Defective Product - Brush Tip Falls Off

Honestly it’s a great product - it’s just sad that Sephora are selling defective products where the brush end keeps breaking into the product. This is the second time it’s happened and it seems concerning that Sephora doesn’t care to investigate this further so that they are not selling defective products. Sadly it means I can no longer buy from them.

Shade confusion

Bought because I thought it was the lightest shade but was still too dark. Checked their website and they offer L1 which is their lightest, why do they not sell it at Sephora? It’s 45$ to get it shipped to me😭😭😭

Best primer I have ever, but wand is terrible. :(

I have tried them all and this is the best color and coverage out there. I recently started using the Pat McGrath primer it it makes my skin look even better! It could be a perfect but I am on my 3rd tube and 2 of the wands have broken half way through. I have to use a q-tip to get the rest out. Is there anything I should do? Is anyone else having this issue?

Mixed feelings about it

It gives great coverage, but honestly for the amount I think you can get more. However, I did return it cause It did creased my under-eyes after just 1 HOUR :/

The coverage is amazing but the product cracks entirely too quickly. & yes I did prep I’d do under eye patches before applying and moisturize. I wouldn’t recommend if you have dry under eyes. It’s a really thick formula.

Stay away from it

Extremely bad quality for an expensive concealer. Bought two concealer, Noth of their wands broke after a few days of use.

The best undereye concealer. I’ve tried Nars, Hourglass, Kosas, Natasha Denona, but nothing compares to Pat McGrath concealer. It lasts all day and dowsn’t move!

Fades away even with setting spray

I saw everyone raving abt this concealer on tiktok. I originally ordered LM8 thinking it would be the right shade, but it was insanely yellow and most definitely not my shade. I exchanged it for L3 which was 10x better, however I still felt like the concealer didn’t last and it kind of faded away or disappeared. It was also always pretty patchy. So I will be exchanging it again for a different brand (maybe Haus labs).

Where is shade L1

I have used this concealer for years shade L1 was my perfect match for my very fair skin. I now see there is no longer shade L1 and lightest shade available is L2 . Which is too dark for my complexion. Such a bummer…….

I love the shade and the formula works well as an all over concealer. I hate foundation and just blend it out over my whole face. The doe foot broke off both of the applicators I have otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

If your thinking of buying this concealer, just don’t. I luckily got it on sale, but it is not worth even that price. It creases, it attaches to dry spots and separates from oily ones

Never looking back!

Over the years I struggled finding a concealer that’s compatible with my skin type and overall everything I wanted till tiktok influenced me to try this and I was really impressed. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a concealer! Full coverage, didn’t crease on me, long wearing, and the perfect neutral shade. Honestly I will keep on repurchasing this concealer!!

Holy grail

I’ve been using this concealer for years and I refuse to switch back to any alternative. Absolutely obsessed with the gorgeous, long lasting finish that this product provides. Does not crease, transfer, or congeal into a broken pool of oil, especially when used with a quality setting powder. The finish is “supernatural:” your skin, but better. Love love LOVE!

Good coverage but made under eyes look dry

At first LOVED this concealer and how it applied. It covered my under eye circles and veins. However.. after I applied powder it was extremely dry looking.. I do mix this with my it cosmetics concealer and mix both everyday and the consistency is perfect and it doesn't crease. Might just be my skin but I wouldn't use my it cosmetics concealer without this either!

Yeah this is a no. Really thick, hard to apply without tugging on sensitive undereye skin, creases horribly, accentuates pores. Not sure how so many people enjoy this, it’s awful.

TikTok strikes again! this has been a rough summer and these dark circles just won't go away. I'm 40+ with dry under eye area and I gave up on anything looking right. I don't want a full beat, I just need a little dab to brighten up these dark circles for work and THIS CONCEALER IS PERFECT!!! It even looks better and more natural as the day goes on . So glam

Blends like butter, a little definitely goes a long way. I would considered this as a full coverage concealer. Very brightening as well!

Weak coverage

Coverage is very light. Even a small amount of redness stays visible and it cant handle a pimple. The consistency is good though— not too dry not too wet it color stays true just doesnt turn orange

Hydrating concealed with amazing coverage!

One of my favorite concealers, esp under the eyes! It's very pigmented and creamy, so you just need a little bit, but it blends out easily with a sponge or brush. I am NC25 light olive and I use L3 under my eyes and L5 on the rest of my face.

This concealer has great coverage when I leave it for a few minutes, does not cling to dry patches, and a little goes a long away. It's the best concealer I've used. I have been using this for months and have repurchased various times. I love for everyday makeup, it goes on so smooth and blends out very nice, has a very natural look.

My go to concealer for a night out

After using this product for 8 months after seeing Winnie Harlow use it on love, I honestly am in love with the brightness and coverage it gives. This is my go to concealer that replaced my hourglass when I go out! It does crease a little more than the other concealers I use. L6

Shade L6 leans very yellow on me. This may be a return. The formula itself is wonderful!

