Matte & Metallic Double Ended Eyeliner

My favorite eyeliner-I use the black side for the top and bottom waterline and the champagne side for the inner corner of my eyes, above my cupids bow & top of the nose as highlighter. Runs out quickly though.

Waste of money

Absolutely not worth the money. Unless you can finish it in 3 months, it’ll become chalky and difficult to apply, difficult to maintain and funny enough, difficult to remove. Love & rebuy a lot of CT products but this one is a terrible product

don't buy the green

I bought the green duo (Green Lights), and would not recommend. The shimmer side is nice, with mostly even color payoff. If the brand sold this color solo, I would probably consider buying. But the matte side is horrifically dry. Even after warming it up on my hand, the color is patchy. It's even worse on the eye, because the formula is so stiff that it requires going over the same spot multiple times (so a lot of tugging!) to get the proper payoff.

Do not buy

Arrived broken off at the tip, dry on both sides. Deposits a faint trace. Definitely a loser. Returning

Obsessed

Im obsessed with these eyeliners. I bought one in every color. They don't smudge and the color is so pretty. Ive never had an eyeliner last all day like these do.

Colours Pop

The texture and formula are creamy, glides on easily. I love the vibrant of the metallic and navy blue colours.

Beautiful for brown eyes as well!

I've been on the hunt for finally trying higher end eyeliner as well as trying a purple-ish eyeliner color. This looked perfect for me! I know it recommends it most for green eyes, but knowing color theory I knew this should work beautifully with brown eyes especially as well. Amazing color

I have dark brown eyes and hair with light skin, and this color is amazing! It makes my eyes look bright, and adds pink to my complexion. It was easy to apply, blend and it stayed on all night. So beautiful! I think it would look great with green eyes too.

Love the color— quality could be improved

I’ve bought this in the navy blue many times.. it’s actually my go-to. I like that the color is thick and stays on all day without smudging. However. The pencil does dry out & get chalky/breaking over time. I also never used the light blue side. I’d STRONGLY recommend they make a new line of eyeliners with the same color, but all one pencil, no double end.

I loved this eyeliner but it dried out within only a few months of using.. not sure if the caps keep the product sealed properly. I don’t have this problem with their lipliners. I had to toss it out with barely any use out of it..

My new HG

I looove how this feels on my eyelids. Its not drying and gives me sometime to shape before it sets. Many other eyeliners are not as creamy or long lasting. Most importantly when it is time to take off, it is super easy! Conpared to drugstore liners, i dont have to scrub it off which is very important to me.

Not a good Product

I really wanted to like this product but it broke way too easy, especially the metallic side. I love the colour but the product just isnt worth the money.

It's beautiful

I haven't wrote a review in a while but noticed this has an unfair rating so I had to drop my two cents. For my 40 year old eyelids, this liner doesn't budge until I take it off. No smudging at all. I got the blue one & the green one. Both colors apply beautifully and have great pigment. I do recommend using CT pencil sharpener with these.

Yeah this is just not a good product. The colors looked like costume makeup.

I usually love this eye pencil in blue and green, but for reasons of unavilable in the blue I ordered the black/champagne. This is not like the other colors! I won't sharpen to a nice point and it seems so soft. I feel like it is going way too fast because I keep having to sharpen so I don't have a large line on my eyes. Will not purchase this color again!

Broken VERY easily. :(

I never leave bad reviews, but the metallic side broke extremely easily. The liner side is ok, not good for under eye and you can’t sharpen. Not worth the money, very cool idea though. I hope I can return it.

Copper Cute

I’m kind of shocked at the bad reviews. I guess it depends on the kind of look you’re going for but I got the copper/gold combo and I love it. The liner is super flattering on my green eyes/ brown hair I’m bummed to see it discontinued. That being said, this is a smokey eye type pencil, not a pencil for super sharp lines or precision looksand it blends out beautifully for a 30-second eye look. I was so excited to try this and when i finally got it the metallic side broke with barely any pressure put on it. I blamed myself and thought maybe i pushed too hard as it is a softer product. Then in my second use the matte side broke off with extremely minimal pressure. don’t waste your money. my drug store eyeliner pencils never do this. it will ruin your entire makeup look at any given second. the

pretty colors

I bought the marroon pencil and it's really pretty, definitely pigmented. So far it isn't irritating my eyes so that's good, I didn't put it on my waterline though which I don't plan to. So I can't speak of longevity, etc for that. It does stay on all day along my lashes though, no smudging either

Excellent colors & long lasting

I’m giving this an extra star because I absolutely love the colors. The copper makes my green eyes pop and the maroon is very flattering as well. However, it’s super dry and difficult to apply— more so the maroon (matte) than the metallic copper. I haven’t found another copper color that looks this amazing, so I’ll probably buy it again. UD brand makes my eyes red, so I can’t wear that anymore.

