2 stars because it looked amazing on my skin, until after a few hours of wear and my skin had little pimples and bumps all over. It was a combination of an allergic reaction and breakout. I never breakout either so don’t know why but do not recommend

Do not recommend

This makes my skin look cakey and clings to dry patches regardless of skin prep, exfoliating, etc. It has very light coverage and doesnt hide my hyperpigmentation. Within 1 hour it seperates and makes me look greasy. Worst foundation I've ever used. The only good thing I can say is they have a good range including olive tones.

In love with this perfect light weight foundation. Normally I’m very picky when it comes to powder and didn’t think the powder was going to be just as well performing as the foundation but it does. Natural Skin Finish in a Travel Friendly Compact

I’ve really been enjoying the Patrick Ta cream foundation. It definitely leans more natural with a soft matte dry down, which I love. If you lightly apply the cream to the face and then very lightly set it, it honestly just looks like skin. I love the lightweight formula, it’s similar to the kosas oil tint— but after it dries, it’s terrible! I don’t have dry skin but somehow this makes me look like I do. I’ve tried with and without primer and everytime I want to take it off

Best for super dry skin that is not acne-prone

I picked this up for $13 on IPSY. I got the shade tan 1. For reference, I am a Fenty 420, so tan 1 is my concealer shade. Make sure to Prep properly and Powder lightly

I would definitely recommend using a not too greasy moisturizer because it will make the product kind of separate and get into your pores (mind you I prepped my skin and I’m oily/combo). I wouldn’t go too stingy on the product otherwise it’ll not look the greatest. Overall, I like the natural coverage as it officially does not only as I want it to look but better as an actual foundation compared to the glossier stretch balm.

Really love this

Really love this. I tried it without prepping my skin at all just to see of the shade was good and it melted into my skin and lasted all day. Cannot wait to try it with properly prepping. The shade match was unreal and its very lightweight, i can still see my beauty marks which I love

It’s ok

Love the colour match and I do feel like it blends good but even with the loose powder, my face gets really greasy after a while. I have combination skin so maybe it’s not a fit for me. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to try this product.

best cream foundation

very easy to apply & work with. a little goes a long way & can definitely build up coverage. my new favorite it does not feel heavy at all & it looks so smooth on. im not a fan of dewy finishes therefore i prefer cream formulas over liquid and this one is my new favorite.

Get it!

Secret weapon. This duo applies well, feels weightless, lasts all day. This looks great on camera too! I love the packaging, looks pretty and very convenient to carry both foundation and powder on the go.

This was not at all a full coverage foundation. I purchased while out of town to cover rosacea. I will be returning.

Quite the forgotten gem

If all my makeup were to spontaneous combust and I had to start over, Haus Labs foundation and this one would be the first two base products I'd throw hands to collect. I will say that this is a very nice product and the packaging is luxe! However the problem I am having with most foundations, is that the undertones are wrong from my skin tone, the texture of this is great. But the undertone was all wrong for my skin tone. I have never written a review on a product before, but this product impressed me. I have large pores, combination, skin, fine lines and some melasma. even after a 12 hour shift at work, my skin looks even and smooth. Not cakey, not greasy. I really do love this product.

This is my favourite cream foundations, it's super easy to blend and glides on easy. I am a big fan but I do find that if you're on the dryer side it can look flaky. It is pricy for what you get

Wanted to Love This!

I really wanted to love this foundation! On the first 1-2 initial wear I felt like it went on seamless, lightweight, and looked like skin! But I quickly began to notice that the make-up was breaking down a lot quicker than I was anticipating (even with prepping my skin beforehand with primer and moisturizer). Super bummed, but with that happening along with the pretty hefty price tage, I had to go ahead and return it.

I loved this crème compact makeup! I’m giving it a 5 star, because I have oily skin and it different kept my oils in place such as giving me a smooth satin finish. I definitely say it’s worth the money!