Beautiful formula, but the undertones need work.

The formula of this concealer is everything I’ve been looking for; pigmented and crease-proof. I apply literally less than a dime sized amount under my eyes. My only issue is that the shade all lean very yellow, even for the cool/neutral ones.

nc45 skintone M21 concealer

great product. M21 concealer matches my nc45 skintone.

Too Yellow for Me

Coverage is ok, but this color is too yellow for me. I have very fair skin with pink undertones. My dark circles can get very purple and this did not help.

Hydrating + Coverage

My go to concealer. I come back to this product because of its quality. I have dark circles, this is hydrating with great coverage. Hard to find that duo, usually it’s not enough coverage with hydrating concealers.

Number 1

The absolute best ! I am 53 years old and have tried so many concealers. My holy grail is the tarte shape tape or should I say was . Colour matching is tough tried a few and this is the closest so will keep. Doesn’t crease sets beautifully!

I'm disappointed by the colour: there's no pink tone in it. Covers really well though. The texture is rich, which I don't like because it speads over my cheek.

Love the formula and color match. I have L5 and LM9 because my depth varies throughout the seasons. Sometimes I mix them, but not always. Very little creasing and lovely coverage. Worth it.

Beautiful concealer

I do love this concealer, this is my second time purchasing it. It very hydrating and creamy also easy to blend. The only thing I would change is the packaging, it’s glass and I’m scared it will break.

Perfection in a bottle

If you’re a dark skin/brown skin person MD23 is the perfect concealer if you like a slight golden undertone to your under eye area. I find that most medium deep concealers are too yellow and look harsh in low lighting but this is the perfect shade. It’s easy to blend and it’s incredibly smooth, with a your skin but better finish. And there no flash back!

Great concealer but

It’s such a great concealer but after 2 months, the applicator broke off into the concealer. What a bummer, considering the fact these are not cheap.

Hands down best concealer for me! This is the only concealer that actually conceals. It is a bit pricey for the amount you get, but you can rip out that plastic part at the top, so you actually can use every last bit of it. The packaging is gorgeous. Dream concealer

I received this product as part of the free sampler set on a recent order. The lightest shade in the sampler was too dark and way too yellow for me, but I tried it anyway in the name of SCIENCE. enhances fine lines under eyes

I got a free sample of the LM8, and although it's a bit dark for me, I went ahead and tried it. I wanted to love it because of the great reviews, but unfortunately it didn't work well for me. For reference, I have mature skin, but people always think I'm ten years younger. This concealer has great coverage, but fine wrinkles that are hardly visible, unless you're super close to me, were definitely visible after applying this under my eyes.

My new favorite

This is my new favorite! The color L3 is perfect for my winter light complexion and the formula is creamy and delicious. Less creases than I’ve ever had (hallelujah) and overall a huge win!

Great coverage, limited shades, not hydrating

Great coverage, but a little drying under eyes, I wouldn’t use it for under eye if you tend to crease or your under eye is dry. So it’s good for covering redness and blemishes in other areas other than eyes. Shades can be better as well. Will stick to Nars and Dior

I will never buy any other brand concealer again

Concealer is not typically something that blows me away in terms of makeup. It does what it's supposed to do but THIS! This melts into the skin and blends perfectly. I wasn't even sure I was getting the correct shade but the way this just effortlessly blends and covers blemishes I was left shocked. Best concealer hands down ever.

One of the best concealers I have used. It's light, great coverage, dry's well, with a good color match. You can wear it with or without powder, with or without primer and still a great look. If wearing without primer or powder, it gives a set dewy look. A little pricy, but I would purchase again.

No - too yellow

Just received sample palette: shades LM08 to MD26. Straight into the wastebin. All too yellow to even try. Scratching the brand off my list - they aren’t even trying.

Wanted to love!

First time trying a Pat McGrath product and honestly wasn’t too pleased. The colour match was perfect hence the 2 stars however, it oxidized a lot and left breakouts and a burning sensation to the skin and also irritated my eyes.

Not worth it

I really wanted to love this, because I love PMG products- but this concealer is a hard no from me. It creases so badly under the eye, within minutes. I ended up returning.

The best concealer ever! If you enjoy the too face concealer you will fall in love with this concealer. It blends beautifully with other products and the coverage is AMAZING!

Holy grail status

I used Tarte Shape Tape for years and now switched over to Auntie Pat and so glad I did! I've been using this shade for a year now. She is full coverage without feeling heavy or drying at all. For everyday makeup, one (or two) dots is enough, but for more glam looks I can add another dot and that is plenty of coverage. It's long lasting, it looks smooth, it's comfortable. It's everything I could ever want in a concealer.

Full Coverage & Natural

I purchased both LM9 and L6 which are both described as “…light with pink neutral undertones” I would say the description is quite accurate. In real life they do have a pink neutral undertone. My images are coming of a bit yellow, this is not how the concealer looks in real life.

