Not for under eyes !

I should have read the previous reviews but as others say it doesn’t work well under the eyes. It creases and also I never noticed texture under my eyes until i used this product. For other parts of the face it’s good just not theone for under the eyes

No for under eyes, yes for other things

This concealer does not work well on my under eye at all (it's heavy and creases horeibly), BUT it is absolutely perfect for spot concealing and as an eyeshadow primer (as long as you powder bake it before applying eyeshadow). I have very oily lids and this is the only way I can get my eyeshadow to last literally all day with minimal creasing.

I just bought this based up on seeing on TikTok, but when I say this is the best product, I really mean it. It really hurts. My pimple hurts my redness and also sometime I use it under my eyes as well. This is seriously the best concealer I have ever used. I am super prone to acne and have some left over red marks from previous breakouts and this product covers the acne so well and has zero pore clogging ingredients. I have repurchased this concealer three times now and continue to repurchase it! My only problem is that I'm quite oily and the soft matte finish doesn't seem to hold up at all on my skin so a good primer and powder is still needed for my skin.

this product oxidized so much! I got a neutral toned shade and looked flawless for 5 minutes. than started to turn peachy orange-ish. it has very good coverage and feels nice on the skin but the shades are just not good for olive-neutral skin tones. save your money

Life-changing product

I can honestly say I will never go without this product again. I saw it on a girl’s TikTok and immediately purchased it. The next day I have eyebags and also blemishes from acne sometimes, and this covers it up perfectly. Sometimes I only wear it over my eyebags when I want to look alive and sometimes I use it over my whole face for a full make up look it’s perfect. The picture posted is literally just the Norris concealer and blush and setting powder and I felt the prettiest ever.

I bought this a couple months ago and it is perfect. It covers any blemishes and acne, as well as not being cakey or heavy on my skin. It is slightly the wrong shade but that wasn’t the products fault the Sephora worker just picked me the wrong shade, sadly. Overall very good product.

End game concealer except

I bought this based on Reddit recommendations on how to replace the now discontinued Makeup Forever full coverage matte concealer (RIP). Although it still doesn’t fully replace that product, it is SUCH an amazing product on its own. It has completely replaced my need for foundation and blends so seamlessly even without a primer. Ordered on a whim too and never had my skin color matched so perfectly! I will be buying again *but* I hate that I need a beauty blender or another tool to apply it…...

It has great coverage and blend-ability. My only qualm is that it's a bit dry under the eyes. Great for covering acne and other imperfections on the skin.

I have VERY dark circles and this covers them. I do find it creases without powder to set…still looking for the holy grail. Hourglass is good too but takes longer to apply.

I absolutely love this concealer. It’s amazing for all over the face and under eyes. Although I did get color matched in store I was disappointed with my shade because it is a couple shades too light.

Bought this originally in 2018 and it was my go to! Repurchased in 2025 and not sure if the formula changed. The concealer now emphasizes texture under my eyes and isn’t as blendable.

A favourite for covering stubborn acne spots

I have had this concealer longer than I’ve known, dated, and been married to my husband (8+ years). It is on its last limb but still going strong. I’ve suffered with hormonal acne throughout the years as I’ve been on and off birth control and this is still my go to for when I get those awful breakouts. Thick enough to cover large red acne spots but sits well enough to not look cakey. It’s also easy to blend. Would recommend!

Disappointing

Did not like this concealer. I purchased it to cover acne/dark spots. It was very drying, hard to blend, and clung to texture & dry patches. Too heavy for my skin! It also would look cakey.

I regret that I never tried it before! I gave up all the concealers because they either were too thin or creased or poor color matching. This one is the best! It doesn’t crease!!! A must-have for acne combination skin

This concealer is so underrated! I wish I knew about it earlier. I’ve been always using liquid concealers for my combination type of skin but I do love the solid ones more right now. It’s also good if you have acne, as it doesn’t cause any breakouts. And it stays for more time than liquid ones no matter what brand and covers great.

CAKEY!

The worst spot conceal/concealer I have ever tried. It is very drying and cakey even after my makeup prep that works well all the time. It dried my skin out very badly and my skin looks terrible with this on.

What I want to say about this product is that it’s really good. It does a great job at covering pimples, but the key is to apply it in moderation—if you overdo it, it will cake. Just use the right amount, and it works really well, especially if you have combination or oily skin, or if you have breakouts that you want to cover.

The GOAT for a reason.

Full coverage, blends like a dream, just a classic that’s always in my routine. I’ve always used the tube/wand of this product but tried this application approach w/my brush and it’s so lovely! I keep the tube/wand in my bag but rarely need to touch up because as long as you set it with a nice powder it really stays. This is the only concealer I’ve used for years now and I don’t see that changing.

Great concealer

Great for covering blemishes and is very blendable and buildable. A little goes a very long way. It has a very matte finish, so if your skin is drying or your putting it on to cover an acne blemish you must moisturize beforehand or it will dry you out.

The shade and brand were recommended for me by a Sephora worker. Unfortunately, it didn't work out because it looked very chalky on my skin in natural lighting.

Dry and cakey

I know this is a hyped up concealer which is why I purchased it, but if you have even a little bit of dry skin… don’t buy it. I don’t even consider my skin to be dry and this just made everything look dry and cakey. Even with proper skin prep it was a no go.

I am writing this review because I saw a lot of reviews mentioning creasing . good spot concealer

this concealer covers my acne and dark spots so well, and as someone with dry skin, it doesn’t look dry or cakey. i wish they had more accurate undertones, i had to go lighter than i usually would to find a shade that didn’t pull yellow on me, and i have neutral undertones. otherwise, it’s a great product and i definitely recommend

best concealer out there

NARS has been a staple brand in my makeup collection, so my review is bias. I used to rebuy the nars creamy concealer in shade caramel alot, which was so nice but this consistency is much thicker, and it applies so smoothly, without feeling thick, and is full coverage. i usually only use this under my eyes, and sometimes to put on my dark spots and then apply my regular foundation over it. It lasts all day, and doesnt crease (when i use the huda setting powder).

