My go to foundation. This one is real gem very much hydrationg . No heavy foundation look after with full coverage. I am on second bottle now not using any other foundation after this.

It’s a no for me

Did not like made my skin super oily and the shade was just brown no dimension.

After using it for two weeks, I LOVE it!!! It feels so easy to blend and has good coverage like 9/10.

Harsh on my skin

I didn’t like how this foundation made my eyes tear up and bothered my skin. It is also not very forgiving on dry patches. It’s extremely radiant and I used powder to balance.

Wet and thick. Flat wet cakey. Sits on the skin and doesn’t blend in. Super unnatural. Aged me and highlighted every winkle 5-fold. Then transferred off with the slightest touch. Flashbacks to 80s Cover Girl.

Did not list allergen, caused chemical burns

I am allergic to sulfates, and this product contains magnesium sulfate and it is not listed in the ingredients on the box. When I used it, I got chemical burns on my cheeks. I will be taking this back for a full refund. This is ridiculous. You should list allergens on your box. That's irresponsible and can lead to a lawsuit!

BEST RADIANT FOUNDATION

Let me start off by saying that I have dry skin. I purposefully look for the most hydrating foundations that don’t look cakey, looks radiant and offers coverage to be buildable. I have tried NARS Light reflecting, Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin, Armani and this one. This is the absolute best in radiance and coverage. But I do not have dry skin. So someone with oily or combination skin or someone who prefers matte will not like this. Also, the photo is from a regular iPhone after 8 hours of wear!

Stats 54 yrs young, dry to normal skin. I’m not a fan of full coverage makeup and stick to tinted moisturizer. I was a Haus Labs, Milk tinted moisturizer type of girl and I tried this and instantly fell in love. This product is beautiful

nah. not for me

I don't recommend this foundation if you have combination skin. I'm 39 and I feel like this foundation aged me even more. Its lightweight and provides a light to medium coverage. Honestly, I would say its the worst foundation I've tried.

disappointed

this foundation is super thick and does not blend well. feels like it’s sitting on my face and not actually blending into my skin. i have normal skin type and it is so greasy looking and im starting to break out bc of it.

I have repurchased this product several times after trying about 20 other foundations since turning 40. I like this one bc it gives me a glow, blends easily and covers!

Best Foundation Ever

I absolutely LOVE this foundation. it's so beautiful when you put it on, very lightweight and very buildable coverage. It looks so beautiful on the skin, very dewy and nothing some setting powder can't fix! I wore it all day and never once did it peel or get cakey! #1 foundation!

Beautiful with a dewy skin like texture!

I love this foundation for my very dry skin. It gives the most beautiful lush look to my skin. I would only recommend if love a very dewy finish. The shade range is phenomenal. I’m usually the palest cool shade and the shade 7 peachy neutral looked the best on my skin and gave such a healthy look. I would recommend trying in store because I was convinced I would have been the light rosy shade but that was too light for my complexion.

Perfect coverage and glow

I love this foundation. The shade is perfect for my complexion. It gives you a very natural Dewey finish. It offers the perfect medium coverage. Never clings to dry patches since it is so hydrating. It doesn’t settle into lines and seems self set. I don’t need to add a setting powder unless I want to dial back the glow in the summer.

Perfect for Dry Skin

This foundation is light and dewy. It’s great for dry skin giving a healthy glow. The shade match is phenomenal for cool toned fair/pale skin. It looks natural and lasts all day when set with Huda pressed powder.

Dry skin ONLY

I loved this product but I have to warn you about the texture. I would not describe this as a foundation more as a skin tint. It is for DRY SKIN ONLY and can feel very wet if you don’t have dry skin but overall great product.

Hard nope

It's a decent luminescent foundation that did not break me out; However (GREAT BIG HOWEVER), for the price point, I'm super disappointed. This does not dry down, no staying power, and transfers to EVERYTHING even after ALL of the setting choices and recommendations. To make use of my $60 investment, I use it as a "going to the store" foundation or mix it with another foundation that has more staying power, but it still dilutes this option and transfers. Nice try.

I do really enjoy this foundation. However I came here to advise - do NOT twist off the cap. You cannot easily twist it back on. You will have to attempt to pull out the pump head that is left inside the cap. Which is unhygienic.

Amazing and radiant

Simply the best for dry skin. I've been trying to find a foundation to give me that perfect glowy but neutral look. Everything stuck, sunk or didn't stay, from the moment I tried it it blended beautifully with my skin, gives me a natural and dewy look and lasts. It's truly worth everything!!

Best foundation i’ve tried for dry skin

I absolutely love this foundation! Ive been having a lot of trouble finding a foundation that works for me since i have SUPER dry skin and this foundation has been the most hydration ever. The shade is perfect, it’s very long lasting, and extremely hydrating.