BEST OF THE BEST

This is seriously the best concealer I have ever used! And I have really tried every concealer you can imagine because of my dark circles. This has the most beautiful finish and does not crease!!! I cannot live without it!

Lots of color saturation

This concealer is nice but the shade I got (L2) was very orange/peach. Because of this, I use it as a corrector and cover it with another concealer.

Great concealer

It's a great overall concealer. Minimal creasing and long lasting. It is buildable with medium to high coverage. Amazing shade and undertone range too. The only negative for me is that it can appear a bit drying on my under eyes but I do have very dry skin and it's fine as long as I prep the skin very well.

It's not the worst, but it's not good.

I had hoped this would be my holy grail concealer, but once again I am disappointed. It goes on really smooth and the coverage is really nice, but it creases sooo bad!!!! Within half an hour of applying it cakes up and gets blotchy.

My go-to - for everyday or glam!

Perfection!

Very happy. This has replaced all other concealers in my collection. I use for under eye highlighting. I’m in my late 40s, and it easily kicks my makeup up a notch. But on rare occasion I need to cover a blemish, I don’t need much!

I bought this to cover hardcore melasma marks on my cheeks that nothing else seemed to cover completely, let alone naturally. I am so happy with the result. Love Pat McGrath!!!

We all know Pat McGrath Labs is an incredible high end, luxury brand, with good reason. I know that's it's very expensive but I did get this concealer, I was shocked at myself for getting it but it's such a good concealer! It's just, I don't know how to describe it but it's just amazing!!

Not great...

I'm surprised this has such high reviews? L2 was the closest shade but still this seemed to pull yellow? I initially bought L3 which was very yellow. Mine barely lasted 5 months before it expired. It also seemed like it leaked easily on the sides even though its just been sitting in my makeup drawer.

Not for mature undereyes, drying

I bought this because of reviews, and to replace my armani concealer. Big Mistake, I gave it a star for good coverage and a star for staying power, it ends there. It is so drying under my eyes it accentuates any wrinkles that I have. Needs to be more moisturizing for the under eye. I had to use 3 different eye moisturizers to make it work at all. I will use it up on other discolorations on my skin but will not be using under my eyes anymore. My first McGrath failure.

Multi Use Concealer!

This is a great concealer, but I primarily use only in the colder months on account that it is so high coverage. It can leave creases around your under eye, but only if you do not set it properly with pressed powder. After a little bit of trial and error, I am able to make it look seamless. I have also found that this concealer serves as an amazing eyeshadow primer prior to applying any PML eyeshadows. I tried primers from Nars, Smashbox, Urban Decay, and none of them brought out the beauty...

Hydrating, medium coverage, & buildable. A DREAM

I love the consistency of this concealer! It’s hydrating, it’s easy to blend, and buildable. I like the medium coverage. I’m a makeup artist and this looks good on every single client!

Better options out there

Good coverage, gel like consistency and spreads far. But I found it to be dry. Tried with the accompanying undereye powder and with other powders. And you only get 5mL for the price, tiny! I would go with the ABH concealer (12mL) for something more hydrating but still full coverage.

Expensive but good (not my holy grail)

The shade 8 is really too dark and warm for me, but I was happy to receive a sample. It's a creamy concealer and it's a little bit hard to apply, but it self-set. The smell is strange, but the finish is natural. It seems like a good product,

Watch your color choices

I am so disappointed with this product. Even the lightest shade is too dark and too yellow for my skin! It does require careful application to ensure full coverage but at least it has staying power.

Good but not great

Creamy consistency and didn’t really crease too bad…but there are much better options available, especially for the price.

I wanted to love this so bad because of the great reviews and praise from the Sephora beauty advisors. I have a drier under eye area and this just accentuated my dryness. I tried different eye creams, powders, and tried using a brush and sponge too. The product stayed really well, especially when I wore sunglasses. I really wished this worked for me!

I'm normally a huge fan of Pat McGrath products, but this missed the mark for me. Using it as an under eye concealer, I found it creased quickly. It seems to cover up blemishes fine, but as that's not my primary use case, that's not a huge pro for me. I wouldn't recommend for under eye, especially not for oily skin.

Would love to see more undertones

Light enough for my porcelain skin but far too peachy. May have worked in trace amounts under my eyes only but I am for the full coverage to cover blemishes. (my best shade matches are Nars Oslo/Affogato for reference)

Love this concealer. I was a long-time user of Clarins Instant Concealer (02 and 03), and then Clarins changed the formula and I did not like how it looked on me after that. I have tried several other types of concealer before finally settling on Pat McGrath Sublime Perfection Concealer - and I love it. It holds up through the day. I am on video camera a lot as well, and it looks great. I highly recommend this.