Not worth $52 for something that breaks you out

$52 I feel the price went up I definitely don’t think it worth $52 your better off with Dior stick or hourglass which is my current fave usually I’m not crème stick person but hourglass has to be my fave to say I still have this and still looks new says a lot

ive purchased a different shade and ended up returning it for this one instead. this is the right shade and undertone for me. regardless of the wrong shade that was purchased, i still think this product is worth the money.. this brand really offers great products from foundation (liquid and cream/powder), blushes and brushes.

Patchy and feels oily

Wow this is not a good product. I’m fair/neutral tone and this was SO ORANGE in my skin and the other lighter tones were too light. I prepped my skin properly as well before applying and this product was very patchy, even after warming up the product in my palm before applying. If you want to waste your money, buy this

Like a second skin!

This cream foundation is great! You only need a little bit to get ample coverage and it glides on beautifully. It is very skin-like.. I'm not sure I'd necessarily suggest it for somebody with oily skin, somebody with acne-prone skin, or somebody with a lot to cover but I have normal to dry skin with a bit of an oily t-zone and I don't need tons of coverage so for me, it works well. I'm not in love with the powder portion of the product but the cream foundation is A+ IMO.

Perfect color match. I NEVER find anything with my undertones and this cream foundation is IT! So easy to apply, really quick I use a beauty blender. It’s not cakey and the powder and cream foundation mix well with other products without getting patchy.

Shows every crease very blotchy

I tried different ways of applying this foundation and it was still awful. Within an hour I felt like a grease ball and it was blotchy. Showed every crease I had. I don’t have many I’m only 32. The finishing powder was awful too. Very disappointing

Not for oily skin. Looks so natural and soft when first applied but after 3 hours, I already shiny (and this is with primer AND setting spray on). It also leaves a weird waxy smell on my face. :/

Still looked great after 13 hours!

I wore it for the first time today and am so thrilled! I have insanely greasy skin, large pores, and also dry patches from tret. It looked great at the end of the day - didn’t slip, get cakey, or stick to dry patches. Love this and am now checking out other Patrick TA products!

It felt cakey..

This product is a full coverage product, personally I wasn’t pleased with how it felt on my skin. It does create a blurring effect after a WHILE when you use the setting powder. The foundation felt like a thick mask on my face which was a problem for me. Other that that it does what it needed to do.

Best foundation ever

Love this foundation!!! I have a combo skin and this is perfect for me. You can decide if you want something light coverage or full coverage. Best part is that It gives me a natural finish.

I have dry sensitive acne-prone skin and although this gives me acne….. the finish is pretty good. If you don’t have acne prone skin I would recommend!

Worth the hype

It took me a while to figure out how to use this foundation. But now that I have I understand the hype. What I found works for is me is being very very well moisturized, and no primer. Every primer I tried with this (nyx,Armani,smashbox,talk) didn’t work. Then I took a small amount on the Patrick ta brush and stippled it then went in with a beauty blender. Definitely worth the hype, and I loooooove the powder. Easy to travel with and last for 10+ hours

Impeccable. Ta knew what he was doing with this - not for oily people since it is more dewy but it could work if you see it properly. Beautiful skin like finish. And the best part? It doesn’t settle into smile lines.

I’ve spent more time and money trying to find the makeup that works for me than I care to admit. THIS! This has changed the game for me. I’m 40 with skin on the drier side, occasional blemishes. I can see how this would not be a good option for oily skin girls. But dry skin?? YES. Applied CORRECTKH this goes on like a dream. And I sweat A LOT and it stays put. GET IT!!!

Worst foundation by far

I was so excited to try this foundation and purchased it to try out as an option for my wedding makeup. The first time I used it I applied with a foundation brush and it was so cakey and pulled everywhere. I tried following up with a beauty blender and then my fingers to no avail. It’s a no for me

I have combination, acne prone skin. This stuff goes on cakey and shows every single one of my pores. It somehow accentuates every pimple I’m trying to cover. It makes my skin feel gross bottom line.

Natural finish with nice coverage

This product looks great on my 41 year old dry skin if I use a beauty blender and don’t over apply. It makes my skin look smooth and hydrated with a natural finish. I do not use the powder, but finish with CT setting spray and it lasts all day.

