Love it!!

This is my new favorite tinted sunscreen, it’s light enough for a no makeup-makeup day but buildable enough for when I need more coverage or want to jazz it up with blush/bronzer. It stays in place, works well with other products,doesn’t irritate my skin, and the color range is great

The coverage is very buildable and looks beautiful on the skin. My only complaint is that it isn’t transfer-proof.

Allergic reaction

I really liked how this product looked on my skin but unfortunately my skin did not agree with it. I developed itchy red spots on the sides of my face. It wasn’t immediately, the reaction appeared in the afternoon. I had applied this product in the morning. Bummer.

I got this recommended to me because of the clean formula and it being eczema safe. After 6 months of not being able to wear any kind of makeup (i’d never had eczema before this) i finally found something that works. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best Foundation Alternative

Love this so much more than Ilia skin tint. Seamless application. Lightweight. And does not trigger my acne prone skin. I never thought I would be able to wear exchange my foundation for a tinted sunscreen until I found this product.

Rubs off/stains clothing

The shade I’m wearing is too dark for me, but it was a free sample. First off the good: it’s very hydrating and has great coverage. I had high hopes for it. Now, the bad: even an hour later, it still smears off easily. It will get on your hands, clothes, and anything else that touches your face like your cell phone.

My go to foundation

I’m not much of a foundation girly, but I wanted a little pick me up to feel a little better so I wanted to try something new. I’ve went from the ilia foundation stick ( it was a little too drying for my face ) to this tinted sunscreen. It does not appear cakey at all. I love how refresh my skin looks when I have it on. Creases and oily!

I’ve been searching for a matte skin tint with SPF. Two Sephora employees recommended this product to me, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks, and I don’t like it. It creases instantly, even when I apply a small amount and set it with powder and setting spray. It feels heavy and gets oily, even though I have dry skin. I wish I listened to the reviews I saw online. This product is terrible. It pills, it clings to dryness you don't realize you have, and the color oxidizes. I don't have any pros to say about this product. I'm very disappointed.

Good coverage but not the best feel

I didn't like this product at first, but recently found mixing it was moisturizer and then applying gives you glass skin so now I'm obsessed. A little greasy on it's own. Really good coverage tho and safe for acne prone skin!

The best no-makeup makeup!

I’ve been looking for a tinted moisturizer for ages that feels like and doesn’t cake or flake. This product is amazing! It applies flawlessly and is slightly buildable for areas that need more coverage and lasts all day.

A must have in my routine

I use this very light coverage product as a tinted SPF. Because I use a heavy foundation on a daily basis, it is nice to have this light coverage to use on the weekend when I don’t need such a heavy coverage.

Great product. I can use it to replace tinted moisturizer and foundation! Great for beach/pool when SPF is needed but you want to even out skin tone.

Nice look but not made for my skin type.

I have dry, acne prone skin and this doesn’t really work for me. The coverage is good but it gets caught on dry areas and clumps up during application. If it wasn’t so finicky during application it would be five stars.

Bought this foundation to try but it literally became my holy grail. It is so dewy and blends so smoothly on the skin. I’d say it’s very light coverage but definitely buildable to medium. About to buy again.

Cystic break out

Broke me out with cystic acne. Never had such a reaction from any product before. The coverage / feel of product was nice . Would not recommend if you have sensitive skin/ acne prone skin.

Pleasant surprise

I was concerned that this product might not be friendly to aging skin, but am very happy with my purchase. The product goes on smoothly, feels almost like nothing on my skin, and matches my winter skin tone beautifully, neither too pink nor too yellow. I would definitely buy it again.

A Must Have Staple

I have purchased two and I definitely recommend this product for someone looking more on the side of a natural, luminous, medium coverage foundation. It isn't like a traditional tinted sunscreen, the coverage is better. However the formula does need a little work. After wearing it for several hours it does start to separate and move around on the skin, and It does transfer heavily even after setting powder and setting spray. Yet I will continue to repurchase this product.

