I purchased this eyeliner unsure of how it was going to work for me, as most eyeliners smudge, run, flake, dry easily, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised by it: it glides on and slides easily, making a line as thin or thick as desired, stays on all day. As promised, does not run, smudge, it's removed easily. I recommend it to anyone in need of a good eyeliner

Finally! One for Aging Skin!

I'm 58 & have a slight hooded eyelid — this eyeliner dries pretty quickly so it only takes seconds before I can blink without any eyeliner transfer to my eyelid. The application is smooth - no tugging and I'm able to tightline. My favorite eyeliner I've ever used!

Dry Pen - No Precision

This is THE LAST TIME I purchase a makeup product without reading the reviews. This eyeliner feels like scraping a dry potato across my eyelid - inconsistent and patchy with absolutely no precision! I thought Charlotte Tilbury was a reputable enough brand to give it a go, but NO. Do not waste your time / money.

dried out fast

after about a week the 2 millimeters on the tip completely dried out, no matter what i did it wouldn’t work. after a month pretty much the whole thing dried up enough to make it pretty much unusuable. i never write reviews but i have a vengeance against this thing. when i tried it in store it was awsome and all of CT products i’ve tried have been worth the high price. don’t waste your money. 3 dollar wet n wild liquid eyeliner is better then this. i’m pssed off

Love it as a basic liner

I love this liner, its the easiest I've ever applied. However, I do not use it for a proper cat eye, but as a regular liner. I love that I can blend it a tiny bit if it is still wet, but I've found it stays well all day as soon as it is dry.

Don’t buy if your looking for thin wing

Testing it out in the store it worked great however after using it on my eyes for a few days it no longer works unless heavy pressure is applied, and that leaves the wing looking bulky and ugly. No where near worth 30 dollars

waterproof on hands and body only!

This liner is useless. It leaves grains of the liquid all over my lids that eventually get into my eyes and cause lots of annoying discomfort. The liner DOES NOT stay on for even an hour. Waste of $$$

Ultra black liner that lasts, but slows over time

Liner dries out, does not last

Longevity on eye and black color is awesome. However the liner dries out very easily and does not last long, two months. For the price, it’s not worth it if it can’t last longer. Other competitor pens last almost 6 months with daily use.

Not sure why the bad reviews. This eyeliner is definitely on the better side for most liners. Seems to last all day for me.

Smudges/not water resistant

Beware if you have watery eyes. This product wipes off and smudges with the slightest bit of moisture. If I touch my face I get smudge marks all over my fingers. Not long wearing for the price they ask.

My go to liner

I love the color of this liner, I've used it religiously for over a year and it's always done me right. The only downside is side is that I run out pretty quickly.

Charlotte Tillbury Feline Flick Super Brown

The color is beautiful. The liner goes on smoothly. It is not too easy to get off with just a cleansing wipe. I also have the black liner but this super brown is a perfect color

Worst eyeliner I've ever tried!

Terrible! I've used KVD's Tattoo Liner for years and was recommended this by an associate as a replacement. I'm returning it. It is NOT waterproof! It smudges without you even touching it. I've been a lifetime liquid liner girl and this is unwearable!

Transfers = Unintentional Raccoon Eyes!

It has amazing pigment but transfers so looks like I’m a raccoon after a couple hours so I hope I have time to return this within the 30 day window! Other brands don’t transfer from upper eyelid to lower eyelid. The brush is very soft but I would not purchase again.

I honestly loved it about the first dozen times i got to use it, but then the tip dried up so fast and i wasnt able to use it again.

Turns red

The brown one leans very reddish brown and if i don’t shake it before using it, then it actually dried red on my lids! Very odd and I’ve used this eyeliner before, the shade definitely looked different than what I remembered

Very dry

I have loved everything from Charlotte Tilbury (mascara, foundation, eyeshadows), so I was disappointed this eyeliner is a complete flop. The application tip is nice for control, but it doesn't last more than a half day without drying out and crumbling or smudging off. The photos I've shared are after maybe 2 hours of wear. I have tried it with a handful of primers, setters, creme and powder eyeshadows and it doesn't seem to make a difference around the lack of longevity.