100% Perfection

This concealer formula is literally the best. I have tried all sorts of different concealers from NARS to Anastasia and this one is by far my personal favorite. Great concealer does not accentuate lines but also does not make them totally disappear completely. I don't believe any product can do that totally.

Golden Olive Undertones who are medium deep

This product is amazing but Sephoras description is not the same as Pat McGrath Labs websites. The color medium deep 23 is a golden olive undertone in the concealer and foundation. Also if you are looking for a foundation that matches, the Sephora shade finder will not match you but try the One Size powder foundation in Medium Deep 6 and Deep 1. Both colors have golden olive undertones that are your summer and winter match if you match the PML Medium Deep 23 concealer and foundation.

It’s very hydrating and smooth but the coverage is lackluster. There is no such thing as letting the product dry down a bit to get more coverage. If you like a sheer, overpriced concealer than you will like this; I’d not I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. I will finish the tube I bought up but will not repurchase. The color match is spot on though.

Not the best but does a good job. Brightens up my under eye and around my mouth. I chose the lightest shade. I am not fair but I am light. I am in my early 60's with combination skin. I have used high end brands but not those that are claiming perfection, it just is not realistic. So far, I am very pleased. It is very thick yet does not settle into my fine lines.

Best Concealer Ever

I’m on my second bottle of this concealer and it is by far the best I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t crease once you set it. It doesn’t even really crease on me if I don’t set it. It covers my under eye circles like a dream and is soooo light that I can’t even feel it. Will recommend forever.

Rust colored mess

The shade match was impeccable and the coverage was great, but this oxidized really bad. After two hours it looked muddy and cakey on my skin. This was truly disappointing.

Not full coverage and drying on me because of all the layers I have to use. I don’t think I had the right color so I’m willing to give it another try since it’s so loved.

Love her lippies and shadows. I hadn’t tried this and it looked nice. I heard some great reviews. It didn’t work for me. For mature skin that’s dry and I need some coverage, it just didn’t do much for me. I wanted to like it and was disappointed.

Pat hit it out of the park

I'm in my 50s and always had undereye discoloration and slight bags. Tried many concealers but didn't give good coverage or accentuated fine lines. I'm sure I've found the best of them all. Just to be sure, I tested it for a few weeks against hyped fave Kosas and this one outperformed. The formula was smoother and seemed to diminish lines better. The holy grail concealer!!

I have no words. I’ve been wearing makeup for over 15 years and this is the first time (seriously) that I have nothing I would change about a concealer. It is so creamy, so soft and so easy to blend. I use this concealer whenever I want to pull out the big guns. Very full coverage but still has a beautiful natural looking finish. It doesn't crease and it blends out so seamlessly. Very creamy and not at all drying.

I’ve tried 20+ concealers (I’m 24yr old) and struggled with dry/textured under eye crepey look with 9/10 concealers but this is the only one that makes me under eyes look FLAWLESS

I have very pale skin (im a ginger) and this is literally the only complexion product I’ve used ghat is so light its actually brightening my eyes and face not just matching it! Pat McGrath: Sublime Perfection Concealer

I really like this concealer. It has a creamy consistency the coverage is full but I use less and blend with a makeup sponge on the days I’m wanting a more sheer look.The applicator is a sponge tip which gives me precision when I’m trying to cover a breakout.I live in a humid climate and can sweat at any given moment but this concealer stays true to my look. One of the best concealers for me. I like a more dry but natural finish. Not too matte and not so thick it’s cakey. This is thin enough with enough coverage, and also sets very well with loose powder. It does not break up in my under eyes creases. The only thing I’m not in love with is the color. I’m color 1 and it’s almost too bright, but the second color is too dark. I still use it though :)

Highly recommend this product! This is the first concealer that has become a staple product in my routine. I understand why it took so long to get my available color. I have light skin and I bought L2 for my under eyes. I wanted that noticeable lighter than my skin tone brightening effect. L2 definitely did that. I do plan to buy a darker color for my blemishes to match my skin tone!

Disappointment! Formula is SUPER dry and oxidizes.

This concealer was a real bummer. I may have loved this if I had VERY oily undereyes. Does anyone have VERY oily undereyes? This dries down oxidized, and really dried out my undereye. It looked crepey and dry. Within a few hours I would have needed to reapply, but I didn't want to just remove my undereye and reapply a different concealer. My only compliment is that the shade was spot on, and the shade range is enormous.

I have dry skin and this concealer gave me a dry, powdery finish even with a moisturized base. I have fine lines under my eyes and this creased so bad I would have to wipe it away throughout the day. To get full coverage I needed 2 -3 applications.

I have very dark circles and this concealer is like a miracle worker. it does not crease, it has a beautiful finish and heavy coverage without looking cakey. if you're on the fence, just buy it. Trust me nothing else compares.

Full coverage concealer but not super heavy. This is one of the only concealers that doesn’t crease or settle into my fine lines.

