Disappointing Consistency & Finish

Like most people here, I was incredibly excited to finally try the Westman foundation. The colour (0.5 fair neutral) was too dark for me (very fair olive). This didn't bother me too much, as it's always possible to exchange for a diff colour. The thing that was really disappointing was the formula. Many reviews state it feeling weightless or that it melts into their skin. I did not experience this AT ALL. I tried it every which way (light moisturizer, heavy moisturizer, primer, finger...

Sad, but true

This is unfortunately the best foundation I’ve ever used!! I don’t want to spend the money on it, but after receiving numerous compliments on how amazing my skin looks when wearing it, I have no choice.

When the fairest isn't fair enough...

To me, this foundation is not worth the hefty price tag. Coverage is pretty light and not buildable. It looks okay, but definitely not the foundation that makes my skin look the best. My biggest problem with it though, is that even the lightest shade is way too dark for me and doesn't look at all like it does in the pictures (it was much darker and more yellow). Even though I used the colour match tool, the colour is not like the one of my perfect match foundations (Milk Flex stick in...

Not a non-comedogenic product

I had first bought this foundation when it came out to Barney's years ago, there were only a handful of shades. About 10 so years later they they have grown the shades so I thought I'd revisit. I am usually not loyal to foundations, will rotate every couple of months, so forgot why I stopped using this, yet now I remember. To not make this long, I see people say it's thick/sits heavy, key is taking small brush and applying in only needed spots, essentially your skin must be perfect. There...

Natural Makeup Heaven😍

I went into Sephora just planning on purchasing the WA blush stick in Chouchette( which I’m also wearing in the picture), but after playing with the consistency in store, my husband decided to surprise me with it while I was wandering around☺️ this literally doesn’t look like makeup, which is insane for the coverage it gives, definitely medium but buildable! 68 is pricey but I’m honestly in love, this is definitely for the girls who love clean beauty and a natural look, if that’s you , you...

New holy grail

I bought this with my own (very) adult money. I had also just purchased an expensive airbrush foundation so I had no business buying another, but here we are. I was pleased with the airbrush foundation but when I tried this stick foundation I put the other away! I am 50, have fair, sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts and dryness if I overcleanse. Makeup sometimes seems to sit on top of my skin and look weird - I am looking for things that seek to do the opposite of that without a lot...

Clings to dry patches

I wanted to like this product. It applies nicely and does not turn orange. Good coverage. The only problem is I have mildly dry skin and that became very apparent after dry down.

Destroyed my face

Unfortunately this absolutely wrecked my skin along with their blush and bronzer. I’ve never had cheek acne and could not figure out why my face was so bad. It’s really messed with my mental health. I finally tried switching these three products and my skin has finally stopped purging

Blends like a dream.. buttery

So glad I found a good match. Blends beautifully on prepped skin…buttery. I love the contour and cheek sticks as well! Skin is combo/sensitive

A bit disappointed

I like westman atelier products but this is a bit too creamy and pale

Splendid!

I’ve been using this stick for years in combination with the Face Trace—my skin is combination, with some very dry areas. With proper skin prep and hydration, this stick is perfect for everyday makeup; it looks very natural and does an excellent job of evening out the complexion. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves a well-cared-for, natural look. When I wear it—even after a sleepless nights or when I’m very very tired—people actually compliment me, saying I look fresh and well-rested, haha!...
