Summer Fridays Sheer Skin Tint with Hyaluronic Acid + Squalane — Review, Shades & Price

Eh…

I had never heard of this brand before, So I was excited to try it as it was recommended from a colleague. The consistency is thin, I don’t really care for the dry coverage or the way it dries on my skin so unevenly. I’ve since tried several other brands of tinted moisturizer and have been much happier with the consistency and coverage.

I like the color of this product and the medium coverage, but it breaks me out every time I wear it. After 6+ hours I also look greasy

Very Sheer Tint

This is a very lightweight, sheet tint. It is not as hydrating as I would like & the coverage is extremely light. If you have perfect skin, this is for you. I do not.

Too sheer/oily

Unfortunately not for me! I have dry skin so was very much intrigued by the hyaluronic acid component. I tried blending this with a brush, beauty blender, and my hands - and it still looked like I put nothing on. It’s just too oily where it needs to be set with a powder for long term wear.

Not for me

Upon application, my skin looked beautiful. But after 1-2 hrs, it settled into fine lines and pores and emphasized all of my texture and pitted acne scarring. After about 3 hours, my oils started peeking through at my T-zone. I will give it points as it has light coverage and feels lightweight. But as an oily and textured skin girl living in a hot+humid climate, I don’t recommend this product.

I love this product I just wish it was less expensive. It’s a great hydrating product that made my skin look and feel better. I will be repurchasing.

Okay

It’s good I use it often. I find it peels if I wear moisturizer but isn’t hydrating enough without. I think it was over hyped a bit but I would test it to see if it works for you.

This was the best looking skin tint I have ever purchased, unfortunately I break out every time I use it. If the formulation ever changes I will try it again.

I never wear foundation / skin tint because no matter which brand I use I hate how it feels on my skin but THIS. Such a game changer I am obsessed. It’s the perfect base (for light coverage). I will be buying for years to come.

Highly recommend for freckled faced friends!

I use this because I have a hard time finding a shade match for full coverage foundations because I have so many freckles on my face - I don’t want to cover them up! This is a great formula and it gives my face a nice finish, it’s not super glowy and it is buildable!

Basic and natural routine

I am genuinely shocked with the results. I have pretty acne-prone skin, so I was looking for something that would not break me out. Ever since using this skin tint, my skin has cleared up and has been more moisturized. This is literally the only thing that has changed in my routine and my skin is so clear??? Best Skin Tint I’ve used

I have been using this skin tint for 2 years. It’s a must have for me. Having aging skin, foundation just doesn’t complement my skin any longer. I’m not worried about coverage as much as I once was. This is truly a great product for light coverage

Great skin tint bad packaging

I have bought this 2-3 times I love it except the packaging leaks everywhere. If I take it on a trip forget about it. I swear 1/3rd of the product ends up going to waste. Please make a better packaging!

Great for oily skin

I’ve always been on a search for a skin tint that is genuinely light weight. I feel like most of the skin tints have tons of moisturizing properties that make them have light coverage but end up being thick and somewhat heavy on the face. This one actually feels lightweight like you’re wearing nothing! Love it!

Holy grail

I mix it with my sunscreen and there you go. You get a sheer coverage and doesn’t dry out. A must have if you are looking for a sheer coverage.

Makes you breakout

After using it once, it made me breakout so bad. I had it on for full day and next day I had so much acne. The worst product ever. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with combination skin.

Great skin tint, very flexible colours!

This is an amazing product! I prefer light coverage and a natural finish, and this one does it. It also feels amazing on the skin. The colours are extremely flexible, this one looked very dark when I first opened it (and I will go for a lighter shade on next purchase) but it worked!

Very lightweight and skin like

Love this tinted moisturizer! Feels like skin and is very lightweight and sheer. It’s definitely buildable if you like more coverage but it’s perfect if you don’t want a super heavy look. I wish it had spf though!

Feel like you skim

I have tried soo many skin tints and only stay on skin after 2 hours but summer Fridays skin tint feels like you’re skin but better and stay on my skin all day. I am loving it i do need foundation now.

