Eye Love You Clean Kôhl Eyeliner Pencil

I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately it just isn’t easy to work with and it smudges throughout the day. I use it as an eye shadow to define my outer eye corners so it’s not a total waste of money. But not what I wanted out of an eyeliner

I LOVE this eyeliner!

I can't believe the negative reviews - I absolutely love this. It goes on so smoothly, smudges beautifully, and lasts all day. And the brown is a beautiful shade.

Not so smooth

It doesn’t glide on smooth. It just doesn’t. Doesn’t last long, either, before it starts to smudge on its own. The color is great- I do have to use a brush or my nail to help create my cat eye look. Will not purchase again but wanted to give it a try.

Perfect for a lived in look

This is a great eyeliner if you’re going for a lived in look or want to do soft smudged liner. The pencil itself has a nice formula that leaves the texture feeling very soft and smooth. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to do sharp eyeliner but it’s great for smoky style if that’s what you’re going for. I always use it on my waterline and it lasts all day.

Works great!

This works great as an eyeliner pencil. It lasts and does the job perfectly. Other reviews criticize how it performs on other parts of the eye which may be areas for which it’s not intended. As an eyeliner it’s perfect!!

Smudging and fallout

I’ve used eyeliner for nearly two decades and have never experienced smudging/fallout like this before. I will apply the eyeliner to my top eyelid and see fallout before I’ve even had a chance to apply mascara or setting spray. I would give it another star for a smooth glide, but the consistently bad results are not worth the higher price vs. drugstore options.

Not worth the money

It’s soft and the color is intense and that’s all it’s got going for it. It smudges and stains my under eye area SO bad that it’s just ridiculous. I only apply it on my upper lid and an hour later it’s all over the place - under eye, in the creases, crazy panda-eye. Even after cleaning the mess up with a Q-tip, a little later it’s all smudged again. Looks messy, I’ve used it twice now and it is so horrible, I honestly want to throw it away. Definitely not worth the price. I regret buying...

Great Glide and Clean!!!

I have very sensitive eyes and this pencil is perfect for me. It glides smoothly and can be built up for an evening look. I’ve tried so many lines of pencils and this is My new fave!

I saw this on tiktok and decided to buy it as i can never find any eyeliners that blend out easily, and i am very impressed! If you are worried about it smudging throughout the day i suggest setting it using eyeshadow, because the blend ability is the best part of this product.

I’ve been using this product for a long time and have played with it a lot to see what the best use for it is. I initially bought it to make a nice smudge winged liner but unfortunately this just transfers and smudges too much to do that. Stick to keeping it in the waterline. It’s a bit pricey for what it is.

Raccoon Eyes

I used this eye pencil in shade black and it was a terrible experience. I wore the pencil for an hour and it ended up on my eye lid and it ran under my waterline. The pencil had zero staying power. One star power power

Beautiful but burns

Such a beautiful brown, I love the way it looks on my waterline inner corner smudges great stays all day but when I am a tight lining, it does sting and I chose to keep the pencil because I like the tone and how it looks on my water line reverse my usual urban decay Because this gives you a lot of pigment pay off on one swipe, but I’m not sure I will re-purchase because of the burning it doesn’t last, but I don’t like my eyes watering at all. It’s worth the price.

I bought this eyeliner out of curiosity to see why it was so expensive. It’s a pencil, after all. However, I’ve had a great experience with it. The rich black pigment is excellent, and it sharpens well without breaking. It draws clean, smooth lines over cream eyeshadow, and the color lasts all day. I always used to wear liquid eyeliner, which I now find looks too severe for my age, so finding this pencil, which gives a dramatic cat-eye without tugging, is a total find. I’m not one of the...

Smudged before I even made it out the door. Gets absolutely everywhere

Would recommend

A beautiful brown color that makes my brown eyes pop. And the formula doesn’t smudge but allows me to take a thin brush and create a wing after applying. I like that the color drags with the brush.

Does not last/smudges

While I love the brand and product itself, based on the very poor performance (duration) I would not recommend or repurchase. Despite my efforts of attempting to use it every now and then, I am aware that an hour or two later the product will be completely gone.

The best eye pencil, I have used in a very long time. Very creamy and pigmented.

One of the worst eyeliner products I have tried!

Tirst, the point came right off with very little pressure at application. I sharpened it to give it a second try. Tried it and it barely stayed on for 8 hours- smudged right off. all of her products have too much oil in them. This is not eyeliner- it is eyeshadow. A definite fail and a return. Going back to Pat McGrath, which I have used for years and it stays on.

Excellent eyeliner

I have been using this eyeliner since the day it was released and I love it. It is clean and doesn't smudge.

Love this eye pencil! So many eye products make my eyes water and this pencil doesn’t. It’s not too hard and not too soft. Some gel based pencils end up transferring to my lower lid as the day goes on. This stayed put all day, can’t recommend it enough!

Have a few items from Westman and very good quality. This pencil is not one of them. Does not make a clean line as well as it runs almost immediately. After an hour or so the eyeliner is almost gone. Will stick to sicily waterproof liner as it last all day and does not smudge and evaporate. Returning item.

Stays on through sweating

Finally, thank you, a clean eyeliner! I can wear this on my water line without my eyes feeling swollen and droopy. It performed well during an intense 1 h cardio session—no touch-ups needed for over 5 hours!

This is NOT a smudge-proof eyeliner at all! I had to return it. Cannot believe it is an eyeliner pencil

It’s a win

I’ve been using this liner for a almost a month and am pretty confident I’ll repurchase it. I have oily hooded lids. Liquid and overly creamy liners stamp my upper lid and give me a line straight across the upper lid. That’s not the case with this one. I have some movement at the outer corner of the hey but for the most part it stays in place.

Split vote

Nice color, easy application... all for naught if it doesn't wear well. Will either smudge or vaporize. Have liked other products from W/A so I was hopeful. Staying with Urban Decay 24/7

SMUDGE-ville

I am a huge fan of every single West Atelier product I tried, but this liner ain’t it! It applied smoothly but the smudge is almost instant! I have no problem at all with my Dior or Givenchy liners that have the same consistency. Had to return this one because it was unusable.