My new every day go to

I use this as a concealer for my dark under eyes and I LOVE that it has a perfectly corresponding powder to set the cream. I love the little plastic window that protects the cream, the foundation is medium coverage, not cakey at ALL, and the powder isn’t patchy at all it’s very soft. I use this every day since I got it!

I was extremely hesitant to buy this foundation as so many reviews said it looked awful on dry skin. I have bad dry flaky skin and let me tell you it practically looks like a second skin. I think the packaging is pretty, but I think it looks kind of Cakey on textured skin with large pores. I wanted to return after first use simply bc it feels so thick on the skin, however since trying it a few more times I’ve gotten it to work on my skin.(still don’t love the packaging either, looks dirty/scratched) It takes a silicone primer/concealer and a good setting job to work well but looks pretty if you can get it to work for you.

The shade match is great, the coverage is great, BUT… the smell is awful! The smell is similar to licorice. I smell it on my face a few hours after application. If they could make this product fragrance free, it’d be great.

Not for oily skin, large pores, or acne scarring

The color matched perfectly, but it was super cakey and shiny! I do have textured skin but with my primer, I usually don’t have a problem. You could see every pore/blemish, and it just didn’t settle well on my face. It smudged and had obvious caking. Would not recommend for oily or textured skin

Did not work for me

I just purchased this today and was super excited to try it out. Not going to lie, it feels a little heavy but isn’t a dealbreaker. The dealbreaker is it started sliding across my chin but stayed everywhere else. I also didn’t like that it looked very cakey so I’ll be returning it. Otherwise, it matches my skin perfectly.

I tried to use this product multiple times, it never worked even with the best skin prep and primer. If you have textured skin, it’s not buildable. Doesn’t matter how much you put on. You can set it even with the best setting sprays and powders, you’ll be peeling by lunch or have it wiped off. Will be returning.

I’m surprised that this didn’t work for so many people with dry skin because I absolutely love this! I was afraid it would feel heavy and too oily but it doesn’t. Gives the perfect blurring effect with light/medium coverage!

I absolutely love the Patrick Ta blushes and wanted to give this a try. However, this is absolutely not for dry skin. I tried everything, from prepping my skin, using a primer, hydrating spray and different ways of application including a brush and sponge but to no avail. It's one of the worst products I've tried as it starts separating within the hour. It's cakey and aging and looks cheap.

Not for dry or normal skin.

The idea of the cream foundation seems so good, but it was not for my skin. I tried applying it with two different brushes and with a beauty blender and there was no winning. It stuck in every crease and pronounced my skin's flaws. It really made my skin look absolutely terrible with bad coverage. The powder did not help, but that did not surprise me as I don't normally use powder. Maybe better for oily skin?

Clogs pores and very sheer coverage!

This makeup goes on beautifully but there are a few problems with it.I have sensitive skin and i had several breakouts while using it. It also gave me a clogged pore (not non-uncomodogenic) which took 3 weeks to clear. The color match was beautiful but was it very sheer and even though i was using it sparingly, it only lasted 1 month. I'm not willing to spend $52 a month on foundation . I'm sticking to my KVD Good Apple foundation.

New Fav Foundation!

Wow - I was shocked by this foundation!! It was so easy to apply with a brush and truly has that “my skin but better” look to it. It’s a nice, natural finish that applies very quickly. I didn’t see it clinging to any dry patches, and in my opinion, it had great staying powder. The powder is also amazing for setting the under eyes! This duo is definitely worth the cash. As a beginner with dry, acne prone skin - you’ve got to try this!

It smells so bad and just sits on the skin. After an hour it broke up and enhanced any and all texture on my skin.