Very messy and hard to use. The product doesnt glide on. You have to apply a lot of pressure to dipsense the product. I still have yet to make a crisp line with it. Very thick and hard to make fine points. Honestly, I think there is much better for much cheaper! However, the liner is very pigmented and lasts all day.

Love love love the color of this but it does seemingly run a bit patchy in terms of pigment *at times* sometimes you get a good flow other times its dry and i need to wet it to use it - not really something i want to do if I'm paying $40....... but its cute and one of the more lighter brown eyeliners I've tried, def a true brown, not a blackish-brown like I've run into with other ''brown'' eyeliners.

Avoid buying this

I bought the brown, love the color, but the felt tip is soooo dry. You have to press really hard & tilt it on the side to get product to come out, defeating the purpose of having a sharp tip. It also doesn't layer well & starts clumping very easily.

Love this liquid eyeliner, the 'grip' makes it easier for me to control the flick. I have hazel eyes and the Super Brown colour really enhance my eyes. Would definitely recommend

I had purchased this a year ago and it was great I ran out of it about two months ago and repurchased and it dried up within the first two uses. I love the shade but not worth it drying up

It does dry up sooner than other high end eyeliners but it goes on so smooth. My job is physically demanding but despite the sweat, IT NEVER SMUDGES! I wish it wasn't so expensive!!!

Someone recommended me to this in store and I impulsively purchased it. I’m returning it. I tried it yesterday and it smudged immediately. Today, I was extra careful until it dried. I rubbed my eye a bit ago and it smeared everywhere!

I had high hopes, especially with it being pricey but was highly disappointed. I appreciated the precise tip. However, It wasn’t even 2 hours into a dinner party and the eyeliner bled, leaving me and my daughter looking like 80s Punk rockers. It got worse with every attempt to wipe it off.

I tried this eyeliner a few times and even when I tried to give it a fighting chance with primer underneath it, I always found flakes of it under my eyes at the end of the day. The color is nice and the tip is great for a smooth cat eye but other than that, I wouldn't recommend it.

This eyeliner is extremely easy to use! It glides beautifully and is very pigmented. The shade is a light brown, ideal for people that don't want a harsh eyeliner. It isn't waterproof and it can fade during the day.

Great if actually consisted of product

The tip is dry making it hard almost impossible to out on. From very first use it has been like this unless I got one that was returned used and pit back out it is a total rip off for price. Its like I have been using it for 2 months when reality is I couldn't get to 2 days.

Long lasting

One of the key factors I always look for in an eyeliner is its staying power. This eyeliner passed the test, it stayed put without any signs of budging. Too pricey for the quality

It smudges alot. The cap also doesnt twist on very well it feels like its not air tight. The application and the pen itself is great and easy to use but in an 8 hour work day i had to clean up my smudges 3 times

I loved the color and wanted to love this, but the felt tip was way too long and hard to work with, and it dried up before you finished applying half of the eyeliner on one eye. It also wore off within a couple of hours and after about five hours I had no eyeliner left on.

Flimsy felt tip

Ive used the product over the course of my work week and by Friday the felt tip is no longer sharp. I like to apply my liner gently and as a thin line, so its not like ive gone crazy with it. I like the brown - it's really brown! Not just blackbrown. And the formula lasts. But quality wise of the tip, i prefer fenty.

Application is very smooth. It's easy to draw a continuous line without any skips or clumps of product on my upper lid. For the lower, I can control a lighter touch

I’m a pretty pale Indian person - and this thing barely shows up on me. If you have even medium skin, you are gonna get zero pay off. The lasting power is non-existent. To make it useable I have to use a powder shadow and an actual good eye liner

I initially went into Sephora for the Stila liquid brown eyeliner, but found that they no longer sold it in stores. Not a great eyeliner

I just bought this eyeliner and on my first use it was completely dry. The tip of the eyeliner was also broken and there was no product coming out at all. Not worth the price, there are better drugstore eyeliners that have product and are reliable.

