I like this translucent powder because it controls the shine on my oily skin it doesn't feel heavy, easy to apply. It's almost time to buy it again.

This powder took me a couple of tries to get right but it works very well. My skin is more normal in the summer so I am wondering if it will dry out my skin in the winter when it is more dry.

A new favorite

This product has changed my makeup for the better. Most loose powders i use tend to darken my under eyes and they are never left bright since my skin is pretty fair. this powder keeps the brightness without overwhelming.

Saves my concealer!

This is one of those products I saw an influencer use and I did a lot of research before I finally caved and bought it. I've been using this as a setting powder under my eyes and across the lids because by the end of the day, my concealer is gone and my eyeshadow has settled into the creases. The texture of this powder is very fine, and my skin feels silky all day long. It's very lightweight and blends in really nicely.

Nothing blurs and airbrushes like talc and this is one of the few powders I am getting excited for, ever since everyone started switching to talc free. It reminds me of the old givenchy formula but the soft pink is more brightening than voile rose in my skintone.

Laura Mercier secret brightening color correcting under eye setting powder in soft pink is a very fine powder that is easy to apply. It slightly brightens my under eye area and helps set my concealer. The only downside for me is that it is so very light that I barely see a difference when I wear it. I'm 58 and have always had dark circles under my eyes. I had stopped wearing any concealer once my skin got so delicately wrinkled because all it did was emphasize the cracks! This powder is so fine, and so brightening, that it allows the concealer and/or foundation to stay put and not crinkle. I have been using this daily and it's a definite improvement over normal setting powder, but the translucent doesn't color correct so the other shades definitely give more options and are more versatile. I'll be using this up though

I got the rich peach powder and unfortunately it’s not on my shade so I can’t comment on how it looks. But when I come into the store and try on other lighter shade that more suitable for my skin tone, it’s actually quite nice. The powder is very very fine so it won’t settle in your crease. It went on smoothly and does have brightening effect if you want to get a lighter shade than your skin tone. I actually enjoy it so I’ll purchase a different share and give this another try.

Great lightweight color corrector

I’m a huge fan of Laura Mercier products so when I was asked to sample Secret Brightening Powder for Under Eye - Soft Pink in exchange for an honest review, I jumped on it! I have used liquid color corrector under my eyes, but often it looks cakey and accentuates any fine lines. This powder acts as a color corrector but it’s lightweight and goes on smoothly without any creasing. My eyes look brighter but natural, I feel like I look more awake. I’m a fan and will purchase again when I run out.

Doesn’t Settle!

This product is great for use under the eyes. Most powders settle into the fine lines, but this one sits on top of them, effectively hiding them. Great for baggy under eyes or dark circles.

The best under eye powder I’ve used. It sets like a dream and doesn’t settle into fine lines. (I’m 30 with light creasing and it smooth everything out beautifully). No cakiness or dryness and looked great over makeup!

I often find it hard to find products to set my under eyes with. This works really well and has minimal creasing when using a powder brush or powder puff.

Shine Bright all day everyday

The peachy hue was the perfect way to add an extending concealer to my already flawless look. I loved that it made my eye look bright and polished. The best part of adding this setting powered was that is lasts all day. By the end of the day it looks just like when I first put it on in the morning. I would definitely use this product again.

Highly recommend for dark circle coverage.

Sometimes I have days where I have lack of sleep which causes me to have dark circles under my eyes. My foundation don't seem to cover, and I tried this product in hopes to cover those circles. I have to say how impressed I am on how well it covered those dark circles. If anyone is having that issue this would definitely be a product for you.

I’ve stayed away from setting powder under my eyes because it always makes my fine lines sooo bad! This was so refreshing that it actually set properly and there was minimal creasing.

Brighter Eyes

The powder feels really smooth and went on easily on my skin. It did brighten under my eyes but didn't really conceal a mark I have under my eye. I tried it with a liquid concealer under and you have to be very careful with application as too much of it creases. A little goes a long way. I don't think its necessary if you already have a good concealer.

Love it but lots of fallout

This worked really well. My makeup was set for a night of sweaty fun. I didn’t notice any creasing or sweat messing my makeup up. It was comfortable on the skin and blended in really well. I was worried it would make my skin too light but it didn’t. My only negative is there was a lot of fallout. It was all over my shirt and pants but that usually happens with loose powders. I haven't used a setting powder before and I was drawn to this light pink to, hopefully, brighten my undereye area. I have to say, this makes brighten things up! I've been using a brush and dabbing the powder to the areas I wanted it and then brushing the excess away after a while I recommend it

Pleasantly surprised

I was not sure how I would like this powder under my eyes because I thought it would exacerbate my wrinkles, but I was pleasantly surprised. It actually diminished the look of my under-eye wrinkles. I have used this several times and love what it does. The Lauren mercier brightening powder goes on light and brightens your eyes so you look fresh a renewed. I love how it goes on smooth and does not settle into my lines. It does not cake on and only takes a little of this product to achieve the look your going for.

Under eye help

This product has a little bit of a trial and error process to it but once I figured out the best application , I was pretty pleased with the results. It's not cakey!

While I definitely like this product, I was definitely sent the wrong color, it more matched my skin tone instead of brightening, but I would 100% purchase my correct shade and use it as it does settle my concealer nicely and wears nicely. I would also recommend this to others as well.

Great concept, don’t care for the talc.

I was excited to try this but ended up not using it because the number one ingredient is talc, and the box comes with a warning not to inhale…which is hard not to do when you’re patting a fine powder under your wyes, right next to your nose. If the ingredients were different I would love this, the amount of powder given is generous and the color is beautiful. I’m just trying to buy more clean products.

Talc as a first ingredient BUT (read the review)

Talc as a first ingredient but I trust their sourcing process and I hope it is free of asbestos. Talc itself isn’t bad and it’s a misconception but sourcing and testing matters. Laura M. has been on the market for so long and I believe their diligence. Overall it performs well but I would go with peach color instead of translucent because it was lighter than my skin tone and made it look somehow gray/flat/dull. Lasts a long that that’s for sure and powder is very fine.

I have tried a lot of under eye powder and have had a hard time finding one I really liked until I tried this one. I am loving it! I like the new shade of this setting powder, it did a good job setting my concealer under my eyes. It isn’t crease or cake but it didn’t provide as much mattifying effect as I’d have liked.

This is the best setting powder I’ve ever used. It is so smooth and applies and blends so buttery. It’s the only powder I’ve tried that actually brightens my under eye while not being cakey.

I used this for about a week every day. I like the way it helped set my concealer and it did help it last longer. Make sure you have a small brush to help apply it after concealer is put on. It’s honestly something you can use everyday because it is really quick to apply.

I definitely chose the wrong shade (fair translucent) thinking it would actually be translucent but I should have chosen the golden one for my skin tone. This powder sets and blurs the undereye nicely, but i’m doubtful the translucent shade would work on deeper skintones. It did have a brightening effect but it would have looked more natural if it had a slight tint to it like laura merciers loose face powder which i also use and love.

I've never had good luck with under eye powder, it always made my under eye area appear chalky. But this stuff is great! I've learned to focus on just the inner corner of my under eye and that has helped brighten up my eye area.
