It is not hydrating; it is actually quite drying. The shade looks nothing like it does in the pictures, but it does look nice. I do not like the packaging, as it looks and feels cheap in my opinion.

The formula reminds me quite a bit of Dior Addict Lip Balm, without any the slight plumping or hydration it provides. Drying, color too dark/brown
The Pillow Talk shade doesn’t match the Pillow Talk or Pillow Talk Light lipliners at all. The balm is a brownish shade - I actually thought I accidentally bought “90’s Kiss”. It’s also very dry and not sheer - will be returning.

great natural lip balm tint
i bought this not expecting to like it as much as i do. it is the perfect tinted balm in a blushed color to use over a lip stain, such as wonderskin, sacheu, or summer fridays as a lipliner base. you must exfoliate lips everyday with these products for best results, otherwise its much easier for your lips to get dry and cracked. the blushed rose color is very flattering for a near natural lip color enhancement. i'll definitely repurchase this product.