Meh

I received a sample of this and I liked how it went on and was surprised by the amount of coverage. Was more of a foundation than a tinted moisturizer to me. However when I looked in the mirror about 5 hours later, it seemed to be sitting on top of every pore on my face and looked like I needed a ton of extractions. I would not repurchase for this reason.

Beautiful

I absolutely love this! It was a perfect match and blended perfectly. I’ve warn this out in hot sweaty weather and it was still on! I will say it does separate on my nose.

Dependable for sensitive skin girlies!

I have such sensitive skin and recently went through a period of annoying breakouts and couldn’t find the trigger. Everything in my routine was “acne safe” but the breakouts persisted! I stopped using everything except CeraVe products and Tower 28 makeup and I’m so pleased to say my face is back to clear and bright and smooth. Shoutout Tower 28, you never let me down and I’m not sure why I ever stray!!!

It is much heavier than I was hoping. As others have said, it was patchy and would not smooth out.

Horrible. I don’t know how to describe it. It’s patchy, SUPER greasy, and just clings to dry patches. Worst product i have tried yet, i had high hopes for this.

Barrier destroyed!

Allergic reaction/barrier destroyed! I have (or more like had) the smoothest skin ever. After 3 days of use I woke up with gravel looking skin. Never had this happen with a face product. Will be returning.

Not enough coverage

This product does make my drink skin feel hydrated but unfortunately, it doesn't provide the coverage.I need. I don't live near sephora, so it would be impossible to come back and be turn it.

Im acne prone & this didn’t break me out, covered all my redness & made me feel confident. Honestly nothing is perfect with tinted sunscreen but it does the job. Im just happy I finally found a tinted sunscreen that don’t break me out.

Will Repurchase

I’ve used a lot of foundations - NARS, Estee Lauder, Charlotte Tilbury, Dior, and many others. I have middle-aged, occasionally dry skin. Coverage is light/medium. You do have to use a lot, it’s a sunscreen.

A daily must have

I’ve been using this product for a few weeks and I have been loving it! Coverage, you do need to set it with powder because it is dewy but for my dry skin it’s perfect!

i tend to get overstimulated with the feeling of foundation on my face plus my skin is pretty sensitive so i have been looking for something light weight sort of skin tint that you can barely feel on your face. THIS IS IT. it has that barely there feel and still provides busily coverage. it leaves the skin beautiful and dewy. plus it doesn’t break me out the way previous foundations have.

Eczema Holy Grail!

I haven’t been able to regularly wear foundation due to my face eczema over the last few years. Decided to give this a shot and IM SO HAPPY I COULD CRY! It doesn’t cause flare ups for me and helps even the color on my skin! Please don’t ever get rid of this!!

Not the best for dry skin acne prone

I have dry skin and some acne this skin tint is moisturizing but it stuck to dry patches in 20 minutes and separated as soon as I applied I tried applying with brush and hands neither worked I also used non dry as possible so th to it had less to stick to but that didn’t work moisturizer before to get my skin as

Very good for dry sensitive skin

I love this tinted sunscreen because it’s very hydrating and gentle on my dry and eczema skin. The shade range is good and not super orange. The coverage is pretty sheer but evens out the skin very nicely. It’s very lightweight and provides good protection against the sun on my fair skin. It doesn’t really pill off throughout the day. Over a solid choice for dry sensitive skin as it is approved by the eczema association.

To yellow for pale skin even in lightest shade.

The consistency is amazing but I purchased the lightest shade (Fairfax) because I am very pale but it was so dark and yellow.

Use a lot

My only issue is that I have to use a lot even using a brush to cover my whole face. But otherwise gorgeous formula and very hydrating.

Good spf tint

No complaints. It’s a good skin tint! Nothing special, it doesn’t make my skin look glowy. It evens out my skin tone, has spf and doesn’t break me out. Could probably find something more cost friendly.

The best tinted sunscreen

I was a bit scaptical buying as I have pretty high requirements for the sunscreen. This one crossed all the boxes. The shade I got is just perfect and dewy but not sticky. No fragrance. It lasts the whole day even though I live in the humid climate. I highly recommend! I also have an acne prone skin and it didn’t break me out.