The Best Eyeliner I’ve Ever Used

This is by far the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. I get so many compliments on how blue my eyes look when I wear it. It lasts really well and it’s the only eyeliner I’ve ever used up completely and had to replace.

Dried out

I loved this eyeliner the first couple of weeks but for some reason it became really dry and hard to apply :( I’ve only had this issue with cheaper brands, definitely not purchasing again

Gorgeous Color

I biught the blue. Layered the shimmer over the matte. Sat outside in 90 degree heat with 90% humidity and no smudge.

New must have

I’m happy I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. I really love this eyeliner. Very smooth doesn’t drag glides beautifully and lasts 12 plus hours. Bonus it makes my blue eyes pop!

Impossible to sharpen, smudges

This pencil (both ends) is impossible to sharpen to a point. It also smudges and wears off immediately. I wish I had seen the rating/reviews before purchasing. Worse than a drug store product! The only plus is that it doesnt cause my eyes to burn.

Bad reaction

Took a few days of elimination, but I realized this product was responsible for giving me a horrible allergic reaction. Eyes acted almost as if I had pink eye—hazy, crusty, inflamed. I don’t know what’s in here because nothing has made me react like this.

Not as good as UD

Got this in maroon, copper and green but returned all as sadly, my eyes are so dark that they didnt really project well and all seemed to look the same on me. Cannot speak to longevity issues others were having as I didnt keep them long enough

Would not repurchase

I was excited for this product and have been eyeing it for some time. I was expecting more pigment. To be fair, I've tried applying it numerous ways. There was once it looked OK- but for the most part it smudges very easily....to the point where you sneeze and it's over.

Paid $32 because I wanted both colors and figured being CT it would be good quality. Nope, broke when I opened it, tried to sharpen, broke even more impossible to sharpen.

I might be the only person who is obsessed with this product, but I would purchase it over and over again. I have brown eyes, and the metallic blue shade holds up without fading or budging and makes my eyes pop more than any product in the world. I love it!

I have it in the exagger-eyes liner duo color. The black is amazing in the waterline and as a wing, I've also used it smudged in the lower lashline and I like it. The champagne color is great for making your eyes appear bigger.

Eye Emphasizing Eyeliner

This eyeliner is beautiful and complements my brown eyes. Very nice shades of maroon which are different from your typical purple/violet colored eyeliners. I would say it's a maroon based with brown in it that goes on smoothly and doesn't tug on your eyelids. dried out fast

This worked so beautifully for me for a few months. After that it got so dried out to the point that the pencils on both sides slide out of the eye pencil housing and the application is now crumbly and not really workable . I would buy again if she fixes the formula because I truly loved having the dual sides. It gave me a quick and easy defined eye and I didn't need anything else. So disappointed in the end.

Quality not worth the price

So disappointed. I do love the blue shimmer side and it looked great the first 2 weeks. After that the pencil dried horribly. It stopped sharpening, would crumble and I’d have to tug at my skin to get pigment. Such a disappointment from this brand at this price.

Waste of money

I don’t normally write a negative review but this product is so awful, I would have loved to been warned before I bought it. Super mushy and does not go on well and worst of all, it barely sharpens. Do not waste your money.

Drys up super fast

For some reason the matte dried up super fast and I can only use the metallic side. Super fast meaning probably the first month I bought this, and for the price this shouldn’t be happening. It also would break a lot.

