I used to love love love this product but the shades changed. It’s so dark and orange now

wrong shade

I love the formula, but why are the shades so messed up? I was so excited to get this, but it makes me orange. this was supposed to be for light skin with neutral undertones. this company has the worst shade range I've ever seen.

Awesome product

I love this product! It goes on great and has the hydration that my dry skin needs as well as SPF. I was using Dior religiously, so I had my doubts. I have definitely recommended this product!

Not enough coverage

disappointed in the formula as it's not full coverage. I had high hopes after using Elf dupe. Too shiny but not enough coverage. Great for you if you like to be shiny

Wasn't for me

I wanted to try this after reading reviews, 5 hrs in it broke apart on my skin lol it looked splotchy. I tried to salvage my look by spraying my fix it spray, that didn't work either. It's nice that it has some SPF coverage but I would say its a light coverage not full coverage.

Can't live without

Moisturizing, easy to blend in and great SPF coverage. This is a staple for me on days I don't have time for my full routine or when I know I will be in the sun. A little goes a long way!

Flakey and won't stay on my skin.

I've been using this for a few months and I'm trying to use it up. I don't love it. I can't get it to stay on my skin and it dries so weird that it looks flakey. I exfoliated again this morning and applied moisturizer and still sitting horribly on my skin. I've tried using primer, no primer, moisturizer and no moisturizer underneath and it still just wipes off or dries weird. I even bought new makeup brushes hoping it would help... nope! I think I'll go back to my old daily foundation.

Staple for everyday use or going out

I honestly love this product. There’s the right amount of shades to choose from and the formula is amazing. You don’t need that much product at once and it gives a subtle healthy glow but also a matte finish. It’s great for layering other products on top of it. Bonus that it has SPF!! Would always recommend

Supreme Fail

I was excited to try because It is supposedly the #1 CC but was extremely disappointed by the coverage and wear. Not a fan. Orangey color and super shiny, so much my face looked melted. It also smells terrible. The Matte version (green packaging) is even worse. The scent is really awful - very strong odor - and coverage SUPER CAKEY. This was surprising since the reviews are generally positive. When I told the sales people, they said yeah we hear this a lot. So idk maybe a lot of Reviewers...

ORANGE

I tried it a bit yesterday at the store. I had an employee try to match my color. I bought it because it looked alright at the store. Today, I got ready for work and was baffled that it looked so orange. I didn’t have a replacement for it. It also doesn’t blend in very well and really makes fine lines noticeable

Not good for dry skin

The texture is nice and lightweight, and the color is great. However, I really don’t recommend it for dry skin. My skin is dry too, and it actually makes it feel even drier. Everything else about it is good, but it doesn’t have enough moisture or hydration.

Great SPF foundation for combo skin

Great for my combo acne prone skin, doesn’t break me out and has buildable coverage. Love that it has SPF in it. It can be a bit drying though, I can see why it might be better for combo and oily skin!

Great full coverage cc cream

I absolutely loved this CC cream. It gave me the full coverage I was looking for while still feeling like skin instead of a heavy mask. It smoothed out uneven tone and covered imperfections really well right from the first layer, and I didn’t need much extra product to look polished. The finish looked natural and not cakey, even after a full day of wear, and I appreciated that it has SPF 50 built in for daily sun protection. Not for dry skin girlies

Sadly I'm not impressed with this foundation. If you have dry skin, stay far away from this product - it looks nice on the skin at first, but after a few hours it settles into fine lines, looks patchy, and makes your skin very very dry. I've used the IT cosmetics nude glow CC cream and had no issues, so I'll be going back to that product as this one is a big no for me.

Third time buying this, it looks pricey but the longevity of the product is amazing, one pump and you are good, also once the tube is done, make sure you cute the bottle because a lot of product tends to accumulate inside of the btl giving the impression that it’s done when it’s really not… not mentioning all the skin care ingredients infused into it not come

Ugh! Not for acne prone skin

I want to love this because it is really beautiful on the skin but as an acne prone girlie I can’t use it. My whole face breaks out 2-3 days after using it.