Natural looking finish

I’m always watching videos with people whose skin looks flawless after they put on liquid or tinted moisturizer and think how fake they are. But this makes my skin look flawless and soft!! The only downside which could just be me is at the end of the day, it kinda sits in my pores. But it could be my moisturizer an or my setting powder? I’m not sure. But this is definitely worth a try!!!

Very greasy and you can see if you have dry skin. Would not recommend for coverage either.

This is my all time favorite foundation. It is so light weight and doesn’t break my face out! I have dry sensitive skin and this always looks so smooth and glowy! I love this so much!

Mature skin glows!

I love this tinted sunscreen and it lasts so much longer than many of the other similar products I’ve tried on. I am 47 with dry skin. I was extremely surprised with how much I love this products. Best tinted moisturizer that i've found

The only tinted moisturizer that I've found that has great application, nice dewey finish, doesn't highlight dry skin patches. I didn't want SUPER heavy like foundation, and this is a nice light overall finish that smooths discoloration and makes my face 'day' ready. I don't even use foundation ever I always start with this, no matter how little or much makeup I'm going to wear. Great overall complexion. I use this layered over Bobbi Brown Vitamin Face Base moisturizer.

this product severely broke me out and honestly made me really upset because I thought I found a tinted sunscreen foundation that wouldn’t.  I have a lot of friends who also loved it. What I did try it laid down beautifully and fit my skin color very well.

Great tinted and clean sunscreen

Very nice coverage looks sheer on the skin but with good coverage hides the redness in my skin, the rest of the makeup sits nicely on it, lasts the whole day. I just love it.

A summer must have

Usually break out from tinted sunscreen foundation. This is very much the opposite and I have sensitive and oily skin. Like that it’s only physical sunscreen. Like the dewiness but can put powder over it to make it Matt. Wish it had more spf but like this product

Product isn’t too bad, coverage seems fine, but a little drying on my combo skin. Also, after each use, I found myself breaking out. I don’t think I’d purchase again.

the ultimate dry skin skin tint

this is THE holy grail skin tint for dry skin. people complain that it doesn’t dry down, but for someone with extremely dry skin like me, its perfect. i dont think people understand what tinted spf really is! definitely buildable coverage and easy to touch up if needed.

Do not buy for acne prone skin

It gave me acne even though it is supposed to be good for acne prone skin, and it has a very oily finish. Got it as a skin tint but its medium coverage. foundation,

I wanted to like this so bad

I like this brand and wanted to like this but I just can’t. The color match is great, but my main issue with this is that it never feels like it dries. I am constantly finding residue on my phone, my hands, and my glasses throughout the day. Plus the bottle is a mess and has leaked in my entire makeup bag. I will buy other Tower 28 products in the future but not this one.

My favorite skin tint!!

I’ve repurchased this several times. The coverage is very buildable and it lasts me all day. My T28 concealer shade is 2 BU. My NARS concealer shade is 02 Vanilla. The ingredients are clean and this doesn’t break me out at all. I’ll probably never try any other tinted SPFs because this one would be HARD to beat. A forever repurchase for me🫶🏼

At first, this product gave me such.a smooth, nice base but over time as i kept using it, it started to give me perioral dermatitis and it started to pill on me, so i put it into storage and no longer use it! It is really hydrating and light weight but my skin did not like this product at all

After using this product for a couple of days I did see that I was breaking out a little bit and it did feel a little heavy for my skin, however it has really good coverage!

Itchy skin

I like this brand because it’s relatively clean. I read the ingredients, because I have sensitive skin, and many things irritate my skin. I missed the mica (which is a known irritant for me), and when I used it, my skin got really itchy. It looked ok though. I still felt like I had a mask on. (That’s why I never wear foundation.) I tried it another time and it must not have mixed with my moisturizer I had on underneath. The zinc made it look like it was all peeling. Awful. I had to go wash...

Great for daily SPF use! I wear this as my daily sunscreen and foundation and it’s exactly what I need - light coverage and sun protection.

ONLY BUY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR FAVORITE SHIRT. The packaging is terrible and will crack and come out of the side when you go to apply. Very unfortunate considering the product is actually good.