Clings to dry patches

Though this product provides amazing coverage, your skin has to be super hydrated for it to look good because it will cling and accentuate any dryness. The colour also definitely does not have cool undertones. I’m super pale and chose this shade based off the photos but it looked soooo orange on me.

I used to shy away from matte products because I have dry skin, but I decided to try something new. This concealer is fantastic, it has such amazing coverage and doesn’t look cakey.

great coverage but not acne-safe

When I was dealing with pretty bad acne, this was a godsend in terms of coverage but then I found out that it's NOT actually acne-safe. When I ran the ingredients through an ingredient checker (acne clinic NYC or Biba los angeles), I found that it ingredients that people with acne-prone skin should avoid. If you have acne-prone skin that easily breaks out, I would stay away from this.

I used to love this concealer until i re-purchased it recently, it seems to be more drying than usual for my combi skin doesn’t matter how much i hydrate before applying it, so it looks patchy. Also the shade is not neutral, it has yellow-orange undertone

i had high expectation from what everyone says online, and this didn’t quite meet them sadly. it’s a good concealer, but doesn’t have the coverage it promises (at least for me). on active acne it gets cakey and doesn’t even cover it.

this used to be perfect when I had really bad acne. It lasts all day, doesnt rub off, and covers redness. Unfortunately, now that my skin is clear, I find it sinks into my acne marks and makes my skin look worse.

Good formula - no shade match.

Love the formula of this concealer - its very full coverage and is ideal for spot correction however it does tend to move a little on my face after applying products over it such as contour, blush, etc. Also they don't have my shade match, I literally swatched every shade in store and most were too yellow / orange which is an issue i've noticed with many NARS products. Broke Me Out

I was hoping this product could replace the now discontinued MAC Studio Finish Concealer but unfortunately it broke me out badly. I only use this product to spot conceal acne blemishes but this only made them worse and not want to go away. They eventually did go away once I stopped using this product. I have a lot of redness and acne scars and this concealer helps over them quite well. some redness does peek through sometimes though! It is super thick so it does feel a little drying even on my oily skin.

I don’t have crazy hyperpigmentation, scarring etc. but I do have dark circles. I use a small amount under my eyes and it’s such a great concealer (and spot concealer) and NOUGATINE is a great shade for lighter olive skin tone. If you’ve seen that girl on tik tok recommend the shade chantilly please don’t do it. It is ghostly white but the product is great nonetheless and lasts forever

I have very oily skin and have been struggling with extreme post-inflammatory erythema (PIE) as a South Asian in her 20s! This is excellent at providing full coverage and someone complimented how nice my skin was not knowing how bad it looked underneath! Do not hesitate to purchase!

I don’t know about this for under eyes? I’ve tried everything, good skin prep, lots of hydration. This settles into lines I didn’t even know I had under my eyes. I have blended with a concealer brush and my fingers. It just looks heavy and dry. Good for blemishes, not for my under eyes. Bummer!!

Ive tried them all-hourglass, dior, pat, haus, tarte, glossier- if it’s hyped, i’ve tried it. And i ALWAYS come back to this. I can sheer it out as foundation, it isn’t fussy with skin prep. Never have a bad day using this.

Great buildable concealer

I am in shade Tiramisu - M1.75. I am impressed by this product. It has coverage but it is buildable! I do color correcting on dark spots & blemishes first before applying the concealer. It’s great for dark spots and blemishes. I recommend going in-store to find your shade though.. NARS runs a bit on the lighter side of shades. I’m a light medium skin tone and I got matched for Medium Cool. So I highly suggest going in-person to shade match.

I am still figuring out my way with this product, but so far it works better than any other I have used. after a while (not just with the concealer but it just happens all the time even with no makeup) my skin on top of my acne kind of flakes and It makes it a bit more obvious and the concealer was HARD to open the first time opening it but good product and good amount of product.

Amazing finish but I did notice overtime it would dry up on my pimples but not on my acne scars. I also noticed my pimple getting worse with this product. Overall if you’re looking for something to JUST cover acne scars with I would recommend this.

While I loved the full coverage, it was too drying to use under the eyes. I had flakes dry patches after it would set in for about an hour.

It’s not as great as the NARS radiant creamy concealer. I happened to get this one because the store ran out of my shade. I would not get this one. I would get the radiant Nars concealer instead! This doesn’t have much coverage as the other one.

The shade in real life is a bit more cool toned than is advertised. The only good thing about this concealer is it's coverage, I've used it under the eyes even though most don't recommend this because it can crease easily (I haven't had this experience). I'd say it separates no matter what I prep my skin with, that's why I avoid using it as much as possible. I usually layer it under my eyes with another concealer and rarely reach for it otherwise. If it was up to me I wouldn't use it at all...

It provided really great coverage however, the problem with it was that it made my under eyes extremely patchy to the point it would crack because it would dry out faster than I could blend. However, the covergage is so good . I just wish I t was more hydrating.

Amazing under foundation

This is the only concealer that gives me a flawless finish! You have to apply this before foundation if not you will see the spots where you applied! I mix this with Nougatine for under my eyes. I like having two shades to use across my face for concealer beeds. I hated this concealer at first when using it under my eyes. The product wasn’t bad at all, it just wasn’t for me. I have dry skin and this isn’t very hydrating. It looked cakey on me. If you have oily sling then this works well for you.