Smudges + Poor Application

Irrespective of the price, this is a poor quality product. The black end of the pencil is difficult to apply and sharpen. By difficult to apply, I mean I’m nearly tearing my waterline just to get black pigment on it. Once it’s on, it’s smudges almost instantaneously. The highlighter end is a gorgeous shade.. that just won’t transfer to my eyes. Great for natural makeup

I really enjoy using this product, the only issue is that when I opened the packaging, the tips of both sides fell off. I’m not sure but I believe it is because it is my first time using a product like this. I prefer using the glittery golden side because it’s easier to apply, it is a little bit creamier. I really like the brown color too. I would use this on a daily basis if it was easier to take off.

Disappointed me. Does not sharpen well. And it seems to smudge easily meanwhile the gold does not go on very well.

I'm into these :)

I find it's pretty and easy to work with. It's creamy (especially the metalic side) and the Matte side does not budge after it dries. I think it's fragile due to its creaminess so I've been very careful not being to rough on it while I'm using. I swatched this in store a few times before buying and after using is for a week I found it went on nicely each time. Using it on my eyes, it applies smooth and creamy. I bought Copper Charge, I'm most likely trying the green one next ;)

Worst pencil ever. The floor doesn’t show at all like AT ALL. It hurts to even swatch it on your hand lol. It breaks off after sharpening it as well.

Almost perfect but matte side needs some work

I have the green and the maroon one. They are almost perfect. Love the color combos and once on they’re set but the matte color only in both colors require a lot of tugging on your eye as it skips and isn’t smooth gliding and it requires constant sharpening. Even though I always wear both sides of the pencil I have double the amount left in the shimmer and about out on the matte side. If they can make the matte side the same quality as the shimmer it’d be perfect. Beautiful color combos...

Most Beautiful Eyeliner

If you have green or hazel eyes, this eyeliner is amazing! Your eyes will pop! I normally only use black eye liner, but was super surprised when i purchased this. It makes your eyes gorgeous. Love it!

I’m sure this is a great eye pencil, but it’s not for me. I really wanted to like this. The colors are perfect, but I feel like I’m having an allergic reaction to it. Every time I wear it, my eyes feel dry, achy and tired. Idk if it is something your formula

Unacceptable quality for the price

The colors are both amazing and once it’s on it will stay. That’s where the good part ends. It skips, breaks when even the slightest pressure is applied. Took me forever to get it on. Have to sharpen after each use, so this expensive product runs out fast. Buy two cheap eye liners, they will do a better job.

Gorgeous liner and color but breaks in half?

I absolutely love the navy side of this pencil and the electric blue is fun for special events, but I buy it because I like the 1/2 and haven't found a blue-navy as rich with the color payoff of this. Dry as a bone, perfect color payoff

CT knows how to perfect depth with its colors. Unlike its other eyeliner, this is dry and difficult to apply (pulls the eyelid unnecessarily). Please make this a creamy consistency.

Pretty packaging, but not up to par

I like this product. I do not love it for the fact that it doesn’t stay and the black isn’t dark enough. The pearl isn’t as iridescent as I would like either. It dries up fast as well.

Flakes like crazy

Beautiful colors, goes on very smoothly but it flakes all around my eyes. I tried an eye primer, setting powder. I can't use it :(

Pretty in theory but the green colors don't show on my medium/brown complexion. Maybe for lighter skin tones. The blue shades in contrast, advertised to highlight brown eyes, have brighter more noticeable pigment.

This is, by far, the worst eye product I ever purchased, especially considering its price. The pencil is not easy to sharpen (I have a few good quality sharpeners), black is breaking out and shimmer is too soft. The shimmer is pretty but the black part is simply awful. Produce was great and easy to use until it needed to be sharpened. Now it’s basically useless. Doesn’t sharpen well and constantly breaks. Very disappointed.

Highly Pigmented and Does Not Budge

This eyeliner is very pigmented (which I love) and does not budge (which I love more). There's really nothing worse than eyeliner that bleeds soon after its application or when you're in warm weather and/or humidity. This stays in place, does not irritate my eyes and has fantastic pigmentation. Two thumbs up!

I’m a little torn on my opinion of this double pencil. Pros: 1. Colors are beautiful 2. Texture is very soft and glides on easy 3. It has amazing longevity, it’s hard to take off if you make a mistake even 4. The dark brown looks so nice with blue eyes. I bought the mesmerizing maroon shade (it would not allow me to select that option) after watching a tutorial in which the girl used it and it was beautiful. I tried it two separate times and was very disappointed. Even after applying heavy pressure, there was still hardly ANY pigment applied with either side. Very sad and will be returning!