Medium coverage and serum like

I love this! it's very serum like and more coverage than you would think. There is a nice range of shades and undertones and it feels hydrating and blendable.

I just purchased my 2nd bottle! It leaves your skin so dewy and healthy looking. I do have other sunscreens and foundations with better ingredients, but this one always helps you when you are in a rush. I just love it.

This is my skin but better! I’m an oily/combo girl and I feel like this makes my skin look dewy but not oily. I wear this on a 10 hour shift as a server where I’m sweating all day and it still looks amazing by the time I get home. Definitely would recommend!

Don’t wear this to the gym!

I went into Sephora to replace my usual IT product and the salesperson managed to convince me to try this. Big mistake. The coverage is fine, though it does not set well even with a powder to finish. The problem is that it comes off way too easily. An accidental wipe with your finger - comes right off. The worst thing is that if you wear this and go to the gym it literally runs off your face. Was really looking forward to trying this product so I was sad when it broke me out

Fav spf foundation

I’m on my second bottle of this! I think it has a few issues-it can stick to dry patches and can get a little patchy. However, I have acne prone skin and a lot of dark spots from previous acne, and I have noticed that when I use this they fade significantly and I don’t get any new acne. I’m not a great sunscreen applier, so I think it has to do with the SPF in this, but it has helped my skin a lot! If you have the same issues I would recommend it :)

This is not acne safe AT ALL. I purchased this thinking it would be easy and the information led me to believe it would be acne safe. It looks very nice on it has a nice glow and is very skin-like but it destroyed my skin and I got horrible acne after using it for 2 weeks. I know it was that and not anything else in my skin care routine because that only used this on one side of my face. 

Tower 28 for the win!

My skin has been saved! As a sensitive/oily skin girly I’m always trying find products that my skin loves, this is one. Actually the entire Tower 28 line is GOLD!

My go-to, must have!

My holy grail, ride or die face product! I have repurchased this time and time again. For reference, I have dry/combination skin and I am in my mid 30’s. It is not greasy and doesn’t leave a white cast at all. I apply it with myfingers first, then use a damp beauty blender and it is perfect!

No breakouts!

Best light-med coverage foundation! Can wear all day and get sweaty, and no blemishes! It’s magic and looks very natural and dewy. I add a layer of setting powder after applying. I have lots of skin issues and this stuff work the best for me. 5+ stars!

Must have skin tint

I have used this product for about 6 months and I won’t go back. I struggle with acne and this does not flare it up. I also have eczema, this does not cause any issues either

Only ok when first applied, wears HORRIBLE

Blotchy, cakey, separates, heavy, etc. The only way I can wear this is if I barely put any on. One of the worst tints I’ve tried if not the worst. Pretty sad I spent money on this. Also can’t set it with powder or it looks even worse throughout the day.

Conflicted

Did full face of makeup with this as foundation. I used setting powder and setting spray. The color is a very good match for me and I love that it has additional spf cuz I am very fair. Today it is 68 degrees. Weather is breezy and cloudy. An hour into wearing it. It wore off around my nose, chin and around my mouth.

Transfers everywhere, so messy!!

First off, let me by saying that the shade range for this sunscreen is awesome. It was a perfect match for my skin. However, the downside of this sunscreen foundation is that it transfers EVERYWHERE. Good but not great for dry and textured skin

It’s a great, light weight product! It’s easy to blend, but with my dry patches and acne scars, you can see them and are a little pronounced but if I put on extra moisture on and it makes it a little more even. It’s a good product and will definitely be repurchasing!

This foundation is my salvation

This foundation is my salvation in hot climates. It does not flow. It does not clog into wrinkles and pores. And it has a beautiful finish with highlights. Employee in the store helped me choose a foundation and I have been using it for a year now for all evening outings. I recommend choosing your color in the store

I hated this. It felt thick and heavy on, wore off, and I wanted to like it but hated it. to be honest they color matched me for this and it's kind of a freaking joke because I literally looked like Casper the friendly ghost. I client wear as makeup, and I client wear it under makeup. It pilled with my other products and I had a few pimples the next day. Maybe I'll try it again in a darker color but only if I could get samples first!