Nothing special. Overpriced for what it is. I love CT i have the foundation light wonder and the flawless powder. But this one was not it. Its just a normal eyeliner. Nothing impressive about it. Extremely overpriced for product and packaging

I have pretty low standards when it comes to makeup but this liner is particularly bad. Extremely expensive for the product and packaging. I have used it 3 times and the product just isn’t coming out and flakes on/off. Drugstore liners I’ve tried are exponentially better (longer wear, better application, better design). Not hooded eyes friendly!

Huge Disappointment

Not for Oily Skin

Smudges super easily and doesn’t last more than a few hours for those of us who are oily. Even with a primer it didn’t work. The setting spray made it smudge more. I like the brush itself but it’s 100 percent not worth the money.

Usually a fan of Charlotte Tilbury and I still am however the brown liquid eyeliner dries so quickly. Finished one eye by the time went to do the other, the liner was already dried out. That one eye looked amazing I just wish I could do the other.

I love love love this eyeliner! It is the perfect shade of brown! The brush is perfect to create wings and strokes. I’m really happy I invested in this product. I prefer over KVD brown liquid liner (and that was a long time favorite).

Love it but wish it lasted longer

I used to use exclusively black eyeliner, so making the switch to brown was difficult since a lot of brands don’t carry brown liquid liner (that isn’t borderline black). This one is a soft medium/deep brown, and the formula isn’t too wet going on. It stays all day for me and when I wore it at universal (I rode the Jurassic park log flume ride), it didn’t budge for me. Perfect Brown Liquid Liner!

I’ve used liquid eyeliners most of my life & this is definitely one of the nicest I’ve ever tried! The Super Brown is just the right amount of color payoff. It isn’t as shocking as solid black but it isn’t so subtle that you don’t notice it at all. I also like a firm pen tip when I create wings & this one is nearly perfect! It lasts all day but I don’t have to sit there scrubbing my skin raw to get it off either!!

Beautiful color but splotchy

Beautiful color but not smooth at all. It applies splotchy and after application on one eye it goes dry. I have to put the lid on and wait a few minutes before i can try the next eye. I have the feline flick in black and have been using it whenever I have to go out or go on zoom. As I have green eyes, I decided that the brown might be better. This is my favorite eyeliner Pen. It goes on smoothly abs never smears or flakes. This stays on until you take it off. The color payoff is strong. So I went on a splurge bought almost all Charlotte Tilbury products this liquid eyeliner in my opinion one of the best liquid eyeliner I have ever bought! And I have bought a lot no skill needed to do a wing dries quick will 100% buy again

it drags the ink!

It was perfect at first, as a Sephora staff person recommended it but 6 weeks later, the product doesn’t dispense the ink well and even drags the ink off. I’m so upset about this product bc it was so fab at first. I won’t get it again though

Don’t buy! Cap won’t stay shut and it dries up!

It’s an ok eyeliner. The big problem is that the cap won’t stay shut, it’s not secured at all. Mine opened on it’s own. (I guess from being my makeup bag) and dried up completely. For a $30 eyeline I wouldn’t expect this to be an issue. Incredibly disappointed as I only used it about 4 times total and now it is money down the drain.

Dries out and drags :(

I'm so sad that I don't love this! the colour is gorgeous and stays that shade all day (I'm very fair so the dark brown is not as harsh as black liner). However now that I've had this for a while I do see it drying out like the other reviews suggest. I also find that as the tip is not stiff at all, it's starting to drag the product instead of dispensing it. This is resulting in a not very cute flick :( will have to find something better.

Loved loved loved this eyeliner. Alas, I only got to use it about three times before it dried out. The cap, which never stayed in very tight fell off in my purse. I felt this was a manufacturing error or something. Wasn’t able to get another to replace it and unwilling to gamble again on such an expensive eyeliner.

I wear liquid liner daily and this is the BEST one I’ve tried hands down. It stays on oily lids all day at work, and has great pigment. It does not tug either while applying, even over primer. This is my first time trying a CTilbury product and I’m impressed!!!

I loved this liner when I first got it as it made it really easy to do a thin cat eye. However, after a few months it gets really dry and doesn't come out even. I won't be buying this product again unfortunately.
