smooth, lasts long, but spoolie is small & stiff
I really like how this feels smooth and creamy during application yet it lasts long and stays on without smearing. The shape of the stick is interesting in that it looks flat and thin from the frontal view but from the top view, it is something like a teardrop shape. One major downside I found is the spoolie, which is not only smaller in comparison to other brow spoolies I have tried, but the bristles are also too short and stiff that I don’t find them helpful with blending out the product....

Very Easy To Use
I am on my 40’s and struggle with brows. This brow cheat helped me with doing my brows and it takes less time than usual for me. It’s easy to use and great results

Not refillable
I like the product OK, but the pencil is super thin and likely won't last long. The big reason for only 3 stars is because I was disappointed to learn that refills are only available in a couple dark colors, and are not available on Sephora.com. I chose this product specifically because I wanted to avoid the landfill waste and expense of re-purchase.

Nice product, but super tiny
It is literally the size of my pinky finger. I did a terrible job reading the description. The actual product is nice, but I believe I paid $24 for it, so disappointed by the size. I honestly thought the box was empty, it was that light.

Shrinkflation has hit the brow scene
This product isn’t anything earth-shattering. I mostly just like the idea of a product that only requires you to replace the part that is empty.
PROS:
• Matches my blonde hair color well
• Stays put
CONS:
• The beveled tip is a nice touch, but doesn’t really create hair-like strokes
• This product lasted about a month with once-daily application. As you can see from the pic, the right-hand tube is an old one; the left is a refill I just received. They are charging the same amount and...

Product is awesome, Sephora is not.
I have been using this eyebrow pencil for years. I will not use anything else. For some reason Sephora no longer stocks the refill in taupe with a lame excuse that it cannot be shipped to the US. BS. Just go to the Charlotte Tilbury website and buy it there.
Because of this ( and other reasons) I no longer use Sephora if I can get my products elsewhere. Sephora is the LAST choice.

Feels like scam
0.05 grams?! Seriously?
I was shocked to discover that this eyebrow pencil contains only 0.05 grams of product! That’s almost half the amount you get with comparable pencils from Anastasia Beverly Hills (0.085 g) and Benefit (0.08 g), despite the premium price.
The packaging makes it look like you’re getting much more product than you actually are. Extremely disappointing value for money, especially from a luxury brand.

The pencil tip is weak
Great shade, yet the pencil is not great. I use soft, easy strokes, it still breaks🙄