3.5 Stars - Quite effective but not extraordinary

Really 3.5 stars but being generous since the packaging and pricing are decent. The good: Super natural coverage. Not too dewy, not matte at all. Light medium coverage that is extremely easy to blend. Great shade and undertone ranges for light / medium skin. The bad: It's a little greasy. It definitely feels like you're putting on last-generation sunscreen. There's also the tiniest bit of white cast, even on my light-medium skin. Took me a few tries to get the right tint, but Fairfax was my ultimate favorite choice. Does NOT irritate my eyes has has a beautiful dewy long-wearing finish. Goes on a bit thick, but I do feel confident when wearing this!

If I used it with a brush it made my face cakey, i could only use it with a beauty blender.

The shade match was great, (I’m a Fenty 385 and 55 Temescal matched perfectly). The coverage was nice and I found that it went on better and looked smoother when I used my fingers. My new summer go-to

Bought this for a vacation earlier this spring and have continued using it all summer. It provides the perfect light, natural-looking coverage while evening skin tone, blurring imperfections and providing SPF. I pair it with a bit of blush and mascara for an easy no makeup look.

Broke me out for days

This did irreparable damage to my skin. The breakouts lasted for weeks and I’m still recovering tbh. I do love that it felt moisturizing on my skin and it evened it out so well, my stubborn hyperpigmentatin disappeared whoever I wore this. If I could grieve it 2.5 stars I would.

Shade 15 perfect match, but no for texture

Tower 28 SunnyDays Skin Tint ,Shade 15. I’ve used this for a while now, and I’ve come to realize that skin tints just don’t last all day — especially on oily skin like mine. After an hour or so, the finish starts to break down and makes my skin look uneven or patchy. That being said, Shade 15 is the best match I’ve ever found for my skin tone. Fine, but least favorite product from Tower 28

She is hard to layer with skin prep products but not so much with other make up products. You have to have the right primer or just lean into this as your moisturizer. Happy with the shade and dry down, definitely can’t wear enough to achieve full SPF level, but she is dewy and glowy.

Literal Game Changer!!!

I have NEVER had a product that i liked more! The formula is sooooo good, it glides over everything and leaves you looking smooth and flawless, however, it never feels like you're even wearing anything!! I've worn it all day in the sweltering heat, and it held up so well!! It is so comfortable to wear, it doesn't feel irritable, dry or heavy, EVER! i have never liked a complexion product as much as this one!

This is a beautiful formula. Now, if you do not like a glow/dewy finish, this isn’t for you. The dewy/glow can be lessened with powder. This product does not self-set. Sometimes I simply use with all cream products, other times I will set this down with powder. Either way, it does last on the skin. I was shocked by the stay powering given the fact it does not ever dry/set down on its own. I love this even more than I thought I would. Tower 28 knocked it out of the park with this one....

It is great for the girlies that like a clean/light/no makeup makeup look, it is kind of oily tbh but I love the formula and the glowiness so I don't really mind (if you have oily skin I wouldn't recommend)

It goes on very nicely, however, I am sensitive to silicones and this caused an itchy rash due to the silicone ingredient Trimethylsiloxysilicate.

Great skin tint

Surprisingly this skin tint has a decent amount of coverage! I’m an acne prone girly with dark spots and it applied fantastic! I didn’t have any issues with breaking out at all or drying . I love that it has spf as well!

Don’t buy

This gunk doesn’t come off brushes. Even after cleaning with DAWN, you can still feel the residue and the stain won’t come off. There’s other brands that come off without the struggle.

Great formula, packaging needs work

My favorite foundation ever! Super light, doesn’t irritate my super sensitive fair skin and color is perfect. I’ve gone through 4-5 of these and noticed that the bottle leaks occasionally even with the cap on.

This is my second time purchasing this skin tint and this is my holyyy grail. It works perfectly for my skin, it leaves a natural glow on your face, and it has never broken me out once.

This definitely isn’t for everyone. This product applies so nicely but within an hour I had major separation an oxidation that I hadn’t had with any other skin tint.