Hoped for much more

As others have said, I wanted to love this, but it just didn't work for me. It goes on beautifully but doesn't have any staying power. I tried it a few times with a different base (with two different primers, without primer at all) and different setting powders and sprays... nothing worked. Within a few hours it was streaking and felt greasy (I have combination skin). Sad to return it, but for the price it just isn't worth keeping

Not worth the money

I really wanted to love this.. perhaps if you have very balanced skin this will work but if you are even a little oily, yikes. It looks beautiful when first applied but I noticed at the 4 hour mark it started to look like I had freckles due to how badly it separated. I've tried so many combos of primer, powder and setting spray (and leaving it the hell alone) to no avail. I live in a dry climate and it's winter, maybe that matters.. considering the cost, I really did expect better.

Too expensive! This product is hard to work with and moves around. It doesn’t sit well over other products. I tried a brush and a sponge, it was hard to blend, set into my lines and looked heavy.

Shade matcher could not match my shade??

The foundation itself isn't that great. It doesn't set. It sits on the skin, slides around, and tranfers very easily. The shade I bought looks awful, and it was the lightest shade I could possibly pick, but there's pink in it. If I went the next shade up it was way to dark. Shade matcher can not match my shade AT ALL! More shades need to be added for sure! The packaging is so difficult to keep clean.

Gorgeous coverage

Looks so natural on your skin, but you can build coverage. Covers my natural redness and acne perfectly! I don’t notice the powder does much when I put it on, and I still prefer my normal setting powder.

The best concept in makeup formulation for 2023. Buildable, lightweight, non-greasy, and won’t sink into pores like some liquid formulas. You will need to buy a dense brush to pair with this - the Saie brush would work great for reference. Giving this 4/5 stars because of the packaging. For $50, there should be at least 1oz of the cream foundation. The pallet ends up getting very messy on the sides, and honestly, the powder is not necessary. I’d rather get more of the cream product....

Careful with ordering online

Ordered from Sephora inside kohls during the 20% off deal they had and my product came with the cracked powder. Spoke with kohl’s customer service who advised to me to bring it into the store to exchange it. When I did that, the Sephora employee I spoke with was unhelpful and told me that since they do not carry the product inside the store, she would be able to only return it and that I would have to recorder it and miss out on the 20%…

Horrible break out

After using this product for a week, I had decided to return it due to the worst acne out break I have had since I was in high school. Not only did it send my skin through it, but it also separated on my skin and did not last throughout a day of wear. I am disappointed I didn’t like this and am glad that Sephora took it back. Amazing foundation for all different foundation looks. Can apply a light amount for natural days and it evens out my skin tone very nicely but also looks bomb for my full coverage looks. LOVE!!

Really enjoy this duo, the crème foundation is very smooth and does not fall into fine lines. this foundation is actually beautiful and i’ve never had such a good shade match in my life, but honestly for $52 i don’t think it’s worth it. you have to use quite a bit to get even some coverage, and when it’s in a tin like that i feel like it’s going to run out so fast. it also does unfortunately clong to dry patches quite a bit so if you have drier skin i’d stay away from this one. if they had a bigger tin of it for the price i’d definitely have kept it, but unfortunately this one was a return.

I bought the tik tok hype bc my fav influencer showed it and it looked flawless. The packaging is amazing. Goes on feeling smooth and I had no problem blending it. Broke apart

I purchased the shade light medium 1, the shade itself was beautiful. It looked great after application… however I wore it to work. I allowed it to stand the test of time and it completely cracked on my face. My face looked like the desert floor…. Cracked dry and flaky. I have normal skin, I apply great face prep and didn’t change my usual routine with powders… it looked horrible. Don’t believe the TikTok hype. Patrick ta has other great products but not this one.

I’m so disappointed in this foundation. I had such high hopes but it looked terrible on my skin. It sinks into every pore and made me look like I had dry patches even though my skin is normal/oily. It looked okay from afar but up close was terrible. Very sad considering how expensive it is.

This has been my favorite foundation thus far. It’s thin and doesn’t feel heavy. I always get compliments on my skin whenever I’m wearing this. I do blot once a day (I’m an oily, sweaty gal), otherwise, no complaints. You do have to prep your skin before application, though. So keep that in mind.