Not good for pale girls!!

All of these shades are wayyyy to dark for pale girlies like me. I would have loved this to work out for me I knew when I was getting it that is was gunna be way to dark even the lightest color. I’m a cool undertone so I couldn’t go with shade one but even still it’s super warm. They are all way to dark.

Does not mix well with other products.

I'm new to make-up and was looking for something simple with light coverage. At first I loved it but as I started building upon my make-up routine I noticed this product does not play nice with other. Does not react well to sunscreen, any primer and cakes up by the end of the day. Gorgeous finish but broke me out!

This product looked amazing on the skin but broke me out! I never break out, so I tried taking a break and trying it again and same results: a cluster of painful whiteheads on the center of my chin. Please reformulate without soybean oil or whatever other pore-clogging ingredients are in here! temples. 😭

This is my absolute go to! I’m 41 and hate wearing heavy make up as it shows in the fine lines. This has been my saving grace evening out my skin tone. 10/10

I like the product but the packaging is awful. If it sits right up, it takes forever for product to come out when it’s running low. If you flip it upside down product spills out. Bought 2 shades and I’m done until they change

When i purchased this product, I saw a lot of good reviews, but it wasn't right for me. It would peel when I put it on under makeup. Also, it was hard to squeeze out of the bottle.

This product is very good, I love it. But I went to Sherwood park Sephora asking specifically for a tinted sunscreen, after burning my face quite badly today a quick google search turned up that there’s no SPF in this product I am quite disappointed with the trading at this location as the work told me it was a face sunscreen. The product is wonderful other then that

It’s flaky and pills no matter how much you moisturize. I used this many times to make sure I wasn’t just having a bad day with this produce. I wouldn’t recommend for dry skin, coming from someone who has combination skin.

Never going back! Sheer Skin Tint is Amazing!

This product is amazing! I never liked heavy liquid foundations, and even mineral powder was starting to age me (I am 65), so I tried this product. Hallelujah! The amount of coverage is perfect; I have a more even skin tone and together with my concealer, hides any brown spots. This also leaves my skin dewy soft. I apply with a foundation brush, and it lasts all day.

LOVE IT!!! I cannot stand the feeling of foundation on my face, it drives me insane but unfortunately I blush and flush like crazy and need something to cover my embarrassment so I gave this a shot and Oh. My. Gosh. Very lightweight feel, that disappears almost immediately. The coverage is lightweight, doesn’t cover acne scars very well, but that is a given as it is a tint. The best thing about it is it does cover the flush and it doesn’t even look like I have any makeup on my face. Highly recommend!

No coverage, takes a lot of product. If you have absolutely perfect skin sure but this was not what I was looking for. And the price is crazy for the tiny bottle you get.

Dewy skin tint

I really like the formulation, reminds me of the Chanel Les Beige sheer healthy glow tinted moisturizer they used to carry a couple years ago and stopped making. Chanel has the vitalumiere aqua which I have but this summer fridays skin tint is perfect! I love it! Light and dewy.

GO TO TINT

I really wanted a skin tint that also was hydrating. This is very sheer ! When I first tried it I was sure but it is buildable and doesn’t get cakey on my face once settled. It is very natural and sooo nice for the sunny ! It does give a little glow and isn’t matte

Perfect olive shade

I bought this to wear on days when I don’t want to wear a heavy foundation (my other is Unleashia pink cushion in 24n) but still want a little coverage. I actually prefer this! Also, I have never found a more perfect shade match for my cool-neutral olive skin tone. Very impressed.

Do not recommend for normal to dry skin type

I have quite normal to dry skin that is eczema prone and sensitive. I was recommended this by one of the Sephora employees and liked the texture of the product however two days into wearing it my skin broke out into multiple eczema rashes all over my face. I’m still unsure of what caused the reaction but as soon as I stopped wearing it my skin went back to being clear.

A bit cakey

I reeeaaallly wanted to love this. The shade matched my skin color SO well, but after trying it on and wearing it for the day, I noticed it was quite cakey looking. Sad I had to return it.

