This is a GREAT basic, small, no nonsense palette. The shades are easy to work with and blend well. You can do a subtle no-makeup look or something a bit more sultry. They’re a creamy matte formula, and as someone who has owned and been critical of other Charlotte eyeshadows, this seems to be a big improvement on past formulas. They’re not shimmery or glittery, but have a hint of...something, almost like a demi-matte finish. I’ve tried them with both my fingers and a brush and it works well...

very nice basic palette

I love CT, her eyeshadow formula is my favorite and I was so excited the came out with a basic nude palette. I love it. The shades are easy to blend and put on. Very buildable. The black does not go on pure black, you can build it up so it’s easier and quicker to blend. If you love the CT eyeshadow formula, definitely get this. Great basic palette.

Lacks Versatility

I find it difficult the do a full look with this as there isn't enough depths with the mattes, except for the black shadow that feels kind of randomly thrown in and is a bit patchy. For a 6-pan palette has too many light medium shades of beige. Formula is pretty unremarkable as well, especially for the price.

The palette I've been searching for

I have small, hooded-eyes and have fair skin. I have been Rouge but the past year, I have been looking for "staple" products. The swatches are two-three dips into products. In reality, the product is somewhat sheer-to-buildable and the first swatch almost had a slight sparkle. However, on the eyes, these are fully matte. Being cool-tone with blue eyes, I found the date night look, was my daytime look/everyday without the use of the black and the day time look I would use to glam up or use...

Expensive but Pretty

This palette was really easy to work with. The shadows blend very nice on the eye and and I don’t feel like I had to try hard to make the look come together. I love how tiny it is and that there is a mix of basic warm and cool shades. The black could be more pigmented, but I just wanted a high quality palette for every day use under my glasses so it doesn’t bother me too much. It is definitely expensive for what it is, but I just really like the way my eyes look when I use these shadows.

This one surprised me!

When I first saw photos of this online I didn’t think anything of this palette. Seeing it in person and seeing the beautiful creamy like texture is a whole different story. I didn’t think it would show up on my tan skin but I was proved wrong, these layer smoothly and you can go from a daytime to Smokey dramatic really fast. I would compare the mattes to be similar to her Holiday Icon palette, the 2 creamy mattes in that one are more similar to this palette. I would imagine this palette...

cream to powder heaven

I love this palette. It is cream to powder formula. It is basic but this is exactly my kind of palette. The day trio is on the warm side, and the date trio is cool toned. It is a perfect every day palette, perfect travel palette. It stayed on all day. Because it is cream to powder it does have a tiny sheen in my opinion, but it doesn't take away from how good it looks. The formula is creamy, blends amazing. It is pigmented in my opinion, but it doesn't pack a punch from first touch, so it is...

Not what I expected....

This palette is a mini! Nowhere in the description does it let you know that unless you read the box or look to see each pan holds .04 instead of .18 of product that the quad palette holds. The “matte” has a glitter-like sparkle to the colors and, unlike the photo, the day look prime and enhance colors are so close to the same color in the palette and on my lids that I can’t tell the difference. I love the exaggereyes palette and wanted one that was all matte but this isn’t it!

BUYER BEWARE!

I was looking forward to this palette but I am so disappointed. “Easy” is a flat-out lie. This formula is incredibly hard to work with and I worked as a makeup artist for years—so I am no novice. The black shade is practically unusable because of how impossible it is to blend. The other shades are just okay. Is it possible to make a nice eye look with this palette? Sure. But at this price tag, the shades should practically blend themselves and that is far from the truth. The name is so...

Difficult to Blend - but long lasting.

does not blend easy. it is awkward to use, feels like an overpriced cheap drugstore eyeshadow. I was looking for a compact everyday easy to use selection and the colors looked perfect, but i feel disappointed. this pallet is probably one of the most difficult & time-consuming pallets I own. I have to spend so much time to make it not look so weird. Not worth the price. I do not recommend.

I was so disappointed when I open my box and found this small pallet of eye color. It looks like a mini but not worth $62.,I will be returning this to Sephora. They should be ashamed selling this for $62.