Needs Good Skin Prep

I have combination skin, and if you have dry skin you’ll need a lot of prep to make this look nice. Make sure your face is well-moisturized and use thin layers or the tiniest amount.

Face cream that brings happiness

Wonderful product. I rarely use foundation but due to aging, have uneven dry skin with spots. I have very busy life so all in 1 cream is perfect . It makes me so inspired and happy in my 49 year old body.

This product is 100% full coverage. You need very minimal of it and I find it last a while. It also wears very nicely and overall I’ve never had an issue with it

It's a no for me

I was able to try this for free and I'm so glad I was able to do so before actually buying some of this. When I tell you this looked FLAWLESS when I put it on, I mean that with my whole chest. But, by the end of the day this settled into lines I didn't even know existed on my face and made my pores look horrible, it also started to separate around my nose area. Will not be purchasing.

BEST. FOUNDATION. EVER. + 50 spf? So so good. I have been using it for years now! The only thing is that i wish there was a shade in between fair and light, that would be my perfect shade :)

The Holy Grail of coverage

I love the coverage of this cream! It covers all my imperfections but still lets my skin breathe. I can go the whole day and not have to worry about reapplying. Also love that it has spf included so I can skip a step of my morning skincare routine!

I used to shade light which was a little darker and warmer than I expected. Having said that it blends well into the skin. I did however find it difficult to layer concealer on top, particularly drier textures. The product is unscented.

Not for my skin

I have VERY sensitive skin with dry patches & fine lines. This product definitely caused my skin to be noticeably dry & it filled my fine lines. It did not make me break out which is always my number one concern. I will not feel comfortable using this on my skin.

I recently started using cc cream. This product is the best one out of all of them and perfect match. I have sensitive skin and this cream is very nice and I have not had any breakouts. It’s light and effortless to place and blends in great.

This is so thick. It looks beautiful directly after you apply it, but good luck trying to set it. It is full coverage but it is also cakey. I wanted coverage with high spf but I hate the finish. It also reeks like tea tree oil? For the price, this product is awful.

Been using for years

I bought this foundation in 2018, used it for two years and though why not try something else, I’ve tried make 5 other foundations and always go back to this. If you want light coverage apply a small amount, if you want more you can add more and it looks great. Lasts me all day and I work in construction, I do wear primer and setting spray though. Love the packaging, sanitary with the pump, but when it doesn’t pump you can cut it open and I’ve gotten a few more weeks out of it from cutting...

A little goes a long way.

I have been using this CC cream for at least 5 years now. I have flaky skin on my forehead and cheeks, but have found that if I exfoliate before I use this and apply facial moisturizer, then the CC cream goes on smoothly. Also, a little goes a very long way; I don't even use half a pump for full facial coverage. If you put on a full pump, it will look cakey. One tube lasts me over a year, and I use it every single day.

I don't remember this CC cream being so bad. I am sure formula has changed. Scent is faint but for some reason made my eye water. Skin started to look super oily after 2 hours of wear. Color match was close. Application was not great. Don't spend cash on this product.

Great full coverage

The foundation color was a little off for my skin tone, but it did provide a great coverage as I have sun marks on my skin. It didn’t dry out my skin or leave it oily looking which was a huge plus as I have combination skin. Oxidizes really bad…

It covers

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This foundation does provides lots of coverage. It is a thick creamy formulation. It only requires the use a thin layer. It blends with a sponge and a brush. One of the directions states to apply 15 minutes before into the sun. The SPF protection is there because the formula is thick and takes effort to remove. This is a multi purpose cream.

Worth a try

This is definitely a full coverage foundation. Such a small drop covers my entire face. It smells great, and blends well for the most part. There are two draw backs: 1) it settles into my fine lines - however, not as badly as many other foundations. 2) it oxidizes quite a bit. This is my second shade that I have tried, and they have both turned a bit orange throughout the day.