Sheer Tint is Non-Existent

I wanted to love this product but it provides zero coverage. There was absolutely no noticeable difference to make the price tag worth it.

It’s a no for me

This product was a huge let down for me. I’m nearly 40 and my skin is dry af after a crappy winter and spring. This means I simply cannot put powder or liquid foundation on my skin at the juncture in time The product itself is extremely watery. Provided basically zero coverage even after attempts at layering. I tried lots of tinted moisturizers and my winners are Wet n Wild barefocus tinted hydrator and missha perfect cover bb cream. I sometimes combine them!

So sheer - no discernible coverage

To say this has light coverage is generous..... it's so sheer you can barely tell it is there. I returned it. I really wanted to like it, just didn't do enough to keep it.

Poor undertone range

I want to like this product, but there’s no shade for me. I have fair to light skin with a slightly golden undertone. Shade 3 is golden but way too dark, it’s appropriate for someone with medium skin. Shades 1 and 2 are completely the wrong under town. Yes, skin tints are flexible, but they still have to be in the ballpark in this one offers nothing for lighter skin tones with neutral, yellow, or olive undertones.

it feels lightweight yet evens out my fair skin beautifully, and the hyaluronic acid + squalane combo keeps my complexion plump and glowing all day. The neutral peach undertones give a soft, natural warmth that looks like skin, not makeup!

It’s sheer but that’s what I was looking for—just a sheer tint that sinks into my skin and doesn’t sit on top of it. I love the liquid because it goes on like skincare. It makes my blush look good too! I took away a whole star because it is expensive. I know the ingredients are good but I feel like I’m going to have to reorder this way too often! Wanted to love it but started to feel greasy

Was good at first, very very sheer which was what I was looking for. No reactions for a few weeks and then after 3 weeks (and when the weather started to warm up) I noticed small pimples and clogged pores and that it started to feel greasy and sit ON my skin. So returned it right before the 30 day mark. Wanted to love it.

Great everyday skin tint

I’ve used this for about a year now in all seasons and I love it. I have very dry eczema prone skin and a lot of other skin tints cling to dry patches but this one does NOT. Coverage is buildable. Never broke me out or caused irritation. Highly recommend.

What Do You Think Tinted Moisturizer Means?

I was hesitant to get this or not because of the reviews. I'm not sure other reviewers understand the meaning of "light coverage" and "sheer tinted moisturizer" and "natural finish" clearly stated in the description. Everyday go-to for that dewy glow

For a tint and it being a clean product, it does an excellent job of keeping skin moisturized while providing excellent coverage. I find other “non-clean” skin tint brands offered at Sephora seemed thicker in consistency initially but when applied on the face are way thinner in comparison to this skin tint.

Holy Grail Skin Tint

Sometimes I check out other products but I always come back to this. I have to mix shade one with shade two to get my perfect match, but otherwise I love it. People have complimented me on my skin many times when I’m wearing tbjs, and it looks great in photos.

Obsessed

Love love love this product. Leaves a beautiful finish and does not look or feel cakey at all. Def is a lighter coverage so if you want a full coverage look I don’t recommend. I mix shade 2 and 4 together (I am Italian american) and it is the most perfect shade. Keeps me hydrated all day without being oily. Will be buying again!

I am someone who rarely wears foundation or make up, and mainly rely on my tinted sunscreen for my day-to-day. On the days where I want to minimize my fine lines and have my complexion appear smoother, I use this with a beauty blender. It gives me minimal coverage, but just enough to make my skin look smoother. If you're looking for someone that's not too matte, not too full coverage, and want to still have your own skin show through, this is it! this is perfect for the "makeup without makeup" look!

i recently tried this out for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! after a couple other wears i still believe it is great. i always wanted a glow without looking overly oily (with my oily skin), and this product gives a a great glow while controlling my oils!

I'm giving this product 4 stars only because I wish it offered a slight bit more coverage. I was looking for something that felt like “my skin but better,” and this comes very close. I find it so sheer that I need to apply an extra layer in certain spots—especially the top of my nose. Otherwise, it's a really nice formula and doesn’t break out my skin.