Will repurchase!

I have become a huge Charlotte tilbury fan over night...well over the VIB SALE. I do not regret waiting to purchase this because I really got to do my research. What sold me was a YouTuber Nicole Elise who wore it on her eyes. It was literally effortless. I've never wanted a liner more til that video. The metallic end makes your eyes glow like a supermodel with that sparkle in their eye. Will be repurchasing this when I run out. Just found another holy grail.

The eyeliner is very easy to apply. The colours are extremely pigmented and the two liners in one makes the price worth it. Would buy again.

perfect dark green

my favorite eyeliner in the world. best deep green ever, dark enough to accentuate while being green enough to pop. very easy to blend in my experience, it never crumbled on me as other reviewers have said. i only wish they sold a full size of the dark green because i only use that side and it goes away too fast and i feel like i’m wasting money.

Okay but not great!

I've been eyeing this for a while but it was always out of stock in my local Sephora. Finally, got my hands on it and it's eh!! The black pencil is amazing! Its very pigmented and stays on forever. Now, the metallic part is the Eh part. It is a nice to have but not. need to have for the waterline. I think this was very over hyped and nothing a less expensive version wont help.

Not worth the $$$$

I wish I would have returned this when I still had time because I’ve had it a year now and literally used it once. The dark side is just a regular liner and it’s a bit soft so it’s hard to control and smudges easy. The light side looks really over the top and unnatural when you line the inner eye with it. It’s a no from me….

The limited edition “copper charge” worked for me great, didn’t break, sharpened fine & preformed well. I’m guessing some of the older colors had issues but this one worked great for me!

Given the reviews I still bought it anyways to see.. yes everyone is different etc but I like it! Waste of money

This was absolutely such a disappointment. The metallic side is fine, but the matte side is atrocious. I have never used such a DRY liner. I had to press so hard to get any color to show up and ended up scratching my eyelid so much. There are hundreds of matte pencils out there that are actually worth the money.

The colour of the liner is so beautiful . I really liked the lighter bright blue. Unfortunately the liner smudges easily and it is really soft so it is not the greatest for fine lining. It is also not very long lasting. When i opened this one it already came broken. I have to return. I won't be buying this liner again.

Incredible for dark brown eyes. The first time I wore it to work, my kids constantly complimented me & y’all know kids keep it real. I think it makes my eyes pop in the best way. The navy is very deep and the metalic on top is just *chefs kiss*. Highly recommend.

Matte Navy Blue Broke Off

So, I am very torn with reviewing this product. I got two, Super Blue and then the Mulberry one. I had no issues with the Mulberry one! However, with this blue one, the matte navy side broke after I barely started to line one eye! It was incredibly dry. The metallic side is lovely, but for almost $40 with tax I didn’t want just to use one side. So I returned that one! But the mulberry is beautiful, and although the matte purple is dry, it’s not as bad as the navy blue.

Returned after 1 try

Not sure what this is supposed to do but the black part smudges so if you tend to have oily lids I would not recommend. The lighter part is cakey and odd. Sparkly in an odd Chunky way. This product made no sense to me. It almost feels like a very low end drugstore product.

Super Blue is the best eyeliner for brown eyes!

I have puffy, hooded brown eyes which immediately look bigger and brighter with the Super Blue pencil. Navy on my top lids and super blue on my lower lids really opens up my eyes and last for hours when set with a bit of powder.

I mainly got it because I couldn’t find this exact color of blue eyeliner. I like the metallic side but unfortunately the navy blue side is dry and harder to work with. It definitely doesn’t glide. So they’re rather expensive product for only half the youth. I will heat it up with a blow dryer next time but I was hoping it be a similar texture to Pat McGrath eyeliner or Tom Ford.

idk i just wasn't impressed w this at all and ended up returning it the same day. the shimmer highlight side was super underwhelming and the black eyeliner side just doesn't have that great of a formula. i feel like there are cheaper and better products out there for sure.

