Microscara Volumizing & Lengthening Tubing Mascara

Love KJH, but this one missed me 

I paid for this myself. I was super excited about this one. I love tubing mascaras and I love a small wand. But sadly, I actually hate it. It’s clumpy, it flakes into my eyes and onto my face, terribly. I curl my lashes and within seconds, they’re straight, and because the brush is too short- it feels like it takes forever to apply. I gave two stars because I actually really love the packaging. But, this is definitely not better than the tubing mascaras that I already use.

gloopy mess

I really wanted to like this because I love KJH social feed and she's absolutely brilliant with make-up, but on day 2, I was shocked to find that the mascara got super goopy and the wand was CAKED in the product and it was absolutely impossible to apply. The tube also had product overflowing. I think the bulk might be too wet and if it is stored in ANY way other than vertical wand down, it's a gloopy mess.

The brush is cool, but this is a waste of money.

I was so excited to try this product. I have stick straight lashes that do not hold a curl. The wand will get into inner lashes and the lower lashes but sadly, the formula did not work for me. I’ve tried several tubing mascaras and this one is the worst I’ve tried. I’m giving it two stars because of the wand….but it doesn’t make much of a difference if the formula is just awful.

The packaging is bad. Day 2 of wearing the mascara and it’s a packaging fail. The wand is covered with a huge glob of product and the tube insert that I guess you run the wand through to remove excess became sel separated from the tube. I had to push it back in.

Awful, awful formula

I’ve had this for about a week and it’s been stored indoors. When I initially tried it, the mascara itself was too heavy for my straight lashes and did nothing to help with the curl. The brush is definitely interesting, but using multiple coats just makes it look like cakey spiders. I went to give this a try again, and since then, it has leaked out of the tube and it’s all gooped and thick. Throwing away

Not a sponsored review! And probably the only review I’ve ever written on here. At first it was great, but the black piece that attaches to the tube that takes the clumps off became loose. Well I screwed it back in but it still doesn’t get enough mascara off the wand when you pull it out. It’s coated, goopy and clumpy. I tried making it work. When I was out today (1 hour after putting on) I had tons of black specks in my eyeballs and it hurt so bad that I had to use my baby’s baby wipes to...

Idk how this has so many good reviews

I don’t go out of my way very often to review products.. this stuff is trash. My lashes never looked worse than with it on. I have naturally long lashes so it’s very hard for me to hate a mascara because most do look good on mine so the fact this looks bad is saying something. Do not recommend

Amazing Formula, Packaging Fail :(

The actual mascara is PERFECT—I absolutely love the formula. Unfortunately, after only a few uses, the packaging malfunctioned. I believe the piece inside the tube that removes the excess mascara from the wand broke off and fell into the tube. Now, the wand comes out completely covered in product, making it basically impossible to use, and there’s no way for me to fix it. I’m so disappointed because I genuinely loved the mascara itself, but the packaging made it unusable after just a few uses.

Not for straight lashes

Unfortunately, this mascara immediately straightened out my lashes. I have stick straight asian lashes that struggle to hold a curl unless I use waterproof mascara, but I was hopeful this mascara would work since they include straight lashes in the photos and I love most other KJH products. It's too bad because I can tell this would be a beautiful mascara if I didn't have straight lashes!

I really wanted to love this so badly

Man I am so disappointed. There are so many things about this mascara that are amazing and wonderful, but there’s two main things that I just cannot personally forgive with a mascara: it slides off my lashes too easily, even for an everyday, non-waterproof formula, and it does not hold a curl whatsoever. Disappointed to say the least !

I love KJH and was excited about this release; however, I hate it. The brush is really nice, but the formula is horrible. It dried out after just 2 weeks and gets really clumpy. If it’s reformulated, I’ll give it another try. I was so disappointed!

Innovative formula and brush

It’s been years since I found a mascara that made me feel something.