Didn’t work unfortunately

Not impressed. I tried this product and expected a little bit of coverage being a skin tint and considering how pigmented it came out but once I finished applying there was no trace of it. It wasn’t buildable as described. It also began to flake off which can happen when using water based mixed with oil based products but this happened on a completely clean face unfortunately

Great for light skin coverage

This skin tint is very light and smooth, and very easy to apply. You can build coverage as needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have SPF

This used to be my go to skin tint but the last bottle I purchased WRECKED my skin. Not sure if they changed the ingredients, but it causes my skin to get dry and splotchy with bumps that almost looked like hives.

This skin tint is what all skin tints should be like. I have oily, acne prone skin. I did so much research on skin tints and was excited to try this but was SO disappointed. I have combination sensitive and hormonal acne prone skin, it tends to be oily in the t-zone and dry/normal on the outer areas of my face. This cling to dry spots that I didn’t even know I had. It’s not bad but it’s not great either. I was looking for a sheer tinted moisturizer but it literally has zero impact, and the formulation is very thin so it can get messy very quickly. It’s not drying at all, but it also didn’t feel nourishing. It’s all meh.

Definitely becoming party of my daily routine

Best skin tint I’ve used, comparable to the glossier perfecting skin tint. It provides more coverage than glossier which is what I was looking for (still love it though). I have acne prone + sensitive skin, haven’t had any irritation or breakouts after a week of daily use. Dewy look and doesn’t settle into dry skin or look cakey, honestly looks like skin. Love it!

Love this for natural looking skin

I LOVE this product. It is lightweight so does not feel cakey. It really works well to just even out red tones and make my skin look even and natural.

This is a true no-makeup makeup. The sheer coverage evens out skin tone and makes red spots less noticeable but still lets your real skin show through. Terrible! Separates almost immediately and oxidizes changing the color completely. The formula is very runny and thin, sheer coverage. It slips off of your face and looks like you’re melting.

Favourite foundation

I had always been a girl who loves full coverage but after hearing all the rave about this product. I decided to give it a chance and I don’t regret it. Love my make-up no make-up look and it makes skin looks so glowing. I ditched my full coverage foundation and I haven’t regret it.

I have tried this in so many ways since buying it in the fall. I’m determined to use it up but would never repurchase. No matter how I prep my skin or what application method I use it peels. I have to rub the peeling off and try to blend the best that I can.

So sheer, you might as well wear nothing. I could get past that detail if it had spf or any other reason to wear it, but it does not. Waste of money.

Not only is this the perfect shade match for my olive skintone, it’s so lightweight! Not overly drying or oily but somewhere in the middle. It has low/buildable coverage which is perfect for me and somehow just makes my whole complexion look better. I get the most compliments on my skin when I’m wearing it. It’s also one of those products where after you take it off your skin looks better thanks to the ingredients. I’m really pleased with it and will continue to repurchase!

The only skin tint i've fallen in love with. I have a few tints and foundations but this one i'll wear all day every day!! it's light but semi buildable and it gives a very natural even finish; not too oily or dry, just perfect.

Too oily, exaggerates texture, and settles into lines and pores. I’ve tried it alone, with different moisturizers, with primers, and with setting powders - I just cannot make it work. Not for me.

Love this skin tint for my dry skin. It adds a healthy glow to my skin and feels so comfortable throughout the day. Don’t buy.

Used this twice and it broke me out horribly in little bumps on my cheeks. I don’t have acne prone skin so it freaked me out when I saw these bumps all over me. Not only that but it looked very dry and cakey on my skin, which is already dry. Did not live up to my expectations and I will be returning.

Beautiful skin tint. Perfect amount of light coverage for me and lasted a long time with daily use which in my opinion makes it very worth the price.

I’m a newbie trying to get into makeup and wow I love this skin tint, I’m so happy with it! Provides just enough coverage and lasts me a long time, feels nice on the skin! My literal favorite, I know it’s my first skin tint but I think nothing can top this.