The shade match is literally PERFECT which is rare considering I’m so pale I’m translucent 🥲. This shows quite literally every pore on my face regardless of skin prep & I look like I ran a marathon after an hour with how oily it gets.

A Must Add to your family of foundations

I love this. It is a bit more liquid than others (Charlotte Tilbury for example) but coverage is smooth and flawless. It is build able but I find an initial coat lovely and sufficient. I find myself using it most days.

Perfection in a bottle

I love this foundation. Only applied about a pea sized amount, and oh my... It's dewy, has skincare benefits incase you forget some steps in your skin care routine, the shade match is impeccable, it lasts the whole day. This foundation is *chefs kiss* perfection!

Color match is amazing, but breaks up on skin

The color match on this foundation can’t be beat, it literally looks like my skin. However, the foundation itself isn’t great. It breaks up on my skin immediately every single time, no matter what prep or lack of prep I do. It’s disappointing because it would be my holy grail otherwise, but it just doesn’t look good.

Heavy and Dull :(

So disappointed in this foundation. As a someone with dry/mature skin, social media made this sound like absolute heaven…unfortunately reality was much different for me. First off, it feels so heavy…even the thinnest application felt mask-like and heavy. It pooled in every fine line I had and even a few I didn’t know I had till I wore this foundation! I got a little struggle for shade however it turns out good . Natural glowy and feel nothing on your face .. I am amateur make up , I just focus more on skin care however I got hook with this one after the sample .. it is not itchy my skin , long lasting lasting

Glowy foundation

I think it’s truly beautiful on the skin. I applied the Milk Makeup Grip Primer first and let it set for about 15 minutes before putting on the foundation. The finish came out smooth and glowy which I love. The coverage is very buildable, and it blends easily. It did crease a little after a few hours, but that might just be my skin type. It’s a little on the pricier side, but I think it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a really good foundation, and I definitely recommend giving it a try!

Best foundation I've tried yet

I've tried a lot of foundations over the years and I guess this one is going to go ahead and make me be loyal? It's really good. Goes on and blends really easily, actually provides coverage while not looking like a mask, stays all day, etc. I use it over the caliray blurring primer and it doesn't pill at all. I have fair skin with neutral undertones and this was a great match.

Perfect Shade Match

After using this foundation for a few weeks, I can say it is a must for my skin in the winter. I have combo skin and this is the BEST color match I have ever found. Most foundations look too warm/peachy on me and this glides on with an exact skintone match. I use a mattifying primer, and follow up with lots of powder. Dark shades bad separation

I got a blister sample of this foundation with four shades. The two dark shades separated so quickly and so badly, I would really hesitate to buy this one if you are a melanated queen!

Perfect blend of flawless skin but not much make u

Not sure why this is rated so low. I love the full coverage but it doesn't feel cake like on my face. it lasts all day compared to most. You need to use a foundation brush because it is "oily and stays on your hands if you are old school like me in the 80s and we didn't use brushes) For a 56+ year old I love the coverage but it doesn't cake or look like I have on a ton of make up.

OMG I absolutely love this foundation for my dry mature skin. I was using Armani until pi had issues finding my shade. I was matched to this both online and in the store and it is perfect. This is the first foundation I’ve used that does t settle crazy on the sides of my nose. It looks absolutely flawless. Highly recommend!!

Perfect, but rare, shade

I received this as a sample and I’m astonished at how well it matches. I have fair skin, cool undertones, blue eyes, but I also have auburn hair and light freckles, which are warm colours. It’s impossible to find my shade .

I am in Medium Neutral but this color 13 olive in winter looks good in my skin, I have a dry skin with dermatitis and reason that I bought it is because I searched in Skin sort, my skin is not getting irritated or itchy is not greasy and my skin looks really good.

Holy Grail Foundation!!!!!

Wow, I’m in shock at how fabulous this foundation is. I have fair skin and most of the time foundation turns orange or yellow on me. This foundation is hydrating, luminous and just looks stunning on my complexion. I plan on going to Sephora and buying two more bottles in the event that color gets discontinued. I highly recommend this foundation. I wore it all day and up until night time when I took it off it was as flawless as when I put it on.

I'm loving this foundation. I have very dry skin and I was really struggling as we transitioned into colder weather (I'm in the northeast). I also have very sensitive acne prone skin. When I went to buy this product, I wasn't sure which color was right for me, so they did a test and it suggested the shade I ended up buying. However, after using the product twice, I've noticed that it's too light for my skin tone. Therefore, I suggest thoroughly testing the product before buying it and not always relying on the results of the tests that the sales assistants do with the machines.