This goes on so smooth and looks better over time. I don’t get greasy with this at all. This is the best “your skin but better” product I have found. I don’t have any pilling at all like other reviews say, but you don’t need to use very much and it spreads out super well.

This has to be the most oily thing I’ve put on my face. While it toned down the redness, it made my face shiny and greasy and transferred like crazy even after using setting powder. Despite the powder the shine kept coming back. This is definitely for skin that’s dry as the desert.

I LOVE this product. The finish is glowy and natural, while providing buildable coverage. I have gone through about three of these and I keep coming back for more!! My only wish, was that this was that this product had more staying power on its own. I can get this product to last all day with primer and setting spray.

A non irritating foundation with clean ingredients

This is one of the clean tinted foundation that is very lightweight and hypoallergenic it didn’t irritate my acne at all and it washes off very easily.

Did not work for me

Normally I don’t have an issue with mineral sunscreens but this product is very filmy. It pills and settles into every line and pore on my face. It looks patchy and cakey after a few hours of wear. Also, the shade/undertone range isn’t great for a medium coverage product. I have fair-light skin with a neutral undertone. The lightest shade is too light for me, so I got 13 la cienega, which is still slightly orange on me. I’m will be returning this.

My new favorite

Ive only tried this twice and so far it hasnt let me down, it has not too much coverage and not too little, and i hate the feeling of makeup on my face and i cant even feel this! i really do recommend it

My new forever foundation

This is perfect for me. I previously thought I had settled on my forever foundation brand but then this came along. I have naturally acne prone and red toning to my face. This is lightweight but always gives me a consistent finish, and full coverage that lasts!!! THANK YOU TOWER 28!

It’s okay

It’s great at first but over a few hours throughout the day your skin gets very sticky and the product starts to spread and looks kiki even using a light layer. It does the same thing. :/ maybe i’m doing it wrong?

My go-to foundation

This is one of the only foundations I can use that doesn’t flare up my perioral dermatitis or make my skin irritated! I wish there was more of a matte version since I’m extremely oily, but a little bit of pressed powder does the trick.

I am a skin tint girly! this product is one of my favorites. You don’t have to use a lot to get the coverage that you need and it really makes my skin look flawless. I’ve seen some people say it makes them look very oily or cakey, but I think that is just because they are using too much product. A little bit of the stuff really goes along way! 

Not acne safe sadly

Sadly this caused me to have acne even in places I never have acne (my forehead). Very strange since it is supposedly non comedogenic. I did enjoy the experience and results (other than the acne) so I think it’s worth a try!

At first glance, this wears beautifully. It's not too glowy, and it's got a wonderful shade match. HOWEVER, It doesn't dry down for like a couple hours. I'm tacky for a good portion of the morning with the nervousness of accidentally wiping it off. the product wears beautifully after it finally dries, however... that is a major issue. lol.

Unexpected LOVE!

I picked this up because I was tired of feeling super heavy foundation on my skin. This product has not only protected my skin, but improved it! The redness around my mouth has greatly improved and my skin just looks super smooth. I also love how I can build it up with a brush or sponge, or slather a little bit on with my fingers and blend it in. I NEVER write reviews and just HAD TO! I love this product so so much!

The perfect SPF skin tint

I truly cannot think of enough great things to say about this skin tint (I definitely think it should be called a tinted SPF or a skin tint with SPF and not a foundation). This honestly is the most "skin-like" product of any tinted face product *I have ever tried*! It looked stunning. It felt weightless on my skin, was very buildable, and gave medium coverage with a wonderful dewy finish. And it is self-setting and has good wear time. I didn't use any powder at all, and it lasted for 6 hours...

Love this skin tint. It has a light feeling on your face with a decent amount of coverage. Strongly recommend.

My product is NOT expired and for some reason it leaves flakes behind when I apply it to my skin. They look like small pigment deposits or something. I have to apply to the back of my hand and gently dab with a sponge to pick up a bit of product without getting too many specks along with it. It also leaves a very shiny finish (not glowy but rather excessively dewy in appearance). I do NOT have oily skin either. Overall would not recommend.