Shade: LM13 Disappointed to the max! This product is not full coverage, extremely drying, and creates wrinkles and creases where I had none in 10 minutes. So sad as after 3 hours online, I finally found the exact match to my MAC NC30 = Pat McGrath LM13, however the MAC and Kat Von D conceal fully without creases and drying. Am I missing something?

I don’t understand the ratings on this product. It felt and looked like I was applying cake batter to my face. Tread lightly on this one and certainly try before you buy!

Creases bad!

This concealer did not work well for me at all. It is creasing under my eyes and I don’t have a lot of wrinkles. I have tried using different eye creams and then I have tried using different setting powders. The powders I tried to set it with was hourglass veil, fenty beauty powder, L’Oréal powder, and it’s still creased under the eyes. I will stick to some of my other favorite concealers. I had high hopes about this product but it just did not work for me.

Excellent coverage but goes into all my pores regardless of base, makes my skin look unnatural.

FULL coverage... a little goes a long way and won’t play well with dry under eye.

I mean, there’s not much more that can be said that hasn’t already. This is an amazing concealer, the best I’ve ever tried. I don’t know why it took me so long to finally bite the bullet but I’m so glad I finally did! It just gets the job done. Makes undereyes smooth, soft, beautiful. The coverage is full but it doesn’t look like it. Really, it’s that good. I don’t think there is another concealer on earth this good.

This is good but the product squeezes out sometimes, and makes a mess all over my hands..not sure why it does that.

AMAZING just buy it. I got m23 but I could’ve got m24. Trust me this will make your undereye look so perfect and I pair it with Laura mercier honey setting powder.

Best concealer I’ve tried! I’m on my 3rd one, and I’m not planning to switch. I was scared to try this at first because I have dry skin, I make sure that I’m moisturized specially the under eyes and let me tell you this is amazing. It covers and sets beautifully! Not too drying, not to hydrating. I also use it as shadow primer, to clean out my brows and as foundation on those days I’m in a hurry. No complaints at all! Great product!

Very full coverage concealer and brightening but not the best for under eyes I think. It can be or look very drying in that area if you don’t moisturize really well before applying. Still not sure if I plan or repurchasing when it runs out

Ok first of all, I’m so hard to color match for some reason but I feel this concealer is meant for my skin tone! It’s not thick so it’s smooth and natural looking. Just set and go!

Perfect formula

I absolutely love this stuff. I have the shade L2 and it’s a perfect match for me, at first I actually thought it was too light (which never happens with my fair skin color) but it blends in perfectly. It gives great coverage while being light weight.

Terrific product, especially for watery eyes

This is the best concealer I've ever used. I purchased also the Pat McGrath Blurring powder (white) which makes it even better. I have aging, watery eyes and even the finest concealers (Armani, Nars) break down if tearing occurs. This does not. Also minimizes fine lines. I am so happy to find a concealer that stays looking great even with occasional tearing. I recommend the blurring powder too which can be used for more than setting this concealer. Amazing quality!

Incredible product!

This is hands down the best concealer I've used. The color match is incredible, and it covers my undereye circles without a corrector. Lasts throughout the day without creasing, too.

Gorgeous finish

This concealer is the truth. I love it about as much as the Nars concealer. This shade did have slight yellow undertones but for rhe most part, it is fully coverage and the finish was gorgeous. It didn't settle into my fine lines and it stayed put without creasing. I almost purchased MD22 but it would have been too light for me. I just wish the size was bigger but I will always catch this on sale.

Not for dry or fair to light skin people. I returned two colors before settling with this one L2 and when I realized it wasn’t my match I couldn’t return it anymore. Tbh it’s nice for coverage terrible for color and terrible even after I apply my serum oil and moisturizer. It’s just not for me. Perhaps if the color wasn’t so terrible I would make it work

Not for me

The hype around this product and her line lead me to think it was going to be great. It was a miss for me. It creased, didn't really cover for face or under eyes, made me greasy and oxidized. I don't use a primer or bake so those two things might impact the wear and experience but there are other products that do what I need them to do without additional fuss

Drying

I got this because I love the shade match of the Pat McGrath foundation I have, but this was too drying for under eyes. It does a decent job on the rest of the face though to hide discoloration. For under eyes, I much prefer the Dior forever skin correct concealer, if I can just find the right shade.

I am loving this concealer! I'm impressed with its staying power and the color is a good match for me (light/medium neutral skin tone) I tend to get raccoon eyes by mid day and am pleased at how much staying power it has. I pair it with the PMG under eye powder in medium.

finally a great concealer

I have been on a quest to find a good concealer for the past couple of years. I’m 45 and need way more coverage/moisture than I used to and have had a hard time finding something. After trying about 6-7 others I tried this and love it. My only complaint is that I wish it would stay on a little longer. I’m sure if you set it it would be better but I don’t care bc I can reapply but the color match is great and the consistency is very nice and creamy. Beautiful packaging too:)

I don’t normally write reviews. But, I have to say this is hands-down the best concealer I have ever used in my entire life! The color is perfection. It matches my skin tone flawlessly.