Avoid if you have ANY texture or human sized pores

This was SUCH A MISS for me. I have combo skin with an oily t-zone and this sunk into every tiny imperfection, then separated within a few hours and started to look crusty around my nose/mouth. I'm convinced this only looks good on influencers who want to stay on Patrick's PR list. It also felt super heavy and gross. One of the worst foundations I've tried.

Not worth the hype

I have tried this several, and I mean several times, and I honestly really do not get the hype! I have used cream foundations before this one that I loved, but this one just never looked good to me. Before I even finished the rest of my routine it had already settled into my fine lines. I’m only 23 btw. And it seemed to stick to the powder weird when I tried to set it, so it would smudge and get splotchy.

I really wanted to like it but I just couldn’t figure out how to make it non-patchy after a couple hours. Right after application it looks amazing, but as the day goes on it goes down hill. It gets very patchy especially around the nose. Tried different bases and prep routines, making it more hydrating underneath and nothing worked. I was searching for a good concealer and setting powder combo when I stumbled upon this beauty. Boy am I glad I tried this as a concealer!! I have used this for 2 weeks nonstop and I am obsessed. This is buildable and beautiful. I love it! I think the cream is better than the powder but they pair wonderfully and are beautiful separate. Invest in the Patrick Ta brush for this, trust me!

Not worth the money. I tried to like it.

I really wanted to love this foundation. I loved getting a powder and foundation together in one compact. Thought it would make my life easier. And in theory it does. The issue starts with the powder. It’s weird and has weird undertone. My foundation was golden under tone and the powder was pink undertones and left the sling looking flat. Also after about 6 months the cream started to smell weird, a very strong smell. And the finish was weird. I tried to like it but I don’t like it better...

Had high hopes

I sooo wanted this to be my new HG foundation but alas was not meant to be. Goes on very smoothly and beautifully but within 3-4 hours it started wearing off and my skin was patchy. Returning :(

My absolute favorite foundation/powder mix!!! The only thing that would make it better would be to have an applicator included; given the price... It saves me from having to carry around foundation and powder in separate bottles and is nice to just throw in a small purse. It also works for me and I sweat alot in the summer! it's a full coverage life saver. Unfortunately I did drop mine and the powder broke :( but it was on its last use so probably my fault !! I will continue to purchase :)

On the fence

I was so excited to purchase this foundation. I usually stick with what I know works for me. The foundation has a smell to it. I didn't notice it in the store, but after applying it & waiting for a while, the smell is still there. On the fence about keeping it.

Beautiful on initial application only. Bad.

Initially, I absolutely love this. I am a pretty light with my use of foundation- And applied a very light layer. It looks really beautifully initially. For me, the powder, especially in the Eye area really looked bad! I have tried this many ways- but it is a foundation that I will no longer use because it looks terrible.

A definite must have for winter!

I used this product for a week straight with rare beauty blush, and CT bronzer and highlighter and it looked phenomenal. It didn’t hold up well in the heat but it’s great for when it’s colder out.

My favorite foundation by far!

I have been searching of the perfect foundation and I finally found it. Its pricy but so worth it. The packaging is gorgeous. Patrick Ta products are just amazing they just work. My skin looks flawless I do recommend to buy the foundation brush that goes with this product. <3

Do not buy

Apples beautifully but after wearing for 1 hour it separates and looks horrible and Cakey had to return. Really wanted to love it but it was the worst foundation I have ever used!

Not my favorite

I dont like this foundation… Ive tried it a couple of Times and its a no for me. It feel heavy and doesnt sit well on my skin. Maybe dryer skin type will love this, but for me its a no.. 😕

I wanted to love this so bad. I tried this with setting spray under a primer after moisturizing like crazy, I tried it without the spray underneath, tried it with just a primer, tried it completely without primer, tried it with setting spray after all my makeup, tried it again without any spray at all, tried it with a different primer, tried it with different powders….etc. I could not get it to last a full work day, and I work in an office at a desk! Very Meh… a Warning to the Acne Prone!