It's fine

I like this pencil but I don't love it. The matte side is a really deep navy which is nice when you want something other than black. The metallic blue is lovely but I wish it were more vibrant. Black pencil side worked great

I got Hollywood exagger-eyes. The black is very matte black and a smooth texture. I use it on my upper waterline and it transfers slightly but stays on fairly well . The champagne color is beautiful but does not blend well as with most eye pencils I tried to blend rather quickly after applying and it looked kind of chunky the pigment really adheres to the skin so not great for blending. I used it on my bottom lash line for a nude pop and was not happy with the application either it looked patchy

These shades are recommended for hazel eyes and they do make your eyes pop! Applies easily

Extremely disappointing

Honestly disappointed…. I was so excited to buy the green eyeliner assuming it would be very pigmented but I was wrong. You can barely tell that the liner is green when wearing it, it literally looks like I’m wearing black eyeliner. The metallic side is not even a light green like I expected it to be, it’s too dark. Not a fan... now, benefit of the doubt, maybe it was the one bad one out of the batch. It was a struggle to sharpen, it kept collapsing and cracking. Very creamy, the color was nice but the overall quality of the pencil didn't impress me and I just felt disappointed.

Love!!! Long wearing too!

I have every color except the blue and black. I absolutely love these dual pencils. They go on smooth and are long wearing. I will be purchasing the burgundy again and may try the blue. LOVE THEM!

It’s so dry. Hard to put on without tugging on your eyelid. Barley noticeable of the waterline. Very disappointed.

Breaks easily and stains lids

Ok, Yes it's high end and from CT, but really, the liner is too soft. It breaks very easily and stains the lids. Once it's on, it's ok, but if you have oily lids, good luck. Upon removing this liner, I had green stains on my lids and had a hard time removing it. Even with oil based make up removers, it still left a green cast on my eyes. Soooo disappointed. This is a soft pencil that has a great color combo for hazel-eyed redheads. it worked beautifully on my eyes.

Thin and smeary

I am very disappointed in this, especially for the price point. May as well be Wet & Wild.

Terrible quality. One side doesn’t even deposit color unless you actually break the top and ruin the pencil. It does not glide at all. It’s a shame. I love Charlotte tilbury but these pencils are not it.

Best formula ever! Love that it is double ended as well! Really does make your eye color pop! And the black and champagne shade do a good job of making the eyes appear bigger!

It’s ok but I find does not go on smoothly. I actually ended up putting on my finger and smudging it on.

Nice, soft pencil, nice colors

[Employee of sephora] Very easy to apply. No tugging. 2 pencils in one so I guess not pricey. I just wouldn’t call the dark end “deep khaki” the right name for the color, more like deep forest green.

It’s beautiful, goes on well and though it’s a dry product, it kind of… dries well, and stays put!

Gorgeous

This is my new favourite. I especially like the metallic end. I used to line with black but I feel that now that I am in my 30’s , it ages me. The light metallic on my waterline opens up my eyes and gives me a more subtle look

Frustrating

I didn't really care for this pencil. The texture was dry and clumpy, and the colors didn't blend nicely. I ended up tugging quite a bit on my eyelid. The make-up was incredibly long lasting, which would be a huge plus if it were easier to get it where you want it. Although it's a sharpening type, the color was loose in the wooden barrel which along with the uncooperative texture really hampered control.

I regret getting it

I wish I didn’t give into the hype… it does not even show up on your waterline at all. Biggest regret. Do not waste your money , instead find a cheaper alternative that will actually show up on your waterline.

TikTok made me buy it…. fail

Doesn’t show up at all in the waterline, and wears away really fast. Whatever product does stick around looks clumpy and gross. Really disappointed.

I wish this was a better formula. This liner is so dry and difficult to use you’d think it’s expired. This is unfortunate because the color is SO beautiful and makes the in my green eyes pop. Waste of money.

Fell in love!

I usually won't shell out money for an eye pencil, but this one is worth every penny. It goes on like a dream and I feel absolutely in love with the color, pigment, and staying power.

Went bad after about a year

Reviewing this late. I bought four of these (this review applies to all) about a year ago. The pigmentation is good, and I've had no difficulties with application. I really loved these. However, the metallic side of each has started to gain a sickly sweet and rancid smell, like they're starting to go bad. The shelf life is two years, and I've only had these about half that time. For $30 apiece, I expect them to have at least the guaranteed shelf life. Not worth the money.