My go to CC cream

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’ve been using this CC cream for a while now. I love that it has sunscreen in the formula. It has a good amount of coverage and stays on all day. It’s also very easy to apply and smooths on to my skin well without looking too cakey.

Really do like this for foundation, however it doesn't last long. The only foundation I use and it could be better with the longevity. Smooth, easy to apply.

Light weight but oxidized

I received this foundation a while back and even though is not my shade I love it, I used this as a bronzer and it's a very full coverage, blends very well and I highly recommend it for someone with oily, I don't think that it will be good for someone with dry skin but I would not know, it works amazingly well in mature skin and not a perfect skin like mine

A big NO from me. I have never used a worse CC cream or foundation in my 15+ years of wearing makeup). It made my skin breakout and did not blend at all. It was flakey (my husband literally asked me what was wrong with my face) and literally sat on top of my skin. Do not recommend... spend your money on a better foundation.

lipstick for your face

However, it is compact size and offers good coverage, so it shouldn't be more difficult than reapplying lipstick.

I really wanted to love it

The only positive things I can say about this is I love the idea of it since it has so many beneficial skincare ingredients and the color is nice. That being said, it is very thick and difficult to blend and you can see every pore on my face. I'm not a fan.

The lighting in the store made this look like the right color. Once at home the light from my vanity and even outside it was VERY light. Luckily I have a dark cc I can mix with it. It does get cakey if it isn't dried down prior to setting powder or loose powder.

It’s a good cc cream but it didn’t work out for my super-dry skin. I even tried mixing with a little face oil, but I could see some dry spots. The coverage and sun protection was great. Dried out around my nose

The picture I submitted is a picture of my true skin tone with no makeup. I am 40 years old, for reference. It did cover nicely, however around my nose and chin it seemed to dry it out. I do have pretty dry skin, but not severe like flaking or anything. If you have dry skin, I’m not sure this would be the product for you. My skin responds best to powders.

Disappointed with IT Cosmetics CC Cream

I had high hopes for this CC cream after seeing so many ads, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. Instead of the flawless finish I was hoping for, it made my skin look dry and emphasized every wrinkle and imperfection. It felt heavy and didn’t provide the natural, hydrating coverage I wanted. Definitely not a repurchase for me, and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends.

I don’t understand the hype of this product. It is sooo thick. Even when I use the smallest I can. Definitely is a full coverage which is great but I wish I didn’t have to look so cakey for that. Color matches aren’t the best either. And it smells funky and only gives you a less cake look with thick moisturizer

Solid Foundation

I received this for free to try and review. This is definitely full coverage. It has a beautiful finish satin finish that cancels out redness, hyper pigmentation and other discoloration. The scent is clean and the packaging is easy to use. I love that it has SPF 50. I appreciate that IT Cosmetics has expanded the shade range to be more inclusive. The one thing I don’t like about this foundation is that is slightly heavy and settles into my fine lines after extended wear.

Definitely full coverage

I really love this product it’s not like foundation at all it’s not heavy on the skin but it looks like foundation! It’s very much full coverage for sure but goes on like a tinted moisturizer which I love! I only use tinted moisturizers because of the skincare benefits and the look on my skin is so much more flawless and natural and this definitely ranks high on my list of everyday products now!

Good coverage strong scent

I like the coverage of this product. It does bring out some texture in my skin but covers redness well, and I like the SPF. I don't love this kind of packaging because it doesn't come out easily and I feel like a lot of product gets stuck in the cap area. It's also very scented so if fragrance bothers you this might not be the thing for you.

Feels like nothing on but can accentuate texture.