Shade: Couldn’t find a good match for my ~NC17 light cool yellow/olive skin tone (light 2 was closest but still looked “off” on my face and made me look sickly). Light 1 says warm undertones and it pulled a neon sherberty pink on my skin. Not a great match for the muted, at least in the light depth. Finish: Looked good for about 40 mins (Demi-matte initially imo) before it started to sink into pores and had an almost sickly/oily finish on me WITH my HG priming routine and matte setting...

Mixed Feelings

I wanted to love this foundation, but somedays it is very finicky to apply and sometimes separates. I'm assuming it’s a result from my skincare. Other days my skin looks absolutely flawless with this foundation and it leaves a gorgeous natural, dewy finish. It's definitely medium to full coverage. If this does work on your skin its definitely a perfect everyday wear foundation. I also love the matching powder!

Not worth it

I really, really wanted to love this as a nice alternative to the full foundation routine but it just wasn’t worth it for me. While the product goes on nicely it just doesn’t stay for very long even with primer. Anywhere that would typically get oily and need powder touch ups during the day just completely disappears.

Order darker shade

It seems dark but when applied to skin it’s way lighter and it’s more of a skin tint than foundation. Will have to wear/mix with darker shade or fix with contour.

Love the finish, but I wish there was more product!

My new go to foundation!

I tried this product after purchasing Patrick Ta lip plumper and the quality of this line seems consistently excellent. Foundation applied with a brush pro if=does perfect coverage and the tone matches my skin perfectly. To be honest, be a bit careful with the online shade selector. I got one two shades two light but went to Sephora and we were able to find the perfect shade.

No, this is awful

Hard NO. I had such high hopes for this product. It was thick and hard to apply. I tried using my fingers, a foundation brush and a sponge. It was awful each time. The finishing powder was just as bad

AH-MAZING!

I'm absolutely in love with this duo. I still have oily skin at age 61. Most creams slide off my face or crease under my eyes. This product is a MIRACLE. I love the coverage and the finish. My skin looks like skin.

The perfect travel option!

Not only is this product phenomenally made and the formula is impeccable. It’s full coverage and can be applied with any tool. I prefer a brush, but a beauty blender works as well for a lighter coverage It’s so convenient because it has the powder to go with it, so if you travel, this is perfect. 

Worst than drugstore foundations

So so bad. Clings to every dry cell on your face and separates almost immediately. I seriously don’t know how this is getting so many good reviews because I’ve seen YouTube video reviews and they say the exact same thing.

This foundation is best I've ever worn! It blends into my skin, seamlessly, and looks like skin; though it's buildable to a full-cover moment. The powder is also incredible, and I wore it for 6 hours without having to powder again. There was no caking, creasing, or streaking. I will hit pan on this, and purchase it again and again! Bought this on a whim after seeing a million people using it on TikTok and it was so worth it! The hype is totally valid! My skin looked so smooth and pretty, basically my skin but better! LOVE!!!

I really wanted to love this but I am not a fan! It settles into pores making them more obvious; even when using primer and setting powder. The finish might be better suited for oily skin as I felt like it dried down really quick and almost with a powdery texture making it hard to blend and was a bit patchy. I used the Patrick Ta brush, another brush, and a beauty blender. I also feel like shade 2 is pretty warm and a bit darker than I'd normally find for a fair foundation.

I love how the crème blends naturally into the skin and is seamlessly buildable. Unfortunately, when I applied the powder over top, it started accentuating my skin texture and acne scars. For this price, I want to love both products.

I really wanted to love this product but it’s a no from me. It settles into fine lines and pores and makes them stand out more and it has a very weird smell…. I tried this product in store and never noticed it but when I got home and really applied the product it came out.

This foundation is perfect for olive tone skin and I couldn’t be happier with it!! This is the second shade I’ve gotten. The powder is perfect and it stays all day!

Love this combination in one beautiful compact! I’m a senior lady who still loves makeup and I was looking for products that would simplify my application. This cream foundation has a natural beautiful coverage that blurs my pores and rosacea on my cheeks. It even looks good as a under eye corrected. This has eliminated the need for 3 other products that I was using.