Glowy, luminous, 40 YO skin

I’ve been wearing this for a few days. It’s dewy and luminous and I really like it on my mature 40 year old skin. I heard mixed reviews but had to try it out for myself, and I am glad I did! I actually got a sample of this first before I made the big purchases.

Finally a foundation that has my shade!

Finally a shade that matches me! If you have very light skin with pink rosy undertones and all foundations look yellow or orange on you, 2A rosy is the shade for you. I also like the lightweight formula. It has buildable coverage and isn't cakey at all.

Perfect for natural dewy girls

Not for the price!

I wanted to love this foundation so much. I usually use Ilia’s skin tint. This had a very comparable coverage and finish, comparable in almost every way except price. I can’t justify $100 foundation (including tax) when I can get the same thing for half the price?

Perfect for dry skin

This foundation is my winter foundation. The formula is wonderful on my dry sensitive skin and the shade match is as true as it can get for me. Not only does this look very natural, it feels natural and you can go full glam or do a no makeup makeup look

Stay away!!!

This is my second bottle but I’m going to return it. They’ve added some type of fragrance or SOMETHING since initial launch. I’m extremely disappointed. I liked the foundation from the first bottle. The second purchase (around mid-August) keeps breaking me out. Absolutely terrible. Of course, there’s no information showing a formulation change but my skin knows there’s a difference. Do better Patrick Ta, transparency is good customer care.

I purchased and had to return. I have acne prone skin, and this made my face look like an oil slick. the coverage isn't great, and it's just so incredibly shiny once on. It definitely exaggerated all of my texture and didn't cover much redness. The shade range is great though. I got a solid shade match, but, that could just be because it's so sheer.

I absolutely loved the formula, however i wasn’t sure how to overcome with the transfer, i barely touch my partners shirt when i hug him, but it all transferred like crazy, i used powder then setting spray, i have combination skin, i still recommend this product, however be aware it may transfer easily.

33 year old approved!

I was nervous after the reviews but my thirty year old skin LOVES this. The shade match is perfect (10n) but it truly looks like my skin but better. It isn’t too oily and it’s not drying - at all. The packaging is so cute too!

Must have !! I’m in love

I used to be loyal to Dior, but after they changed their formula and discontinued my shade, I had to start looking elsewhere. I received a sample of this from Sephora, and I have to say—I’m in love! The shade matches my skin tone more perfectly than Dior ever did. Smooth, natural, and flawless. Definitely my new go-to!

I have mixed feelings on this foundation, I previously had rated it 3 stars. I’ve never received more compliments on my makeup/skin than when I’m wearing this foundation. It’s also an EXACT color match for me which I’ve never found before as I’m very fair. What I don’t like about it is it’s a pretty thick consistency. This is not full coverage so it surprises me that the product is so thick. I also have mild rosacea and find that even when applying multiple layers my redness will still shine...

This is my first foundation ever. I love the shade match. I loved everything about this foundation down to its hydration, dewy, buildable coverage except some slight separation. Although in videos and from far my skin looked great, no complaints. The separation threw me off.

For a friend

I was very disappointed with this product. I thought from all the research and reviews I have read it will go great for my friend. When I gave this foundation to her it was even her color. I am very tired of the false advertisement and really do their jobs and make more shades for everyone and not steal our money.

I don't normally wear foundation or powder so my face always feels itchy when I do. This is the only foundation I've ever tried that didn't itch at all. It has nice texture and good coverage, though the "luminous" element was a little too shimmery for me.

The foundation is AMAZING. But I am dissapointed In the packaging. My bottle leaks a lot and the pump doesn’t work well. After one pump it gets stuck and I have to remove the top and use a brush to get product

Pretty finish

I like how this sits on the skin. It’s luminous so I don’t need to use another glowy product with this which I like. I often times mix a luminous product in with my foundation, this one I don’t have to. For me it’s a light coverage. I do need a dark ton for the summer though. This is a little too light for my summer skin, it will be perfect for my winter skin however. I’ll buy another shade or 2.

Too much glow!

Not my favorite in terms of finish. It’s really luminous, so much that it didn’t look glowy I looked oily!. It was too much. Now if you have super dry skin, maybe you will welcome this finish. But it blends very well

Holy-grail foundation!

I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I liked a foundation enough to completely use up a bottle and repurchase it until now. I have dry/normal skin most of the year, but in the winter I am ultra dry and this foundation looks beautiful year round on me. If you don't like glowy finishes I would say steer clear of this one, but it does powder down nicely if you want to take away some of the glow. Wow. Wow. If you had asked me to describe the perfect foundation...it's everything this is. Lightweight, good coverage, blends like a dream, leaves my skin looking smooth and even with a beautiful glow and vanishes right into my skin. Wears well all day. Shine bright like a diamond

Such a beautiful glowy foundation. It reminds me of the haus labs but more glow. My oily skin could never so I had to return it but I would revisit in the winter when my skin is on the dryer side. I would try if you wanna glow!

