Charlotte Tilbury lied. These tingle first with the menthol then hit you with the peppery burn. It is not comfortable plumping technology like she says and it did not go away until 10 mins after taking it off. The colors are kinda nice but they're kinda messy with a weird shaped applicator. So disappointing.

I so wanted to love this product but found it leaks constantly. There’s more product in the lid and applicator top than in the bottle. For the price I wasn’t expecting such poor quality. I reached out to CT for support but their suggestion was to contact Sephora for help

Bad packaging
This is a decent gloss. Nothing amazing. What I don’t like is the packaging. Mine constantly ‘leaks’. There is always a little gunk around the wand, even after I thoroughly clean it. I don’t want to keep it in my purse because it gets on everything. Doesn’t matter how often I clean it, it still ends up seeping out around cap.

strawberry chocolate is one of the most beautiful glosses i’ve ever tried. it’s the perfect milky pink and the shimmer just adds to the shine! it definitely is a pretty intense plumping/ spicy sensation, but it works - my lips look like i got filler when i wear this. charlotte please keep this color!!

not like picture
i was expecting this to be a pretty pink shade except it just looked like a regular gloss had no pigment at all. i had high hopes for this. otherwise doent feel like a burning sensation more like ur putting toothpaste on your lips.

Leaks everywhere!!
Leaks everywhere. Nice lipgloss but I can’t take it anywhere. Even when I put the lid back on product is squeezed out. Ruined one of my nice bags by having this inside.

This is literally a clear lip gloss. There’s just a tiny bit of glitter, otherwise there’s absolutely no pigment.

Leaks everywhere
As a professional makeup artist, this is by far my most-used lip gloss product. However, it’s incredibly disappointing that I have to keep removing it from my professional makeup kit because it consistently leaks. I’m constantly losing product, which is both wasteful and frustrating. Please consider redesigning the packaging to prevent leakage and make it more secure for professional use. The product itself is a favorite, but the packaging really needs improvement!

Best Plumping Lip Gloss Ever
I love a plumping lip gloss and I've tried them all. This Big Lip Plumpgasm is my absolute favorite. It's pricy but worth it.
