Can't live without

I cannot say enough good things about this product. It blends into my skin like a dream and protects me from the sun every day. My makeup goes on top flawlessly. I use as a suncreen without makeup or as a spf prime with makeup. I do not leave the house without wearing!

Don't bother if you want SPF or have dry skin

Have purchased 3 times but I'm over it. I removed 1 star because this is drying - like I can feel my face tighten up when I put this on. And I use a lot of hydrating skincare so that shouldn't be happening. I removed another star because the shelf life for the sunscreen is only 3 months. And every time I don't get it in person, it arrives expired. I loved the idea of having a sunscreen that was also a primer since I don't wear makeup. Thankfully there are better options out there now.

Overpriced mediocrity

It’s a fine product. I have no complaints about the primer itself, but there’s no reason this should be $55 for the amount of product you receive. I returned because I have products that are a lot less expensive that perform just as well.

Does not work

I am very unhappy with the performance of this product. Thee amount I paid for it, makes me,more mad. No matter which foundation or tint I put on top, and I have many,I allow it to dry,always. after an hour my makeup looks bad .its beyond the point of return because I kept trying it

Love the product as it works well with my other brands for building coverage with my foundation. One call out with the packaging, after you start using the and close the lid, some product backs up and squeezes out through the closure. As you get to the end of the bottle, product can collect on the putter end of the closure which is a waste of product and creates a mess in your cosmetic bag. Again, love the product but packaging needs an update.

I love this as a summer time primer when my skin can get too greasy (combination skin) if I apply both primer and separate sunscreen. This gives perfect amount of hydration, slight grip and UV protection.

Natural glow+protected

This is got sold out in many places I thought maybe discontinued but fortunately is back.. my opinion I used saei glow primer. Both are hydrating they feel good on face but the CT has protection and the glow is more natural looks just beautiful on bare skin

What a brilliant idea and from a trusted beauty line … it’s flawless underneath my foundation from CT and has a high SPF !

Not for me

I have oily skin so i would not recommend this, didn’t feel any difference perhaps an extra extra dewy face. Didn’t like the smell either.

Great Primer

Great Primer with excellent sunscreen options.. just by itself gives a glow with a moisturizer and dewy looking skin. Price is too high but good for my sensitive mature skin. I bought multiple times after I once tried in the store last year Jan.

Fantastic base with aging prevention

Been a daily for a whole year now! Love the spf, and paired with the waterproof Lancome concealer under the house labs foundation…well my larger pores are no more 🙈 this has truly been a holy grail paired with the setting spread and powder

surprised at how well this worked

this purchase is my 4th attempt at finding a good primer and I was surprised at how well it worked. Used under the foundation I always use at 9am and when next I glanced at my face around 4pm I was surprised to see smooth fresh looking makeup and not my usual faded and somewhat oily look after wearing makeup for 8 hours. so happy with this purchase.

Absolutely love this!

Absolutely love this, I’m thrilled I found it. It’s been such a challenge for me to wear sunblock every single day, not with this product. It applies so smoothly, gives my skin a dewy glow, and my makeup sits perfectly on top of it (no pilling or flaking whatsoever). It’s definitely expensive, but I think it’s totally worth it.

Hands down the best Primer!

Hands down, the best primer! It completely sets my makeup from underneath where I don’t need a setting spray or anything on top. The glow and smoothness is phenomenal. Highly recommend this primer for sure!

HG SPF/Primer

HG product for me. It’s absurdly hard to find an easy-to-wear sunscreen that doesn’t contain awful silicones. I went a year and a half without wearing SPF because the only product I found could be felt on my face all day long and was difficult to fully remove. Anything else caused awful breakouts. This primer keeps my skin clear and protected - it’s a godsend. My makeup sits well on top of it, too, as long as I use my moisturizer at night and not in the morning. So happy I found this!!!

Been using this product for a while and hate to say that it makes me break out! I love Charlotte Tilbury but this one was a miss. It made my makeup look especially oily.

Doesn’t works like a primer, maybe just like a sunblock. I use just to have a little glow with make up.

Leaks!!

Product itself is just ok. I like that it has SPF 50. Not sure it does much as a primer, although it has very fine shimmery particles in it which gives a glowy look to the skin. For this price, the packaging is terrible! It leaks even when fully closed. I had it upright on my vanity and there was a greasepool leaking out. Would not repurchase.

Pills on skin!

Wanted to love but it doesn’t penetrate the skin properly when I use over my moisturizer so it pills so bad! This does not work well as a makeup primer, super bummed!

I bought this product by chance about it and I’m glad I did most sunscreens leave a greasy residue and make me break out but this on screen does not. It’s soaks into my skin and moisturizes it as well but it’s inte.