Awful

Not sure why Sephora didn’t post my first review. These pencils are garbage. I bought them in two colors - green and maroon, and only green metallic can be used. The rest 3 colors are so dry and chalky that it’s almost painful to apply them to the delicate skin of eyelids. They swatch amazing on the hand but not suitable for eyes.

don’t buy- super chalky

MY EYES BURNED BECAUSE OF HOW CHALKY IT IS. I bought it on a whim after watching a review but it doesn’t make your eyes look any bigger because it doesn’t even go on in the waterline. It swatches nice tho but like horrible on the waterline.

I felt I needed to write a review as there are a few pretty negative ones right at the top. I love this eyeliner. I bought the black/gold one first and love it, and I just put the maroon one and it’s stunning! I have blonde hair and blue-green (mostly green) eyes and this makes them pop! I put the dark shade on my upper eye and the lighter one on my lower eye. The liners are creamy and easy to use, I don’t know why a few people had a hard time with them. These really are beautiful.

Don’t buy

More product ends up in my eye then on my waterline. Terrible product all around poor quality!

Garbage

The best word to describe these pencils is HARSH. Even when I applied using very little pressure it went on so dark and I felt like it was something I’d wear for Halloween. Might look good on dark skin but it was awful on me.

For those would want to save money and time, I highly suggest everyone to try it on at the store (clean it with alcohol of course) and walk around for a bit. I did this to see if I like the application. It is extremely chalky. There are better alternatives that are cheaper and effective. This product was not worth the hype.

The black side of is pretty good…creamy and dark.But the nude side is awful. You have to do multiple passes to get a little colour and because it’s reflective it only shows up on your water line in certain angles when light hits it so you can’t even see it half the times. Over all a very disappointing product. I returned it

Really overrated

The black color is fine, nothing special. However, the champagne color (which was why I bought this product in the first place) is chalky, it clumps on my bottom lashes and the color doesn’t always show up. I usually love Charlotte Tilbury's products but this one is a definite no for me.

Love the Colors and Staying Power

Really am enjoying these 2 ended eyeliner pencils from CT. Nearly all pencil eyeliners either transfers to under my eyes or fogs to my contacts. I use the matte side on my waterline for the upper lid and work it really close to the base of my lashes. Use the metallic on the bottom third. I like CT eyeliners, this style and the Rock n Kohl.

Was recommended to purchase this product by a Sephora Beauty advisor and am really disappointed in the product. Of course it swatches AMAZING on the back of my hand but on my eyes it smeared so much. The pencils are small, for the value I feel there are better options out there. Will be returning product.

I’ve been looking for the perfect dark green and shimmery olive liners for a hot minute. I thought this would be perfect since it’s 2 colors in 1 and I don’t use eyeliner that often. Unfortunately these are not it. The colors are beautiful but the formulas aren’t. The matte side tugs and skips on my eyelid; applies nicely on waterline. The matte color is opaque but because it skips you end up having to layer. The shimmer side does apply nicely and smoothly on my eyelid but it doesn’t show up...

Green Lights

I bought the Green Lights liner. It’s very pretty. I have brown/hazel eyes and dark hair. I love how it went on. It was smooth to apply. It is hard to smudge and remove but last all day . I have not sharpened mine yet but I did just purchase 3 more of this color.

Amazing for watery eyes!

My review is for the blue one that I got on Charlotte Tilbury’s website. I’m very impressed by this eyeliner, I have extremely watery eyes. So watery that I struggle a lot to find a pencil liner that will stay more than 30 minutes in my waterlines without smearing everywhere. I must a good 50 different pencil liners and the only ones that work well are by Tom Ford and Melt. This one can go in my top 3 , I’m wearing it since 5 hours and I can totally see the blue metallic liner in the inner...

I don’t know if I just got lucky, but my eyeliner is absolutely perfect. This does not skip, is hella creamy, and might I add, the most INCREDIBLE SET OF COLORS. This is worth the price tag. You get two perfectly paired beautiful colors that I get compliments on every* time* I wear***! I’m an eyeliner snob and love me some graphic liner. Love this. I’m buying them all.

Love the metallic side

I love the metallic side and use it on the top and bottom line. It’s a beautiful color for my eyes. But the matte color, I’ve had a harder time with. I think I’d really need to feel more dressed up to wear that color/ combo. But quality is great, I’m a fan of CT.