Doesn’t Last—Gets Patchy

Was initially excited to purchase this product because I struggle to find foundations that match my skin tone perfectly. Upon first impression, it applied very well and had a dewy/ glowy look that I love. Unfortunately I had to return this product after trying it out a few different times because as I wore it throughout the day, the product would look patchy and unpleasantly settle into my pores and creases on my skin. Such a shame because I loved the color match! :(

I never reviewed anything on Sephora, but I dislike this product so much I want to shout it from the rooftops. It's heavy, sticky and gets all patchy and cracked throughout the day. I was so hesitant to buy this foundation because it’s $81, however I do not regret my purchase. I’ve never used a foundation like this. It’s lightweight glassy & hydrating perfect for my dry skin. It’s lightweight-medium coverage. I would wear this to school everyday & get compliments on how glowy my skin looked. The price is crazy but definitely worth a try!

A must for mature skin!

Age: 40 I have been let down by so many foundations that separated on the skin and got so patchy! This has been the perfect solution! It’s very hydrating and doesn’t separate on the skin! I set with the OG Huda powder and Patrick Star setting spray.

expired on me early

luckily I loved this foundation enough to get through 90% of it before it expired on me after 8 months of being stored in the right conditions. saw the same day that I noticed mine go bad that an influencer on TT looked at hers and it had a massive while glop of gloop inside. if you get this foundation you need to use it up within 6 months. for that reason I cannot recommend.

New favorite neutral toned foundation

The only high end foundation I’ve found that actually isn’t leaning yellow or orange on me. I have a neutral undertone that isn’t very bright with a little olive, and the neutral tone in this is absolutely perfect.

Patrick Ta has done a lot of things right but this is not one of them. Giving two stars only because it has a nice shade range. This did nothing for my skin and when I applied setting powder it made me look very cakey and old. The application is terrible: I tried both a brush and a sponge and with both it just doesn’t want to go on even. I felt like I used a ton of product to get any sort of coverage. Somehow it feels heavy on the skin but also has terrible coverage. It feels greasy Coverage.

Love but not long lasting

Love this product. It’s buildable and doesn’t feel caky. It matches very well to my complexion which is hard to do. I can wear it for hours but I will say I do need to refresh it after a few hours of being in the heat. I’ve received a lot of compliments.

VERY glowy and flawless

For the last few years I've been hopelessly devoted to my Haus Labs foundation. During the sale they were out of my shade so I went out on a limb and grabbed this at the artist's recommendation. It's definitely thicker and has less shades than HL, but I was impressed with the number of fair shades. I have dry skin usually, but I could see this being bad for oily skin. I love the dewy finish but on hotter days I do put a super fine powder on areas where I want it to dry down a little.

Amazing for Dry Skin!

I love this foundation and wish I would have tried it sooner. I was interested in this foundation back when it launched but was nervous after seeing lots of bad reviews. However, as someone with very dry skin, this foundation is amazing! On me, it sets after a few minutes. It lasts alll day and looks incredibly natural. I love it and highly recommend it if you have dry skin. Additionally, I have sensitive acne prone skin and this has not caused any issues for me.

Bad bottle design

Holy grail, in a category of its own.

I HATE foundations. I like the look of dewy healthy skin. Normally I grab tinted moisturizers. This however is my holy grail. Enough coverage for my rosacea but not a mask. Absolutely gorgeous, hydrating on my dry skin. Am neutral/cool redhead -with brown eyes/eyebrows-and was worried shade 3 would be too dark (matching my skin is a nightmare, things are either suuuper pink or suuuper yellow) but this was just gorgeous and matched super well.

I have very sensitive skin that breaks out easily and have had no problems with this. It feels very smooth on my skin and looks natural. I have never written a Sephora review but wanted to share how much I like this formula. I have dry skin due to tretinoin but also oily T-zone. This formula made my skin luminous and did not settle into pores. I did not use a lot of moisturizer before, just a light gel and sunscreen (Elta). I have light olive skin and 4 Golden works for me, but it’s the formula that I enjoy the most.

Impressive!

I went in looking for a new tinted moisturizer, since what I had been using was causing my sensitive skin to break out. The store assistant suggested I try this instead, and he NAILED it! The color is a great match to my skin tone, it's easy to apply, looks (better than!) natural, does not accentuate creases/wrinkles, and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.
