DO NOT USE IT ON 'Grounded' EYESHADOW!!!
This is a really great tool but whatever you do, DO NOT USE IT ON 'Grounded' eyeshadow. The eyeshadow itself is magnetic or has some magnetic particles in it. When I used the Get Lifted Tool on it, it magnetized and dipped into the eyeshadow itself, breaking it apart and it was a mess. I was so sad. But if I can warn others then I will do so.

Handy tool
Very handy tool for applying chrome shadows and moving pans around. Tiny enough to apply shadow to inner eye corner as well.
The instructions say don't use with the black shade in Lightworks VII; which I thought meant don't apply the black eyeshadow with the applicator. Don't use it at all! The magnetic end sucks the black right out of the pan, and sticks to the tool. Live and learn.

Get lifted tool
It works well. One of the black pots must have a lot of metal in it because when tried to move it, the color was on the wand and it took a lot to get it off.

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service for this brand. I never received this product and after a few months of trying to get it shipped or refunded, they have continued to ignore me. I was excited to finally try this brand but I will not be purchase from them ever again.