Fabulously smooth & velvety texture, great colors

This pencil has such a smooth texture and rich beautiful colors. The brown is a reddish brown that really accentuates blue/green eyes. The metallic copper is perfect on the lower lids to add a bit of sparkle and depth. They are a bit pricey and don't last too long, but I still want all of the colors!

Absolutely garbage. Let’s not even talk about how annoying it is to sharpen, without pieces breaking off. The matte side tugs and is horribly waxy and the shimmer side transfers like crazy and leaves shimmer all around. For the price and brand name I expected so much better. I returned this after 3 days of giving it a shot. Many better pencils out there for a much more affordable price

I was very disappointed with this eye liner. It has a very sticky texture and does not blend at all. It’s a shame because the colors are beautiful.

Matte side is horrible

This is terrible. The metallic side works fine. The matte side is horrible. It's waxy and tugs at your eye. It's doesn't want to go on, let alone evenly. I was hoping I could maybe blend it out or smug it, but nope.... that doesn't work either. I just blends out slightly and leaves dark patches that either look like crap, or I have to give my self a rash to smug. I will be returning very soon.

So happy I bought it. It goes beautifully with the Mesmerizing Maroon eyeshadow quad. I haven't had any trouble with it pulling on my lid.

i bought these because i love green tones. the golden olive color works well and is stunning. the matte side is the issue. it pulls on my eyes while try to do a wong liner with it. No thank you.

I have 3 of these and use them mostly only in the waterline - the green, maroon, and copper. I have green eyes and all are very flattering. Wait for a sale as these are overpriced, they are easy to go through quickly and the metallic side is not long lasting. The maroon metallic side is my favorite of all the colors on my eyes and lasts longer than the other metallics. The matte sides do last my whole 9 hour work day for the most part. I would love if she made these permanent.

Love the color but I need it sharp therefore I have to sharpen each time and I won’t get many uses out of it.. love the rich brown but I only get half a stick. Just not worth it for the price. Will search for less costly dupe

unbelievable color and staying power! The matte shade truly made my blue eyes pop even with no other makeup on. The metallic shade played off the matte shade and made my eyes sparkle even more. It is a very soft pencil but it is very heavily pigmented; I pressed gently so I didn't break it and still got excellent pigmentation. Nearly impossible to remove without something made for waterproof makeup, but that's worth it to me.

BEWARE, can harm your eyes

I have the blue shade in this same line of product and I am in love with their products, but this is crap; the pencil hurts my eyes and my eyes are red even after 12 hours of using them, BEWARE

Pretty colors!

Pretty colors. The dark color is very similar to the pillow talk eyeliner which I love so I don't mind have a dupe.

mostly great pencil

Wonderful color for fair skin and green eyes. Really does make them very green. Unlike other pencils I’ve tried the dark end is not too bland aubergine but also not too red so it doesn’t make me look like I’m sickly. It looks healthy and pretty. For the price point I don’t feel like the pigment goes on as smoothly as urban decay pencils as the dark end was a tiny bit patchy before layering. It’s nice though so I’ll probably buy a backup.

Just ok, not like the photos

Just ok. I bought the green, blue, and maroon eyeliners because the product photos are absolutely gorgeous. However, they looked nothing like the photos when I applied them. Very disappointing and unrepresentative of the actual product. Giving it some stars because it’s super creamy and easy to apply, and the maroon color was decent (although nothing like the shimmery photo).

Bought this for the color. I’ve been craving a new eyeliner and the copper charge really stood out. While this is included in the description, it is a GEL eyeliner. I typically like eyeliners that are smudgeable but loved the color so much I stuck with it. Unfortunately it’s just hard to work with. I find it is hard to make a nice line. Mistakes are obvious. Good colors, soft, easy to work with. I got this with the mesmerizing maroon palette and it works perfect. I like how there’s a matte, dark side and a lighter, shiny side. It makes my green eyes pop. Steep price but I use this to go out so worth it

Oh my these eyeliners are beautiful . Copper Charge looks just so awesome in the waterline especially on brown eyes makes them look mysterious . I love it so much I’m buying a backup . Oh and I took a nap and this was still perfectly on my waterline ! wow I am impressed .