Beautiful SPF

Well, shoot. This is the best SPF product I've ever tried. Didn't want to love it, but gosh, I super love it! Glides on like a dream, whatever I put on top of it goes on beautifully, can use around my eyes for SPF protection there with no issues, no pulling or acting weird and fussy! I love this.

I hate that I love it this much

I love this stuff. I have oily skin, and this works great. It's one of the few products that doesn't burn even if I put it on my lids. Doesn't leave any white cast. I just wish we got more products for the money, but I can't complain too much when she gives what needs to be given

I’ve tired several SPF and she’s the one. product I put on my combo skin prior to foundation. Worth every penny. Doesn’t pill, isn’t greasy and sits well under makeup.

This is the BEST primer I have ever used. I just moved up on my tretinoin so anything I put on my face is so patchy and uneven. I used this after my skincare and before makeup and it literally lasted all day! The primer had good grip and I had no patchiness

An Easy Way to Add Sunscreen to Your Routine

So far, I love this product and am thrilled to finally have a convenient way to wear sunscreen. Additionally, this helps blur my pores, even my skin tone and illuminates my skin. Not for combo or oily skin

I had a Sephora employee recommend this knowing I have combo skin. It does look nice at first. The SPF is awesome! But after just 2 hours I had to go wash my face. The blotting papers couldn't even keep up and that was with all of my normal (SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic, B 5) prep and no foundation over, just SPF. I returned it. If you have normal or dry skin, this could be a really nice two-in-one product for you.

Not for my oily peeps

I felt like trying something different from my usual. This product made me super oily day one. Decided to return it by the end of the day. The next day my skin was irritated and broken out. For my fellow oily girls, la roche posay tinted spf 50 is the answer.

Nice texture but….

I really wanted to love this because of the ingredients. It smells amazing and has a nice texture. But it felt so heavy on me. Like it was just sitting on my skin like a mask. Also made me oily and caused some breakouts. Maybe if you have super dry skin this will work for you. But don’t recommend it to oily or combination skin.

Daily sunscreen

I can’t speak the product as a makeup primer but I used this in lieu of my daily sunscreen after moisturizer and it worked great. It was lightweight without leaving a weird residue that sunscreen can. Felt moisturizing and was absorbed. I did try using it as a primer once but I used a light weight foundation - it worked well and blended together seamlessly but I don’t know about heavier makeup applications.

Really have liked this primer, it has color and a bit of a sheer tint to it leaving a glow on your screen. The fact that it has sunscreen also is very unique. I like that it can be worn by itself during the summer time. Downfall is the price.

I absolutely loved this primer/sunscreen. It didn’t leave a white cast on my face when applying. I also loved how my foundation applied after it looked so smooth. Amazing dewy primer. Gives a great glow and keeps skin hydrated. Another great thing is that it has significant UV protection and doesn’t leave any white cast like sunscreens! This UV primer has such a high spf which i love! It leaves your skin glowing all while feeling protected in this harsh summer heat. It applies like a super light moisturizer and doesn't feel too heavy.

Love this primer! It is a must have for days I am outside. I have never seen a primer before that had such a high spf. Between the skin glow and the 50 spf perfection you can’t go wrong with this primer!

Fantastic stuff!

Similar in texture to First Aid Beauty's Coconut Smoothie Primer or Touch in Sol's Beauty Cream - both of which I adore. Makes a great base for my tinted moisturizer and I will absolutely be purchasing this once I run out. Lightly scented, spf is a nice bonus even if you can't use it as your only spf. Feels great on my face not too sticky or heavy.

Best Invisible Primer + Sunscreen

I am totally in love with this primer as it doesn’t leave a white cast on the skin and blends so smoothly. It also looks looks like a tinted moisturiser with a light skin like colour. I have used it under my makeup and it turned out flawless.

I’ll be honest, I am the worst with using any sort of UV protection unless it’s for my eyes. So when I received this primer with UV protection, I was ecstatic but also not really getting my hopes up because I’ve been disappointed by so many primers in the past. First of all let me say this is an amazing product. It’s a great primer with the major bonus of having SPF. The only drawback is how expensive it is. For SPF to be efficient you have to use the product liberally. So this tiny tube will be gone quickly.

I abosutely love this SPF. It goes on super smooth onto the skin. It has a beaitiful finish and works amazing as a makeup primer. It doesnt have a scent, and works well without makeuo as well. The packaging fits great into my bag and stays closed, so you dont have to worry about a mess. The squeez bottle is also really easy to make sure you only get as much as you need, so you dont waste product. Have really liked this and will definately be using this in my everyday makeup routine.

Vacation must have. I used this everyday on my vacation in New Orleans. Without foundation which had my skin feeling very moisturized. I didn’t have any sunburn returning home. This primer is so good. And the one day I did wear my foundation, it had my makeup looking like my skin.