Couldn't make this work

I bought this to camouflage dark circles. I have dehydrated under eyes, and sadly, this just doesn't do anything for me. This concealer separates upon application, gives patchy coverage, and settles into your lines. I've tried it without primer, with primer, over multiple layers of moisturizer, over oil, and no combination could give me different results. I'll stick to my Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion Ultra Longwear Concealer.

Nothing Sublime About It...

I did not find this to be sublime at all. If you aren't a fan of NARS Radiant concealer then you won't like this at all. I personally don't understand the love for either of these products. Just like NARS this product is extremely drying and goes on patchy. I tried applying with sponge, brush, and finger, all with the same less than desirable result. I looked about 10 years older than I am while wearing this concealer. Hard pass for me.

HG the best concealer!

Love love love! A tiny bit can go a long way. High coverage but not so thick. Instantly brighten up the under eye and make my smiling lines invisible! Using this with their under eye powder makes the perfect look! Don’t waste $ on other brands anymore. BTW I have combo skin.

I actually really like this concealer. I’ve been using Nars creamer concealer for years. I felt like the Nars didn’t have any staying power. I would have to reapply. This is beautiful and it’s pigmented. Great concealer overall.

Best concealer EVER

I have never before written a review on the Sephora website, but needed to write a review for this product. It is simply INSANE. seamlessly blends into the skin and you only have to use the tiniest amount (so it will last you a long time). I've tried the NARS concealer and the KVD concealer, and this tops both of them. It is full coverage (covers everything up) without looking cakey or creasing at all. Would strongly STRONGLY recommend!!!!

Not for under eyes

Let me tell you my expectations were high when I purchased this. People raved about it. Yes it is creamy and blends great, coverage is good. When I put it on, looks good, but some how even with it baked and set, it smudges my mascara, and that never happens. And it creases bad! I would skip this for under eyes. Stick with born this way concealer or Tarte.

Absolutely Beautiful

This is by far my favorite concealer I've ever tried, and I've tried dozens and dozens from all price ranges. I have very fair skin and this is one of the only concealers that has a shade light enough to use under my eyes. The consistency is a little thick but it blends so beautifully and even after 10 hours I barely have any creasing. Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I have very bad under eye hyperpigmentation problems. I’ve tried so so many concealers and this is the only concealer that covers it. And it stays on during the day. It’s pricey but worths every penny. But I guess if your skin is very dry then you’re not gonna love it

Worth the hype

Awesome - especially for oily skin. This concealer is tied with nars radiant as my top concealer. If you have oily skin or want more coverage, I’d go with this concealer. If you have really dry or mature skin, I’d go with nars. This concealer lasts longer than the nars concealer, but the nars concealer looks much better over dry patches.

After all the hype I was expecting some miraculous concealer. To be fair, I am 45 so I need more coverage but this was not the answer. I’m sure it’s great on younger skin but the coverage was not good for me. I tried a couple different shades and could not find the perfect match either. No more Pat Mcgrath products for me

Chalky, doesn’t blend and worst of all, it’s orange (lm10). Another Pat product that comes out as orange (sublime foundation was the other one I had purchased and returned). Great claims, no real results. This is the second and the last time I’m trying Pat Mcgrath product. No more.

New Favorite

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Wayne Gods has a tutorial on using concealer as your foundation. I followed that tutorial using this concealer in two different shades. The finished product was a beautiful base that hides imperfections but yet still looked like skin.

Absolute perfection

I've been on a years long journey to find the perfect under eye concealer. I've tried everything from Nars, to Tarte, to Dior, to Chanel, and this one is exactly what I had been looking for. It covers my dark circles flawlessly and leaves a beautiful natural finish. It's super thick, so a little goes a long way. It also feels super luxurious and moisturizing.

Does not Blend but Flakes

Flakes off my under eye, it will not blend. It's the strangest formula on my skin or does not work well with my moisturizers and/or sunscreen (Elta MD).

Pricey but nice

I am 37 yrs old and I have some fine lines and very dark circles and this concealer works really well. I do have to wear a bit of colours correcter underneath. I have a cool pink undertone and My only complaint is that the colours run very yellow. I got L6 light with pink neutral under tone and it is quite yellow but the powder evens it out nicely. Wow. I know this is loved by many but didn’t understand why. Now I do. It has great coverage but isn’t overly thick. It lasts all day. And it doesn’t accentuate my under eye texture (and wrinkles).

APPLY WITH DAMP SPONGE

Full coverage, long lasting. In my experience, it ONLY looks good with a damp beauty blender/sponge! Applying with brushes and fingers will cause CREASING. A little goes a long way.

this is the best concealer i’ve used. ever. it’s so easy to blend, and it has great coverage but still looks natural. it does oxidize like half a shade so beware of that, but it’s so beautiful on the skin. it’s very skin like, and isn’t cakey at all.