A must for sensitive skin! Careful with applying!

Tried using this for a week so far and feels a little greasier than I thought. You really have to apply in small amounts/ thin layers or else it will get cakey after half an hour or so. I have pale sensitive acne prone skin with lots of hyperpigmentation and finding a tinted sunscreen has been tough- tower 28 doesnt burn my eyes or cause acne. I finally learned how to apply this foundation to keep it from creasing and last all day, here are the secrets: -use a primer -underpaint hyperpigmentation with tower 28 concealer -apply thin coat of tower 28 foundation with fingers and blend with a sponge -powder or setting spray - both is like a lot arwas

I used this product a few times and everytime it left my pores larger and my face would NOT set . my makeup would melt off within an hour even if it was cold outside.

A Staple

I’m on my second tube!! It’s my favorite foundation by far. With primer, without primer it glows, it’s smooth, hydrating! The only thing I would say is that I wish there was a lighter shade, I use the lightest -Fairfax- however it still seems too yellow.

Didn’t work on my skin

I bought this wanting to switch to lighter coverage foundations, and this was recommended to me by a makeup artist friend. I wanted to like it so bad! I have combo/oily skin, and it applies beautifully. Thirty minutes later though, it’s already flaking off and moving around in the t zone and in my chin and upper lip. It makes me look greasy. I tried it without primer, with primer, applying only with moisturizer, using powder, and it just was not working. Maybe better for dry skin?

Truthfully I was so excited to try this. I’m in the market for a new spf that is clean, and acne safe, and was referred this product from my esti. Let me just start out by saying no matter what I do to prep my face, it just pills breaks by up in the creases and it just isn’t workable.

Causes breakouts

I actually liked the way this looked on my face. The problem is I have oily/acne prone skin and I have noticed it has caused breakouts. I hate it because I wanted to like it!

Not bad but unsure if would buy again

I have mostly dry, somewhat combo skin. I wanted to try this as a quick base to even out my skin and provide spf at the same time. I don’t know if I would buy again, while it doesn’t seem to pile it seems to be on the fence with creating flakes in my skin and my eyes are always dry and crease after I use. I even avoid using near my under eye area.

Poor shade range

Shade range is weak. Went to 3 different sephoras and checked online for a shade for my very pale skin and none of the many employees or myself could find one that was light enough for me. Very disappointing. Same with the concealer, none were a match.

Not ONE crusty bit on my face

Works really well to cover up my rosacea redness and texture without looking dry or makeup-y. Dries down to a very natural and not at all sticky or greasy finish. BIGGEST THING FOR ME: did not cling to my dry patches around my nose or on my rosacea (and I tried this while having a flare up!!!!!). Will continue to repurchase. In love.

Separates and settles badly.

At first this has a beautiful finish, adds the perfect amount of glow and dewiness without looking oily. But! After a few hours of wear, it separates and settles into every pore and fine line. If you plan on reapplying every 2 hours, this is the product for you. If not, skip it.

I really wanted to like this. I used it on only half of my face as a primer and also as a base for no make up make up look. Overall, it looked fine honestly, nothing special but it made me break out so bad. So if you have sensitive skin and are prone to getting acne, do not buy this product, you will break out terribly.

Best tinted sunscreen

I love this product, I have combination skin but some tinted sunscreens make my skin look greasy by the end of the day. This one never does and keeps my skin looking great all day. I love that my skin still looks like skin but gives a some coverage.

Meh. Too opaque and one dimensional. I still use it but it doesn’t make me look great. Is too thick for a no makeup day but not good for a more made up day. I prefer either a regular sunscreen like Kosas.

Holy Grail for Sensitive Skin!

Drying

Unfortunately wanted to love this product but it basically peeked my whole face. Loved the look of it on my skin but after continued use, dried my whole face left it peeling all over and burning .

Do Not Recommend

This product settles into creases worse than any other foundation I've used. It never really dries down or blends into the skin, so the transfer is awful, and just lightly brushing hair out of your face will leave you with a streak across your forehead where the foundation wiped off.