I love this product!!! The best SPF primer I have tried (way better than supergoop!)It has a great texture, makes my makeup look super smooth, and lasts all day (even at the beach). I received this product to test through influenster and I’m honestly obsessed. You only need a small amount to cover your face and it WORKS. It doesn’t feel heavy at all which is something I was worried about and a reason I’m usually hesitant with sunscreen on my face because I sweat easily. This is smooth, light and one of my new favorite must have items! I love this primer!! Goes great under makeup, or alone, as it has a little tint to it that leaves your face glowing. Has a little blurring effect which I love to leave me flawless! I also love that it doesn’t leave your face looking like a ghost when taking a picture (like most products that contain spf).

Great Primer

I received this product from Influenster and Charlotte Tilbury in exchange for review. I have oily, acne prone skin and this primer with spf didn’t pill underneath my base makeup, which is great, and it didn’t break me out. It does smell a little bit like sunscreen, however, it wasn’t enough to give me a headache or anything. The product doesn’t feel thick on the skin either. It did what it was supposed to do and the product dispenses very easily.

While I appreciate the fact that this primer protects from sun damage, it was too thick of a primer for my liking. Would rather use a thin hydrating primer.

A nice sunscreen that’s high in UV protection, moisturizing and no white cast! It’s very hydrating and lightweight. The formula sits really nicely under foundation and I actually think I can use a bit less and still get good coverage. It’s great for traveling too, only down size is the price. It is quite expensive for the size.

I have loved this primer. It’s light and does not clog my pores. It has a small amount of color to blend imperfections out, and can be worn underneath foundation or on its own. It’s perfect for summer!

I was so excited to try out this primer with sunscreen and it didn’t disappoint! The formula was buttery smooth and it created a great base for my makeup. It didn’t affect my makeup in any way (it was actually “invisible”) and it feels good knowing my skin is protected when I’m out and about!

I haven’t been using it daily just mainly when I’m spending the majority of the day outdoors due to the small size of this bottle. I like that it has SPF 50 and that it isn’t as fragrant as the CT serum that I also received. I think if someone was using this daily they would go thru the bottle pretty fast.

Amazing for sensitive skin!

I love this primer/spf. It goes on so smooth and doesn’t leave you looking or feeling greasy. I highly recommend it for anyone with sensitive skin. My skin didn’t have any reaction to it and no breakouts so that’s huge for me. A little dab goes a long way! The only negative I could possibly give it is that the opening is at the bottom of the bottle and leftover primer does get stuck there so it is kind of a poor opening mechanism. But I’d still give it a 10/10. The packaging is also gorgeous.

This is a great primer! I love that it has 50 spf in it so I don’t have to apply a sunscreen as well. It has a slight “sunscreen” scent to it that dissipates quickly. This primer was great under my makeup and my foundation applied flawlessly. The only negative about it is the price. $55 for 1oz of primer is pricey.

Best primer so far

I really like this primer. It is extremely lightweight and makes my pores less visible when applying my foundation. The fact that it has spf already, saves me extra steps on my skincare routine in the morning....love!!

this is a nice sunscreen— it is not that glowy, but it blends into the skin well and doesn’t feel sticky. it wears well under makeup. i took off two stars though because you just don’t get that much product! the packaging is also kind of lame and honestly looks a little cheap, especially for the price. i like the product but i just don’t think it is worth it.

Simply Amazing

High Quality!

Wonderful product

I am so happy with this primer I been using it for a couple of days now and the consistency is amazing it makes your face really look like you have a filter on it blurred imperfections in your skin beautifully. I used today with makeup and it’s amazing I highly recommend.

I have never tried such a good primer to be honest. I just use it after my skincare routine. It is very lightweight and fragrance free. I love the way it makes my foundation look, it helps it to not cling to any dry patches. My one complaint is the strong sunscreen smell, it lingers long after even applying makeup on top of the primer. Other than that, great product!

I really like this primer. Very light weight and absorb well. Haven’t tried it as primer for under makeup yet but since it has high UV protection 50 spf and has tinted color, I have been using it alone as a sunscreen. Okay so my face tends to breakout with primers (I've tried so many) that are sort of greasy, but this primer is amazing! I love the fact that it has a SPF 50 protection. In the long run this will pay off with less ageing and fine lines. I did however find it a bit drying on the skin even when using a moisturizer.

Weightless protection

Wow this is amazing. It blurs the skin and made my pores disappear. I love that it has hydraulic acid to plump the skin and diminish fine lines. I’ve had trouble in the past with spf leaving me greasy feeling but once this one dried it was weightless and not greasy at all. I live in the desert and am always in need of a great spf so I’m glad I found this one. Stayed great under makeup. I completely forget I’m wearing it.