Really love this skin tint, I have very dry skin and it works well for me. It provides minimal coverage and the shade looks decent for most of the year although shade 4.5/5 are closer matches during the summer.

Fail on undertone

Shade range is not good. I bought shade 6 and it’s literally orange. There has to be a shade between 5 and 6 because I feel like there is a big jump on undertone. I really wanted to love this product. I refuse to buy two shades to mix into my custom shade that gets too pricey.

Use it for every day flawless look

I use this set with powder and wear it to work for a flawless face. It blends nicely, a textural dream, and is not too greasy & using powder will make sure it stays.

I did not enjoy this skin tint. The formula is very liquidy and tended to un-blend itself on my face halfway through the day. Not worth it for the lack of spf

Great option when full-on glam isn't necessary

This product is so lightweight you'll forget you're wearing it. The color match is great. It's buildable coverage. It's bendable and doesn't settle into lines.

Very light coverage, but it gives a very natural finish to the skin. It is very glowy, and it intensifies throughout the day. The coverage is not buildable, so I ended up mixing it with Fenty Pro’fltr to get the coverage

A new staple for my sensitive combo skin!

I love this! I was really skeptical at first because it’s a very runny liquid. But I’ve been wearing it every day since I bought it about 3 months ago. It’s the perfect base for a natural look. It looks like my skin only better. It tones down redness and moisturizes. I have combination skin and this is the perfect level of moisture for me. No stickiness and no dry patches. I use it with a little concealer for under eye and trouble spots. It’s officially a staple in my routine.

Makes my skin look so even and healthy! It doesn’t give a lot of coverage so don’t expect it to cover blemishes, but that’s where I just bring concealer in. It evens out your skin so beautifully and makes ou look so healthy while feeling completely weightless

Amazing skin tint!

This stuff in my go to for a very natural skin like finish. It is so weightless and beautiful. I have it in a few different shades so that I can wear it whenever I’m tan or during the winter when I’m a lighter color

Super runny!

This product is so runny. Even after shaking it really well it still is SO runny. I know it is supposed to go on super thin but, it is like water. When you open it, it’s consistently in the cap, and leaks all over everything because of that. Horrible. I would never recommend it!

Have been using daily for a few weeks and love the product. I chose a shade darker than I usually would, but with the light coverage it adds a nice summer color without being heavy and obviously darker.

Causes pimples

Causes breakouts. Pimples popped up after only 2 days of using and this was the only new product in my tried and true rotation. Finish is nice and light coverage though but if you have acne prone skin, it’s a miss.

Great skin tint, but…

First of all, this is a perfect skin tint! Is glides smoothly on the face and leaves such a nice tint, enhances your face for sure. But, it comes in such a tiny bottle! They definitely need make the bottle size bigger. Also, it has an odd smell? Not sure if it’s just me. Other than that, it’s a great product.

Why is there no SPF?

I love this product. It goes on well, blends into the skin and I get so many compliments. My biggest complaint was that its not big enough, BUT I just learned there is no SPF. This is CRIMINAL im so sad

Perfect for natural daily looks

I really like this product! It’s super lightweight & natural looking! I apply it with my hands, rub it in a bit, & use a damp beauty blender to make sure it’s all smooth & not streaky. I would recommend this to people with clear skin/minimal acne & not dry skin. I have minimal acne but I do notice it definitely emphasizes some dryness/clings on to pimples a bit. I would also recommend this to anyone who is doesn’t like to wear a lot of makeup & just wants a light & natural look!

When I applied it with a brush, it looked and felt like I applied a oily moisturizing spf. Not in a bad way at all, just that there was no coverage at all, not in the slightest.

I tried this the first two times and was unsure if it was for me. Tested a bunch of other tints and no one beat this! It’s super lightweight, and skin like which I loveeee. Also no spf since my skin is allergic to certain kinds.

Skin felt dirty

It’s definitely sheer coverage and did give a pretty glow, BUT it felt like it made my skin dirty in spots (chin, nose, t zone) which I hated. I exfoliate and wash daily and have not had this issue with other products. Do not recommend, especially for the price.