Rubs off very easily.

I was so excited to get this. It goes on nice and I like the way it looks right after being applied, but it rubs over extremely easily. After a couple hours of wear, you should see where patches of it rubbed off. I applied a creamy blush on top and when I tried to blend the blush in, the foundation rubbed off in that area. Also, wiping my nose took all of the foundation off my nose but left some packed into my pores. Maybe it’s my skin type because I haven’t read any reviews with this...

Long wearing super creamy great buildable coverage. Wasn’t sure how I’d like a cream foundation after some others but honestly one of my new favorites. And the powder is great too especially under the eyes

Not a color match

I purchased color based on the quiz. It's nice, I guess.....but feel that I received a color lighter than expected. Not worth the price if they send the wrong match for your skin color.

The packing is really nice. The product it’s self feels good when applying but I do not like the amount of product there is for that price there should be way more product in there.

I have never had a foundation match me so perfectly, I can barely tell I'm putting anything on except that it covers my imperfections. It also has such a natural finish, very skin-like if my skin were that flawless. I absolutely love this. I do wish there was more product in it, but I just got it recently so I'll see how long it lasts.

Literally looks like your skin but elevated. Super buildable and perfect for a no make up look or medium coverage. Patrick Ta has become my new fav make up brand.

A must have for minimal makeup user

This is my third time using this. I'm not sure why but my skin doesn't look oily as other people commented. I used but the balm foundation in my problem areas not all over the face and then I take the powder and put all over my face. I feel more natural in this. The shade works well with my medium deep complexion. It does cover my problem areas good I just put two layers on the area I cover up which is some dark spots from the sun (hyperpigmentation) and then set with the powder. Definitely...

Dissapointed...

I think this foundation duo is okay. I was so pumped to try it but I was dissapointed that the quality wasn't so great and it's very pricy. There are better foundations with better coverage, more quantity and better quality for that price. It barely covers, you'd have to put a lot to get some coverage. The powder makes the face a little cakey, it doesn't make the t-zone look smooth you can see the powder even after brushing it out. It's a pass for me.

The product arrived broken with the powder spilling as soon as I opened the product.

Oily skin beware

Not the best combo for my oily skin. I used the One Size primer hoping the primer and this would keep the oil away for the day but that is not the case. After a couple hours of wear, I was needing to blot after 2 hours of application.

Love this. And I don’t love products often.

I’ve never loved a foundation before. And I’ve tried a lot!!! But I do love this. My expectations aren’t high but most of the ones Ive tried separate and look gross on my oily skin by the end of the day. This doesn’t. I just blot and it’s good for the rest of my 12 hour day.

Crème foundations are just not it..

This foundation looks dry, patchy, cakey and oily while clinging to dry skin even after prepping my face w skincare/primer. Greasy and dry looking on the skin and pore look enlarged. I had to powder every hour to look decent.

stunning foundation

most beautiful foundation ive ever used unfortunately the finishing powder did come broken so i would give it 5 stars if it wouldnt have came broken the foundation doesnt look cakey its very smooth and buttery with an easy application process.

Almost gave up on this but…

Was about to return this product because it every time I tried applying (with a ton of skin prep btw) it slid all over my face and clung to every dry patch imaginable. I gave it one last effort with *no* prep, just light moisturizer and wet my face fully with setting spray. It glides on like a dream WITH a wet face. Still giving it 3 stars because I don’t think it should take that much effort for the product to work. Still debating on returning since it’s a hassle, but the finish is gorgeous...

Avoid if you have pores

This is a beautiful formula. But not for textured skin. I have dry mature skin with large pores and it does not work for me no matter what primer/tool/brush I used. I saw pores in my face that I didn’t know existed.

This is a magic formula, it blends like butter. The shade marching on his website was also spot on

Glowy and sheer

Great color and sheer buildable coverage. Only downside was I couldn’t use my regular foundation brush, as it just moved the product around. Definitely needs a looser brush or a sponge to apply. Really pretty and glowy