The color I received was way too dark for my skin tone. Based on the pic I thought it would be more tan than dark. That said, the coverage feels extremely light, yet is quite full. I think it made my pores and acne more apparent, but this could be due to the color. I was very surprised at how matte, yet not dry this foundation looked. I applied it with a brush, so I think people who want more of a medium coverage could use a damp sponge to thin it out a bit.

Perfect full coverage!

I love it, the IT CC cream is so light and at the same time its total coverage is the best, it doesn't feel heavy on the face and leaves a natural finish, it hides my age spots, the super plus is that it has sunscreen and high protection, I love having more than two benefits in a single product, it leaves your skin with a super glow.

Good coverage

Have a very good coverage but not heavy on your skin. Have spf50 which make things easier. Anti aging hydrating serum. The smell is not overpowering

Not for me

Unfortunately the shade was not great tho it looks like a match. The texture was nice but the scent reminds me of cleaning products rather high end makeup, and i couldn't handle it for too long on my face before it triggered a migraine. The coverage seems great so im sad this item didn't work for myself

Wish it was so orange.

Unfortunately the color is too orange. So I will be using it as a color corrector. I do like that it blends easily and has a nice finish. I also like that it has SPF. I try to get my foundations with SPF in case I forget to use it.

I misjudged the color palette and the shade I received is too dark for me. However, I love the formula and that it has SPF 50 so I will be looking for a shade closer to my color. It applies amazingly and feels good on the skin. It’s lightweight and it would be perfect for spring or summer.

Great coverage!

This coverage on this cream is phenomenal. It covered my tattoo easily. There were no weird smells, and it made my skin look great. I love having a higher spf, and this is great! I didn't experience any breakouts using it, and it didn't irritate my skin. I would recommend it.

Inaccurate Color

At first, I thought they sent me the wrong color - but the box says "Light Cool". It's a bit dark and warm for a light cool. It also creases. I'll play around with it, but so far, I'm not a fan.

Good foundation but can do better with coverage

Overall it’s an okay foundation. It’s buildable and feels light. Doesn’t appear gooey/cakey. Still can do better with coverage though. Otherwise, safe on my sensitive skin and good packaging.

I really love this foundation. It applies wonderfully and has a nice, smooth texture. The coverage is amazing and even though it's full coverage it doesn't appear thick. Personally I mix it with my moisturizer as I have really dry skin and I prefer that little boost while also extending the product. I have noticed a little difference in protection from the sun but truthfully I'm not sure what I'm supposed to look for in order to rate that responsibly. Overall this is a great foundation though.

I mean ladies, it,s IT cosmetics. The name speaks for itself. This foundation is so creamy and light. No scent make it ideal. It is perfect for the spring and summer, but all year round for me. Blend-able and Moisturizing SPF

This is a great multi-feature product, it’s very moisturizing while providing sun protection. I’ve been a fan of It Cosmetics and their CC Cream full coverage foundation is one of my favorite full coverage foundations. It’s creamy and smooth and offers great coverage without feeling cakey or sticky. I have melasma and it covers my hyperpigmentation, evens out my skintone with no problem and offers additional protection from the sun with 50+ spf.

I really love the IT Cosmetics line of products and I have tried this cream (and other similar ones) previously and always have the same reaction. From far away, it makes my skin look flawless. BUT, up close, it accentuates every pore 🫣 I am sure this product works great for some skin types. For mine, I want to love it so bad but can’t get there with how it makes my face look up close.

The only reason this got 4 stars was that the shade was too dark for me. The coverage was amazing, and it was full. The consistency was that of a good creamy moisturizer, and it went on smoothly. I can't attest to the sunscreen aspect because I didn't use it more than once. I am going to try the right shade and see what results I get.

You do not need a lot of product to get awesome coverage. My only issue, and it’s absolutely a *me* issue, is the shade. Light Neutral is the shade I picked, as the Fair Procelain is a “neutral peach undertone” and I’m more pale olive/neutral (AF F2Olive is my best match for reference). True neutrals tend to match well enough, this was just a touch too dark.