Not great. It’s mediocre, like a drugstore skin tint. It’s very sheer and was drying and accentuated skin texture. It looked flat on the face. Returned product and went with Saie slip tint instead which is a superior product

Didn't work for me

I was so excited to try this after hearing so many great reviews. The product was cakey as soon as I put it in. I only used a thin layer but I felt like it was sitting on top of my skin (I exfoliate regularly). Seemed to rub off after only a few hours. Unfortunately I'll have to return. So bummed!

I love the concept of a lightweight skin tint that isn't heavy on the skin espically for the summer. There is 3 things I would change about it which is having clean ingredients so it doesn't break acne-prone/senstive skin, the price, and wished the packaging wasn't so small.

I’m usually more of a full coverage girly, but I must say I am a fan of this Summer Fridays Sheer Skin Tint. The shade match for me was PERFECT! I got the shade Shade 7 and it was perfect for my skin tone. My skin looked effortlessly flawless with this tint and I know I’ll be reaching for it constantly. The consistency is super light weight which I loved. It really doesn’t feel like you have anything on. Summer Fridays did a great job with this skin tint and I HIGHLY recommend picking it up!

This is the best skin tint! It has great coverage but it’s still very lightweight with a really pretty natural finish. It’s also very long lasting for a skin tint, and doesn’t make me oily throughout the day so it’s perfect for combination skin.

This is a gorgeous skin tint that is exactly what I look for in terms of coverage. It’s beautifully sheer but very buildable, you can easily get more coverage in the areas you’d like by layering a little more of it. Dewy finish, skin feels comfortable and hydrated.

When I use this tint over the Summer Fridays sunscreen I get compliments on my skin (and I am 63 yrs old). It is a sheer product that just evens out your complexion but it seem to work a bit of magic when used over the sunscreen. I am on my second bottle.

This skin tint is so nice. It’s light coverage, but definitely evens out skin tone and has a slight blurring effect. This feels super light weight, and I feel like my skin can breathe which is so nice! It also goes on super smoothly and doesn’t separate or anything. It also looks good later in the day. The photo is from the end of the day after wearing all day.

I don’t wear face makeup daily but I did like how easy and subtle this was to apply. The shade I think was a tad too dark for me but will be great in the summer. It was sheer, and blended so nicely. I didn’t feel like I had heavy makeup on which is important to me

I absolutely love this new skin tint! The lightweight formula is perfect for layering, giving me sheer finished and light coverage that looks so natural on my skin. Sheer yet buildable

I am such a huge fan of this sheer skin tint. It gives my skin the most beautiful glow and a luminous finish. It is sheer but it can be built up for additional coverage. Perfect for summer!

Literally my fave product for summertime! I love how my skin is protected & polished all at once. The packaging is sleek & pretty. This is super thin so I like to start with a little and really blend & apply in layers to build up the coverage.

I love the sheer coverage this gives. It has a runny texture that I found easy to apply. Gives a nice dewy finish. I have very dry skin and this tint doesn’t accentuate dryness. Feels light on and comfortable to wear all day. I prefer a thin layer giving sheer coverage just to even out my complexion a bit, but you can layer for a little more coverage (still light). I love light coverage foundation. My skin is clear already so this just makes an even skin tone. I got the perfect color, it is easy to apply and looks great all day. I can’t wait to use this in my makeup routine

I know this Summer Fridays Skin Tint will be an absolute hit for me this summer. It has sheer coverage for everyday wear but leaves my skin with a beautiful glow. I picked up shade 2.5 Light with cool undertones and I will say it is verryyy warm on me, leaning orangey but I’m sure it will be a great match when I have a tan (I would recommend shade matching in person as opposed to online). I just wish it had some spf! Otherwise, great product.

This skin tint feels weightless on my oily skin! It has very light coverage but does even skin tone out nicely. It’s perfect for everyday “no makeup” days! I love the added tiger grass ingredient to help calm redness. I hope they make this in the future with added SPF!

