I thought it would be pink, it isn't

I bought the pink powder a while ago, it was a soft pink and looked good on my skin. This powder is NOT pink. I only bought it because I thought it was pink.

The pink shade 200 is yellow. Disappointing since all the colors for this shade is pink but you're actually getting a yellow shade.

Soft pink isn't the same as the old formula

I loved the old formula sooooo much and the soft pink shade was the best pink powder I could find. The new pink shade is literally yellow so there is no pink. I love the formula and how smoothing but can they fix the shade? I loved the old powder so much. I'm glad I have a back up

Worst setting powder

I wanted to give this powder a try after seeing the reviews and it was a lie. I tried to use this powder with so many different products, using several techniques to make it work and it was a total loss. It doesn't last long, creases horribly under the eyes, and leaves red residue/ spots on your face as your natural oils produce throughout the day.

Not the best for oily skin

I tried this powder out after looking at reviews seeing that it worked for individuals with oily skin. I've tried this powder out for a week straight with my makeup & every time my oils become noticeable within 3-4 hours. Any other loose powder I've used has controlled my oils longer & I am not trying to blot my face within 4 hours. I had high hopes for this product & it unfortunately disappointed me.

Really great fine powder for blending! Controlled oil, recently went to a wedding and was in this makeup and powder for 8+ hours, did have some shine near the end but it help up very well through 90 degree weather!

Favorite powder

I don't like to use powder in my makeup, because it makes it look so cakey and dry. Yet, i wanted to try this one and is my absolute favorite step now of my makeup. Great for oily skin

I have tried multiple different setting powders from lots of brands, and this powder is definitely the best on my oily skin. I find it doesn't emphasise the texture under my eyes either.

Always have extra on hand!

I loveeee this powder. I like a subtle white cast on me if this sounds weird, but its sooo smoothing. I use the milani foundation and essence concealer and after using a setting spray I go in with this powder and it works so well. Since I use glasses while im working it never rubs off my makeup when im using the powder. I just use some NYX powder to touch up!

my favorite setting powder

Ive been using this powder since it came out. it gives a smooth finish and you dont need to use very much ti get the job done- it usually lasts me 6-8 months. the only con would be that if you have dry skin, it can patch up 6-7 hours into your day, but nothing too noticeable to anyone but yourself.

I tried this setting powder with high hopes, since the reviews have been decent. I just couldn't get a good application, even after trying different brushes. A good setting powder is hard to come by and this one by Kylie Cosmetics just isn't it!!

Love the powder and the packaging. I only took down to 4 stars because I wish the powder offered a bit more coverage with more of a matte finish. This is more of a natural finish throughout the day if that's what you're looking for.

Not Pink.

I received the first one and it was not pink.. emailed customer service and they were so kind to send me another and unfortunately it wasn't pink either. I'm not sure if it's a manufacturer error or if the soft pink powder isn't really pink. I'm disappointed as the beige powder in the soft pink packaging is just not my color.

Cakey, didn't like

Solid product

The Kylie Loose Setting Powder worked well at providing a natural matte look to my face. It didn't look cake-y or too dry, just nice and smooth. It really helped my foundation stay on longer throughout the day. The pink packaging is cute but I didn't like that I can't pour some of the powder into the lid and swirl my brush in there. Amazing Coverage/Formula

At first, I was a bit skeptical of this product due to the shade. When I received it, I felt that it was going to be very powdery and light for my complexion, but it worked out amazingly! My favorite part of this product is the inside packaging which has a fishnet like material to keep the powder from spilling out everywhere. Even though that is my favorite part, it also is a card due to not be able to get a lot of powder out at one time.

Good but not up to the hype

I have been trying this powder for a few weeks and thought it was just really ok. Truthfully the packaging seems kind of cheap I was also surprised that this is the first setting powder I've gotten that didn't come with any kind of applicator. I've since used a puff and brush to apply, but didn't love either. The color was good and the finished look was good, just not great.

Not thin or translucent enough

The setting powder is in a pink plastic case, it looks pretty cheap. It doesn't come with any pouf so you'll need to use a brush to apply it. The color is translucent but the powder has a warm tone, it is very matte and not really translucent. The powder is on the coarse side and gets caky easily.

