at my serving job, couldn't even handle a Wednesday morning shift. I wanted to like it but it's just not good. the milk hydro grip setting spray is so much better. this dried out my eye area when applied all over the face, my pet peeve tbh. it's just so blah and below average especially for the price. and you go through it extremely fast too

I LOVE CHARLOTTE TILBURY PRODUCTS. THIS one however, was not it for me. I did a patch test just to see bc I have acne prone oily skin. After 10 minutes I broke out literally everywhere I sprayed. I'm probably allergic..?.. But yeah I'm sad this one didn't work out for me.

This is perfect for people with dry skin. I have kind of a combination of dry and oily so this isn’t the best because I find I always have to pair it with powder or I look like a glazed donut. BUT I love love love this setting spray and I love the smell too it’s just a bit pricey so if you like this i’d recommend the elf setting spray

I think this product is so overhyped. Urban Decay All Nighter is way better and lasts way longer. You have to use more mist from this to set your face. It does the job, but takes more & the product is already expensive. Don’t waste your money.

Don't enjoy the smell, however this product is amazing for me. Used it over my makeup and took a very long nap. Woke up with my makeup perfect, nothing budged even my blush and highlighter, eyeliner too. I also like to use it to do my brows,, spray an angled brush and dip into powder.

The Best Setting Spray Ever

I put off buying for SO long because I doubted it would live up to the hype. Tested it one day at Sephora though, and after it seemed to work pretty well at the store, I bought a bottle and I am SO shocked. It's actually that good! It keeps my makeup in place all day, and it DRASTICALLY cuts down on creasing. I'm actually happy with my under eyes for once in my life lol. just an okay spray

i personally only use setting spray to blend (instead of using water) i don't use it to actually set at the very end.. i just don't like the feeling of wetness after i just completed my whole makeup. honestly, this setting spray is just okay. i personally would like a more sticky setting spray and i think i might even like walmart brand setting spray better for the price! but it seems to work pretty good for others, so i would still recommend.

Love this so freaking much. Although I don't actually do a full face of makeup, it sets my face so nicely and hydrates it even. I have incredibly dry and acne prone skin and makes my face feel so nice

It's okay

Lasts about 8 hours on my oily skin which is nice. Either I got a bad batch but I couldn't not handle the smell...smells like vomit after drinking a bunch of adios's.

I've been a long-time UD setting spray user. It's the OG of all setting sprays.I decided to try something new and tried this and O/S. I love both, but like this one better. My makeup stays on all day, but it also looks flawless! It really does blur my pores and smells nice. I usually only use setting sprays on special occasions where I want my makeup to last all day. I'm using this as part of my daily make-up routine now. I'm a fan!

Love this setting spray. The finish is beautiful! I will say if you use a lot of heavy creamy products, you will still have some transferring if anything touches your face. BUT if you let your foundation dry in good and use setting powder, your makeup will last all day!

Holy Grail

I finally figured it out. I have tried a lot of setting sprays. This by far is the best. I do still have transfer, but not as much. I wear glasses and my glasses move my makeup. This helps my makeup to stay in place. I use Milk Hydrogrip as the primer.

I saw all the hype about how airbrushed it makes your makeup look. Didn’t really see that effect when I used it… for the price, I was expecting more.

Does not disappoint!

Very happy with it! Usually I use urban decay setting spray but decided to give this a shot. It smells and feels amazing. Works just as well the all nighter, I could go either way.