Sheer Perfection

This is the sheer tint of the Summer! It's a light runny consistency. It covers redness,pores and unevenness. Blends in beautifully and looked like my skin but better. Wore it outside to a baseball game and it held up beautifully. Perfect for no makeup makeup days.

Perfect for the Summer

I love this Skin Tint for the summer. I always feel like foundation is too heavy for my face and also I have dry skin so I try to stay clear of foundation at all. But Summer Fridays Skin Tint is sheer and light and just perfect r amount of tint to cover any small imperfections. This isn’t full coverage and it still covers my blemishes completely plus the packaging is so cute Love all of their products they’re just the best out there.

This skin tint created the perfect no makeup- makeup look! It’s lightweight and has sheer buildable coverage. I applied two layers and it was perfect. It evened out my skin tone and I felt like my face looked natural. It was comfortable for all day wear.

This is everything I look for in a tint, minimal coverage to even my skintone with a beautiful natural finish that makes your skin look super hydrated and healthy (vs. not oily). It feels really lightweight and comfortable on the skin. I still need to top with powder and setting spray. The only downside is the shade range, horribly lacking for such an amazing product. Make sure you buy following your undertones! Shade 3 is the best match for me despite a little dark, it can still work...

Had high hopes!

Was super excited to try this out but it didn’t end up working for my skin. It is very light coverage which was perfect but it ended up being very greasy even after setting it with powder. I have combination skin so this tint just didn’t work very well for skin.

Awful, awful shade range

Finish is nice and glowy, coverage is sheer-light. This would have been a five star review but the shade range is indefensible terrible. 4 is a cool shade and 5 is BRIGHT orange. I’m talking oompa loompa orange. Need a medium golden olive shade desperately. Shame on this brand for this horrible shade range in 2024.

The summer Fridays skin tint has a thin and runny consistency that gives my skin a sheer coverage. I like that you can build it up a little bit by letting it dry and adding another layer. I have combination to oily skin type and I really enjoy how it lays on my skin. Definitely set for a longer wear!

I bought this product for my Hawaii trip and let me tell you my skin was glowing! No need to moisturize just put right on the skin. I am in my early 30s with combo skin. I have pretty good skin and hate anything cakey so this is perfect

Wow—very surprised.

I didn’t think I would enjoy this as much as I do. I have oily skin with some dry spots due to retinol use, and a lot of redness and hyperpigmentation. I didn’t think this would give me enough coverage, but it does! It gives my skin a nice “even” look to it. I also love applying it even though the formula is a little runny. I’m only docking a star because I wish there was more product for $42.

Super greasy and hard to blend. By the time I was done blending it seemed like I had removed most of the product. Looked nice at first just too much work to apply

Amazing shade match and texture for my skin. I love a light coverage skin tint but struggled with finding a product that didn’t crease or oxidize. This product felt like skin care and was perfect. If you want light coverage give it a this a try, it’s worth the money!

I have oily fair skin. 2.5 shade is good for summer and spring. Super lightweight, super natural and refreshing. Won't cover breaks out, but perfect for natural look. Doesn't "aging" your.

Love! New everyday favorite

I absolutely LOVE this product! Perfect sheer skin tint for everyday use. I used to use the one from Saie but this has a better, lighter texture and lasts longer. Perfect if you like a natural no make-up look.

Everyday tint

Quickly became my new favorite everyday tint. Leaves a beautiful glow. Product works best when I use my fingers. When I use a brush, my dry skin is more noticeable.

DON’T BUY IT

I desperately wanted to love this product since the Shiseido tinted spf disappeared from the market. I initially liked it, not as much as my Shiseido, but it worked. A little over 3 months of use and the product started to smell awful. It was impossible to apply to my face without wanting to vomit. The best part is that Sephora will not return or exchange the product because it was past 60 days. Product was supposed to be “good” for 12 months. I have a full bottle that is going to the trash can.

Light, but flawless coverage!

Lightweight but the coverage is flawless(on me anyways. Used it over their cushion cream. Pleasantly surprised. So far, everything I‘ve tried from Summer Fridays is a home run! I‘m in my late 60‘s btw.