The colors are lovely - bright cobalt blue with sparkles & a deep navy. The pencil is easy to use, glides on super easily no tug. I love it! The only thing is it disappeared from under my bottom lashes in less than 2 hours. Takes a star off.

i think this is a really nice eyeliner. both ends apply really smoothly. the shades are really flattering on my medium skin tone and go well with a lot of eyeshadow looks i tend to do. I'm surprised this product has as many mixed reviews as it does. i think it's great

Great for Contact Lens Wearers

I am always looking for a strong, bold eyeliner that can be used on my waterline without smudging onto my contacts. Let me tell you to look no further (and I have searched endlessly), Amen! This Double-Ended Liner is amazing. I purchased Green Lights and it makes my hazel/honey eyes pop. I would definitely recommend to all my contact lenses wearers.

Pretty colors, but only stayed on my lid in chunks and definitely didn't blend when I tried to smudge it using a brush hoping that I would be able to control the texture... To be fair I have oily skin, but this doesn't happen with other cheaper liners. I wish it was so amazing that I didn't care it was $30... But I'm definitely returning this because the price is dumb for the poor quality.

Okay, but there are far better options out there

This pencil is very hard, so it’s difficult to get a decent line. The colors are pretty enough, but the metallic side is pure pink, not amethyst, and the plum is on the dull side. The staying power is not what I expected from CT, especially given how long wearing her color chameleons are. Overall, I’m disappointed with this pencil, and will likely return it once we are all allowed out of our houses again.

Makes my blue eyes stand out

I really like Charlotte Tilbury products, and I was not disappointed with this eyeliner, either! It really does make my blue eyes stand out more, and I like that there are two different colors in one pencil. Very easy to apply!

Gorgeous! So glad I grabbed the blue and green before they sold out! Unique unlike anything in my collection. Nice staying power, pairs well with any shadow. Worth $30? Pretty, but not worth $30

I bought both the blue and green. Be aware that neither are as vibrant as in the pictures!!!!. The blue was okay, but the green was barely visible. definitely overpaid for the small amount of product I got. I dont wear makeup very often, so for me these will last a long time. If you do wear makeup daily, this stick will run out in a month. If these were $10 apiece, they might be worth it. Charlotte is definitely taking in a large revenue for what the cost of production probably was.

Smooooooth

I really am not a person who is a fan of eyeliner. I got this to go with the palette. I watched the tutorial and said hey I need that too. So, I got it. I can’t say that I regret it! I do love it. It goes on very smooth/creamy and lasts all day. When I get lazy and don’t feel like wearing eye shadow I just use the liner on my lids and below to make my eyes pop!

This is so lovely! Wanted to order on CT website but they were sold out and found them in stock on Sephora. I purchased the green lights and am so happy. The packaging is stunning and so is the product. The liner glided smoothly, lasted all day and did not smudge or transfer. I was sad to take my makeup off at the end of the day! Love it!

Don't bother

As I pulled out the cap, the tip of the Metalic Maroon one fell off. Very disappointed. The pencils are hard and drag on. Very little amount if product.

I saw these on the Charlotte Tilbury website but they were all sold out. Then I saw they released them at Sephora and I bought all 4 colours immediately, because they tutorials with them looked so pretty. I tried the copper one out and they glide so nicely and the colours are super pigmented. They are quite expensive, not going to lie, but worth it! I’m so glad I bought them all right when they came out as I can see the blue and green ones are already sold out. I hope they come back in stock...

$40 you receive as expected a duo liner that comes with a metallic and matte side. Think of it as buying two mini liners for $20. Price point, a little steep for mini liners but that is what you expect when you buy Charlotte Tilbury products. The metallic side is super creamy and glides on easily. The matte side works just as well. I bought the blue and burgundy/purple liners. The good thing is that you can sharpen the pencils after long use. Seeing as it is limited edition, I really hope...

Love the Super Blue so much, I’ve just placed an order for the Green Lights. It’s an actual pencil you’ll have to sharpen, but I’m okay with that. It glides on smooth and the color is so vibrant! Love it!

A PENCIL?? For THIS price

Even ten dollars would be too much for this type of liner!! In this day and time people are not using these type of cheapo eyeliner pencils that are not gel. This stuff tugs at your eye, and a pain to sharpen even. Why would Natasha Denona come out with such a cheap product and charge outrageous prices for it?! She could have and should have done a lot better for this.