Makeup Looks Flawless

I like that it didn't dry my skin out as I have super dry skin. It felt smooth and the color was flattering. It's a bit dark now that I'm losing my tan but I'll be using it when my tan comes back this summer to keep oils at bay!

Not for me

I was sent this product from Influenster for my honest opinion. The Kylie powder just was not good on my skin. This product made my makeup separate and look cakey which was horrible to ruin a full face makeup. I wish it was a better product but I'll stick with my Laura mercier translucent powder.

Blurring Non Drying

Surprisingly it didn't stick to my dry patches and it has an almost blurring effect to my pores. The packaging is pretty average. I usually just take whatever little bit comes out on the sifter. There isn't any scent that I can detect.

I don't have a ton of experience with setting powder so trying this was super fun. I like the consistency of the powder and that a little goes a long way. Pick the right tone

Very Surprised

i enjoy putting make up on from time to time and i always tried to look for the best makeup products. I've used a lot of setting powders that would often turn greasy but, his one by far is formulated fairly well . It left my skin looking smooth and flawless and doesn't not look cakey at all. So my oily skin and even through a long 8 hour wear it doesn't make my skin look oily not even dewy like most setting powders do after a long wear. Highly recommend.

Great product, sort of hard to apply

It is a little difficult to get the product on. And by that I mean it takes a lot of product and the application is a little bothersome in terms of getting the product out. The powder itself is great in my opinion, it creates a good matte finish and preserved the look for hours it seems. And though it is for matte looks, it creates a very natural finish that is hard to distinguish from real skin unless super close. Tried it out on my sister, looks pretty.

I thought this setting powder was just ok. I used it a few times and the color was nice but it didn't apply evenly over my face. It also kept my face matte for some time but my eyeliner was more smudged at the end of the night with this powder than with the translucent powder I normally use.

Mattifying

I didn't expect anything of this product but it's actually decent. It doesn't smell like anything. It blended in with my skin easily and lasts a while. But I think it made my eyes swell up. Still not sure what product was causing it but I woke up to swollen eyelids after wearing this overnight. It might have been something completely different that caused it but it's uncertain. Less mess and oily girl friendly!

I really like this. The color was spot on for me and the texture helped the powder blend into my skin flawlessly. I used it mostly to set my eyebrows and for touch ups to the oily spots around my face and my skin wasn't left dry after application. When I first received this powder I was worried because I normally stick to translucent powders and while I am warm was afraid of this coming off a little too yellow but luckily I felt it blended in very well on the skin actually. My new go to setting powder! Used it for my under eyes and my makeup didn't crease like it usually does! So lightweight and doesn't make your makeup look cakey. I will be buying more once this one is out!

The powder is great but the packaging was not efficient

While I really liked the powder itself, my only problem is the packaging. The powder blends really well and keeps my skin matte for hours, and I have really oily skin. Only issue is the plastic circle on the inside of the lid that presses and keep the powder in place. It is hard to get the powder out of the container and can't pour into the cap like usual.

Translucent set

I really never tried a Kylie Jenner product before so I went in with no expectations. I think this product would work great in the summer when I'm more oily. Currently it's winter so my face is quite dry, so adding powder on top helps dry out more. This specific product is very light on the face though, and definitely translucent. I'm more excited to use it more often in the summer. It does dispense pretty easily though. My main complaint is that the packaging is plastic.

Long lasting Coverage

Packaging come ins a simple pink tbh and is lightweight since it feels like plastic. But I like how you can avoid the powder coming out so it doesn't get messy and super easy to apply. Solid product!

Not so sure.