I tried multiple times to use this (with a solid skincare prep) because I love all Tower 28 items but it was soooo dry and patchy looking. It made my minimal peach fuzz stand out immediately. Don’t recommend if you have dry skin.

A skin tint that actually feels good!

Finally, a skin tint type product that gives the light and natural coverage I want without feeling greasy! I have combo dry skin and so many skin tints don’t set well. This is beautiful and so natural and as weird as it sounds, buildable from a light look to a full face. I’ve been using this for about a month and it’s perfect. it’s everything i’ve wanted. amazing for daily or weekly use. best skin tint ive tried and it didn’t disrupt my acne at all!!

New must have in my routine! I’m a neutral undertone and melrose looked more neutral than the actual neutral color. I’m 42 and this is the best thing I have put on my face in a long time! It did break up a little on my chin half way through the day but I just dabbed with my finger and it was perfect again! No setting powder and no setting spray needed it looked so good all day!

Used this for the first time this morning and I am already obsessed! Absolutely NO white cast, blended out beautifully and was super smooth, and it was probably the easiest thing I’ve ever shade matched for myself. So far, I highly recommend!

Daily wear

Light, great natural coverage if you have minor improfections like pores. I use this on a daily basis. A little goes a long way, I do have oily skin so that might also play into the way it covers on my skin.

Light weight, evens tone, has spf. Non irritating

If you don’t like super full matte coverage, but enjoy an all over lighter look to even skin tone and skin care is important for you, look no further. I apply with a sponge or clean fingers, it has spf in it, win!!! But a notable feature of this product is that the spf does not irritate the area around my eyes or my tzone. And that’s very hard to find!!!

Great skin tint with spf!

I absolutely love tinted moisturizers with SPF. This one is great. Similar to Bare Minerals. This pairs so well with a glazing milk and leaves you with such a beautiful dewy finish. Layers with other makeup well and doesn’t break me out.

This product is great!! Super lightweight, doesn’t feel like anything! Has pretty good coverage, not full but it boosts my confidence for my acne skin. Doesn’t break me out and easy to remove!

too oily for me

upon putting the product on i LOVED it, it blended in perfectly and wasn’t heavy. after having it on for some time it was SO OILY, i already have somewhat oily skin so it just emphasized that so much more even with the powder i put on. wished it wasn’t so oily :(

A better skin tint (or BB cream) doesn’t exist

I have tried another skin tint that I really like, but this one is perfect. I have rosacea & my skin is very sensitive. I’ve used this for a couple months now & I’m able to add a bit more where I need more coverage. It soaks into my skin & looks flawless.

what i have been looking for

I have been looking for a foundation that has spf and THIS IS IT. It has great ingredients (I always look at exact details), it didn't break me out, It has a natural finish, and my skin didn't feel cakey. Plus it has titanium spf and that's better for sensitive skin and I didn't get that white/purpley cast that I get because i'm black and wanna use a non-chemical sunscreen. I would buy again

I bought this product after seeing mix reviews on it. From my experience, I think this is a good product. It gives good coverage but it’s not heavy on the skin, which i love. It gives more of a natural look while still giving good coverage. It does stay on but I’ve noticed that throughout the day it just disappears.

This product did not blend well. Unfortunately marketed as acne safe I purchased immediately. But after checking if it was actually acne safe it’s not. It contains isostearic acid and polyglyceryl-2 isostearate which are both acne triggered.

I just put this on and it’s SOO BAD!It’s super heavy on the skin, and I have more normal to dry skin, and it felt so oil!! I bought the lightest shade Fairfax and it’s dark. Like orange on me. Don’t sit ur money!!!

I use this product for about a week, I started to notice that my skin would get really dry around my mouth and that the product would set in and look flaky on any dry skin and accentuated that. Overall, the color matched my skin perfectly I used the shade finder for that. I am planning on exchanging for a different product due to the dryness, unfortunately

As a person who does not wear makeup ever I LOVE this tinted moisturizer. I feel like it evens out my skin tone well without being too heavy or too much coverage. Other makeup lays beautifully on top of it, and it is long lasting