The absolute best

I've tried so many concealers only to be disappointed. Now that I'm in my 40s I need a solid moisturizer (Bobbi Brown Eye Base) but even then concealers would never last more than half the day without touchups - until this one. I've tried many others (Nars, Dior, Armani, Hourglass, etc.) but this formula is AMAZING. No setting powder needed, this dries perfectly in place. I still use a corrector, but the coverage and longevity is outstanding. You owe it to yourself to give it a try.

Love the coverage. The color was just a tad bit dark for me so I ended up exchanged it for LM13 and now it’s my FAV concealer.

Excellent coverage. I looked at the pictures of the swatches as well as the faces of the models associated with each shade to identify my shade. It is so darn close! Love the coverage! Next I’m looking forward to trying out the Pat McGrath foundation...can’t wait!

Not drying or Cakey! Easy to blend out and is a beautiful full coverage, doesn’t create. I think the formula is super hydrating which you don’t typically see in a full coverage concealer. I will absolutely be buying again!

O.m.g I’ve tried a whole bunch of concealers and some of my favs are the maybelline concealer or the tarte shape tape or even the two faced born this way concelor. I’ve also used the nars paintpod or the other creamy one from nars. They are all great but this pat mcgrath is a whole different level guys! I’ve never I mean never come across a product that’s so full coverage yet soooo light...lighter than the nars creamy concealer that lasts all day!! Its not drying. Has a beautiful glowy look...

If you have fair/peach undertones this concealer is too yellow and does not match. I think this could have replaced my Nars Radiant concealer if it had better undertones, but I’m glad Pat McGrath released this as it has a large shade range and if you can find your perfect shade, it’s said to be a holy grail product.

Disappointed, unfortunately does not worth the hype. I would consider it medium coverage and not great shade range for warm undertone

Wanted to love it as all of Pat’s makeup is phenomenal. Unfortunately it creases so much no matter if I set it or not. Looks like it just sits on top of my skin instead blending well like other concealers.

I purchased a shade a bit too light for me however it sits beautifully on my under eyes with its loose setting powder. I have very temperamental under eyes and have tried almost every concealer on the market. Even the cult faves don’t look flattering on me. My under eyes are textured and has creases so I haven’t had much luck with concealers. Stunning

Pat didn't let us down with this concealer. It is natural, provides medium, buildable coverage, is true to tone described, and doesn't crease under my eyes which I have had issues with before. I think the price is fair also. There is a lot of product that will last a long time.

If you want a more highlighting shade, go one up more than you would think. I’m light with a cool, pink undertones. This one is perfect, if you don’t want a highlighted under eye. I have the hourglass, tarte shape tape, and rare beauty concealers- this one is by far my new favorite!! I think I’m keeping this one and ordering up a shade. It’s absolutely beautiful. It’s very natural looking but how is this full coverage?! I put 4 dots and it’s still sheer . Haven’t decided if I’ll keep it. I have mature skin and it doesn’t look cakey or accentuate my fine lines . I set it , I just don’t see this as full coverage. Hope I can make it work.

It was love from first swipe. I can now understand why it is slightly more on the expensive side. The formula is silky, smooth and thick enough but not too much so that it can be used under the eye area and also for blemishes and highlighting.

Better coverage and less creasing than comparables

Love this concealer! I am a loyal Nars creamy concealer user, so I was skeptical. I tried one of the concealers on each eye for a couple days to compare results and found the Pat McGrath to have more dark circle coverage than Nars. I apply it with a damp beauty blender and it goes on so smooth and natural looking. Don’t bother

Creased IMMEDIATELY even after setting with powder. Just awful. This might work if you’re super young with dewy skin and no fine lines/wrinkles, but if you have dry or ageing undereyes STAY AWAY

CRACKS SO BAD

If you're in your early 20s and have fine lines, wrinkles, DONT BUY THIS. I tried it with and without corrector, and it settles into my fine lines and wrinkles. It looks so dry...though coverage is very great. I have super dark circles and it covers the color great. But it doesn't look good since I have wrinkles and lines.

Would highly recommend! Holds up well in the Florida heat even with combo skin!

I am Mediterranean and have very dark hereditary circles under my eyes. I tried every liquid/stick/cream concealer out there from designer to drug store brands. Nothing helped me covering my dark circles longer than 2 hours without touch up :(I applied 2 drops (2 DROPS) of this miracle concealer and it not only covered my dark circles for 8 hours without a need for touch up but also didn’t settle on my fine lines!!!!! Love this concealer!

I am not a bog review writer, but this has become my go to concealer. At 50, it has been hard to find a concealer that does not crease, and I had pretty much given up on putting concealer under my eyes--better dark circles than crinkly lines. But this concealer applied with the fingertip after my eye cream looks just like my skin and lets me erase lack of sleep--a first for me.