I tried my hardest to actually like it, but it's an ok product. Firstly, it's kinda of difficult to get the powder out. It just seems to make your face look cakey, clumping up in one spot more than the others. Another issue is that more of the powder seems to get in the air than on your face. I was a little worried this powder would be too yellow for me, but it melts into the skin so nicely! It did a great job under my eyes, which tends to be a problem area for me. It blurred my under eyes and doesn't look heavy or cakey (I do still have fine lines under my eyes but that's just my face lol- this powder didn't accentuate them which is great). Kylie's powder is a really great setting powder for dry to normal skin types! For combo-oily skin (like mine) I would argue that its more of a finishing powder. Was skeptical to try this brand, but surprisingly I'm pleased with the product. Received "Deep Dark" which wasn't my definition of "Deep Dark" but we all know the issue with that in makeup. Got told my skin was beautiful

A random person told me my skin was beautiful when it's actually really not doing great right now, I've got a lot of breakout. Inaccurate shade color

Another great matte powder

Does not crease

Light setting powder

I felt like this setting powder was lighter than most . I feel it took a little bit to know it was on the brush . Also, it says dark but it wasn't all that dark to me so keep that in mind. My biggest issue was I didn't like the set up as far as getting the powder out , not a fan of that. Overall I did enjoy the product.

The powder i currently use what I compared this powder to, it is the clean covergirl translucent powder. Not for me

The deep dark color is not the right shade for my skin tone. I like the way the setting powder feels on my skin; it's soft and easy to put on. However, it makes my skin look a bit orange. A lighter shade might have been better.

Kylie's Setting Powder is a great product. The pink packaging is so cute. The coverage is perfect leaving a clean, matte finish, but perfect for blending. It doesn't have any scents. The only thing I would improve is having an application brush/pad with it.

LOVE

This is my first time trying a yellow setting powder and let me just say I am in LOVE! I have medium tan skin and neutral undertones and typically use Laura mercier which I find too drying. Meanwhile other powders that are translucent end up ashy or too light on my skin. This was absolutely luminous. Not too drying or cakey. It took away my shine with a nice satin finish and helped with under eye creasing for my concealer with just tapping a tiny bit on. So excited to try baking with this !!

I had never bought this brand of powder I hardly use loose powder, I just received it to try it out and let me tell you it covers up my redness that I have on my cheeks I suffer from eczema and it covers it. Fragrance free and smooth

I've loved Kylie Jenner products since she came out with lip kits and I've loved how evolved the brand has gotten but this POWDERRRRR BIHHH 😮‍💨😮‍💨. A M A Z I N G !! And it comes with a little press on the bottom of the lid so every time you close it, it presses the powder down. It may not be as perfect as powders like laura mercier, nars,... but in general, Kelly jenner loose setting powder has a smooth powder, is easy to spread thinly and controls oil relatively well. The makeup will last a long time, avoiding fading of the foundation and creating a matte base for the makeup.

The packaging is so misleading you only get 0.17oz of product in a big plastic package which is even less than the minis you get from other brands in much lesser price. The powder is so chalky and has always creased my undereye in a drying way. Worst powder on the market.

No Talk!!

So glad to find something that doesnt have that talk chalky feeling, this one feels smooth like the becca powder they used to have!! Its netted so it wont all fall out. Hard to get the powder out of the jar

Probably my favorite setting powder of the ones I've tried, but the packaging is designed in such a way that it makes it hard to get product out of the container and onto your brush. I have to turn it upside down and shake it really hard to get any powder to come out, and then repeat that several times to be able to cover my whole face.

I have normal to dry skin, along with eczema. I have to be cautious on what I put on my skin. I really like the Kylie setting powder - it does not give me any breakouts or makes my skin dry after applying makeup. I will repurchase again!

I have really dry skin and i have been looking for a good powder for months but evrey powder i tried made my skin look dry and it would make my makeup seperate and show all my pores i finally decided to try the kylie powder i was a little worried it would not look good with my skin but i was totally wrong it is an amazing powder it not only makes my skin look amazing but it is so blurring and brightening and makes my makeup last all day!

Pink not pink

I bought the soft pink and was very disappointed. The pink is not even pink! I specifically wanted pink setting powder!! I don't know if I was given the wrong color? Packaging said it was pink but it's definitely not. The texture is ok I guess… it's not Huda or Fenty. I hate when I spend my money and end up dissatisfied. I'll stick to just lip kits.

Low Quality

This is a low quality setting powder. After applying foundation, this does not set my face. I can touch my face afterwards and it still feels moist and not set. The packaging is cute and it's a bit more affordable than others but the quality is not it.