An epic fail

I bought this product because of the great reviews... But, it really was really a major fail for me. I am still trying to figure out all the hype, as it is literally one of the worst concealers I have used of late. I do't know, maybe if you are in your 20's or early 30's and have no wrinkles or texture, it will work for you. But, for more mature women, It will show all the things you are using concealer to hide. Wish I could return it. Unusable and a big waste of money. Sorry Pat fans.

use your finger tip instead of a wet sponge

This shade was a little bit too dark for me, I was looking for a shade that matched my skin complexion and not to brighten it. It also does look orange on me so instead of returning it I now use it as a color corrector for dark under eyes and I use the shade M18 on top. Perfect combo for me. Does not crease and is not drying/Cakey. Looks and feels skin like.

BEST concealer for mature undereyes!

I'm fair and as I've gotten older and the skin under my eyes has thinned the darkness gets harder and harder to conceal. Every full coverage concealer I've tried just looks too heavy and cakey under my 59 year old eyes...enter PM Sublime Perfection Concealer and pouf the darkness is gone and my under eyes stay smooth! Beautiful Necessity

I have been using shape tape for the past 3 years and have not liked anything more than it. UNTIL I FOUND THIS! Completely full covered while still looking beautiful. No creasing at all and it gives a blurring look. I love this so much and will continue to buy it!

This is the best concealer I have ever used. I've used NARS creamy concealer for years and tried this one on a whim. It goes on perfectly, blends easily and feels great on my skin,. I am so impressed with this brand and have recently started using various Pat McGrath products. Pat McGrath nailed it with her sublime perfection concealer.

Disappointing Results

Had high hopes for this concealer as it gets rave reviews on YouTube. Unfortunately for me it was a no go. Very drying, not enough coverage and had a dry, powdery, matte feel. Nothing beats Nars Creamy Radiant or Tarte Shape Tape.

So smooth!

Very beautiful concealer! Coverage is medium but the finish is so smooth and hydrating. Doesn’t look dry at all when I set. I enjoy it when I’m wearing it for a natural glam or dramatic look.

New HG concealer

First off - the packaging and applicator are truly luxurious and pleasant to use. More importantly, this formula is BOMB. Hydrating enough to not flake, but not so much that it creases like crazy. It's super high coverage, but still works if you want to sheer it out a bit. A little goes a long way, so between that and this being glass (yay, less plastic), it feels like the price point is right compared to other concealers.

Move Over Shape Tape!

Full coverage perfection! So far does not make my undereyes look dry or crease-y! Is it pricier? Sure, but you need so little product, this will last a long time!

This concealer made my pores look huge! The biggest they have ever looked! I had horrible creasing under my eyes almost right after I set them with powder too. This is such an awful concealer!

What dark circles?

I have really bad dark circles and by far this concealer covers them so well. A must!

Only use on already perfect skin

Dries very quickly! do not use a damp sponge, water makes it separate. Use only a brush or your finger. the swatches online do not look like the product in person. Very different colors. Go in store to see what the color looks like. Not for use on skins with fine lines and wrinkles, only accentuates them.

A good concealer

Very full coverage. I liked it but didn’t love it. I think it dries down a little too matte.

Very matte finish and difficult color match

I ordered L2 thinking it would match my neutral fair skin (I wear Vanilla in Nars concealer). L2's description is "lightest with neutral peach undertones" but it is actually very yellow toned. I'm able to blend it out okay, but not ideal. The finish is very matte and dries down very quickly. One trick I learned is to blend immediately after applying, only working one area at a time. Otherwise, it dries down too quickly for a good blend. Overall, not impressed and I miss my Nars radiant concealer.

Blends nicely, but didn’t have the coverage I expected. The natural matte finish would definitely appeal to a large crowd, but this just didn’t wow me like a $32 concealer should. I feel like the urban decay stay naked concealer looks similar, but with more coverage.

Okay, I have tried a LOT of concealers in my life and have never been able to find a concealer that works well and lasts for more than a couple of hours (yes, even the concealers that are highly rated on here). I finally gave this concealer a try and it is PHENOMENAL. It somehow covers imperfections flawlessly. It does not crease at all, it looks incredibly natural on your skin, and it isn't drying. Pat Mcgrath really nailed it with this formula and I honestly cannot recommend it enough.

I use to swear by tarte shape tape concealer until I ran out and decided I wanted to try something new. It’s a beautiful concealer it really covers my under eyes and doesn’t crease at all and the shade is really true to my skin tone

Ordering online can be tricky since I wasn’t sure what colour to order, and thankfully I chose correctly. I use this concealer on some melasma spots on my cheeks and forehead, and under my eyes. Perfection!

Pretty thick, a little bit goes a long way - very very stretchy concealer. Just need few tiny dots to spread under the eye area. I use sponge and then just dab inner corner of the eye with the brush. This color is light but not that yellow. I've been using Revlon Candid in Light 015 and that was very yellow (though I liked it) comparing to PMC concealer.