Not good for my oily skin girls

Looks good when you first put it on but won't combat oils well if you have oily skin. Oils started showing through after 3 hrs. Would recommend Laura mercier for staying matte all day

Nothing spectacular

This powder does blur my pores and feels super smooth on the skin, but it doesn't last but a few hours before I'm majorly oily. Maybelline Fit Me loose powder holds up better!

Slightly disappointed

I ordered the shade soft pink, got more of a banana colour which, if I'd wanted a banana colour (which I don't as I have several setting powders in that shade!) I'd have ordered one! Does glide on the skin nicely, but very disappointed at the disparity in the colour on the pics and in real life. Hoping it may look more pinky outdoors!

i LOVE this formula but there is definitely coloring issues. i love my soft pink powder but i feel like it's more yellow/translucent colored. idk i honestly thought i received the wrong product at first. anyways the formula is stunning and i use this almost everyday - the pigment issues just need to be fixed

Soft pink will turn pink if wet

As a hairstylist, I get light water spritz on my face daily from shampooing, spraying water on hair, and constantly cleaning color bowls.. if I get any water on my face the powder will turn BRIGHT PINK. Luckily it buffs out but I looked like I had a skin condition appear in minutes, it was crazy!

My go to!

I bought this powder on a whim and it is my favorite I've tried. I never go thru loose powder as I have SO many and this is the only one I've ever missed when I ran out! It's the best under eye powder I've ever used and it smooths pores really well too. I have tried what feels like every loose powder. This one is my GO TO!

Stunning pink powder!

Mediocre

Don't see much of a pink or brightening effect. A mediocre yellow powder, that's maybe being generous. Really not worth the price. Cool container. Minimal coverage. Not very amazing for setting, baking, or finishing. I can say it's very lightweight, although this comes with 0 oil absorption and the areas you set will be greasy in 1-2 hours.

Not true to color.

Don't know if this was a bad batch or if the color online differs but this is not pink. Not even slightly pink. This is a yellow undertone color. So disappointed. Love the actual powder itself, not my first buy, but wanted to try the pink one and it is deff not pink. Not worth the money

Love this product

I love this setting powder I use it to bake on top of my charlotte tilbury compact setting powder. When I get oily mid day (around my T-zone) I apply this and I look good as new. The only thing is it's not really pink which I was looking forward to the pink color. Other than that I love the packaging because it prevents powder from going everywhere. Overall I really like this setting powder.

Beautiful powder, inaccurate color

I ordered this powder in soft pink, but it is almost the same color as my Laura mercier translucent powder. The powder itself is excellent and I really wish the color was actually pink. I hope in the future they correct this. I think it would be even more beautiful.

I bought soft pink but…

I did not receive a pink powder. From reading other reviews, I have no idea how this keeps passing quality control. It's more beige-ish. There is absolutely no pink in this powder. However, it is a really good powder. It makes my skin look flawless so I will definitely keep using it. Kylie Cosmetics needs to either change the color name on this particular product or actually make a PINK powder.

Quality control issues; pink is yellow

As of the end of 11/2022, the pink shade 200 is still yellow!! I've bought 3x pink shades all a month or so apart and they're all yellow. Returned each one. Only pink shade around is being sent by their PR team. Ulta doesn't have it. Do not buy if you want a pink shade.

Great setting powder.

I have fair skin with underlying pink tones. This product is perfect as other powders look more orange on my skin. It's also great for setting my makeup.

i have dry skin and i tend to struggle with under eye creasing but when i tell you this setting powder IS AMAZING im being so serious. it's super super soft and it's glides on so smoothly. doesn't have a smell either, packaging is super cute. this powder with the elf camo hydrating concealer is like the best combo ever. get this < 3

Love this Powder!

Love this loose powder. Gives just enough coverage so you still have a natural look. Stays fresh looking all day. I am so selective of any products I use and by far all of Kylie's products I have tried so far have been amazing.

Soft Pink

So glad it is back, this is the best setting powder i have ever used! However the shade "soft pink" is not available, and that is the one i use.
