Amazing concealer

I love this concealer it is sooo good. It keeps your under eyes hydrated which is a problem I usually have with drugstore concealers they’re always so dry! The concealers formula is amazing and if you get shade matched it is even better! It is so natural looking and definitely worth the money. I also love how over all affordable it is compared to other and I would say it’s honestly a hourglass dupe!

I truly love the Haus Labs concealer.... the formula blends beautifully and looks very natural on the skin. It’s honestly one of my favoritess. That said, the packaging really needs improvement. Broken wand inside tube

I loved this product right up until I went to use it this morning and discovered that the wand had broken off inside the tube. I am very disappointed as this was not a cheap product and I would expect more from a non-drugstore product.😢😢😢

Love Haus Labs but faulty applicator recently

I purchased this concealer numerous times, but my applicator tip broke off into my most recent purchase. I tried to talk to customer service and they said I can’t exchange a damaged item after 30 days. I did not plan for it to break after 30 days and I still have plenty of product in to so I find it ridiculous on their en.

This would hands down be the best concealer I’ve ever used IF the applicator didn’t break EVERY TIME!!! I can’t waste my money anymore unfortunately so I will be looking for something else

i’ve been using this product for almost 2 months now and i will say it is worth the money and hype. perfect for covering dark undereyes and works way better at covering my acne scars than a lot of other products. blends easily and lasts in the florida heat and school air and i don’t use primer or setting spray, only powder so that’s saying something. also it does actually de-puff.

Faulty product.

Purchased twice. Both applicators broke. Thought the 1st time it was my fault, but 2nd one broke coming out of the container. Actual product is fine. Not life changing, but good. Won’t purchase again though.

I’ve had this concealer since 2024 and it’s lasted me since. It’s self setting so no setting powder needed with minimum creasing. 10/10 will forever repurchase

It’s great

It’s so good I love the formula. It goes on so smoothly! The applicator did fall off, but I think it was my fault because I pressed it on my skin really hard and it was right when the concealer was running out so I just bought a new one.

PERFECT NATURAL CONCEALER

This concealer is better than I ever thought it would be!! It’s lightweight but still full coverage and it looks really natural unlike any concealer I’ve ever used, I love it so much!!!

Not mature skin friendly

I had high hopes for this concealer. As suggested, it simply did not work on my 48 year old eyes. Ot creased TERRIBLY. Additionally, the packaging is awful. The brush could easily break when returning it to the bottle. I would have been furious had mine broken prior to return. For the price, the packaging really needs work.

I absolutely love this concealer however as many have mentioned the doe foot falls off and she's lost to the void. I babied this thing from day one in reading reviews before buying. I stress this product is AMAZING but now it's not so easy to use. I waste a lot using a cotton bud to get product out now. I may see if I can snag a doe foot from another to try and finish the tube. I think I made it 4 months before she split. Great product bad applicator.

FIX THE APPLICATOR!!!!

I’d give it 5 stars because it’s a GREAT product but the APPLICATOR SUCKS! Towards the end of the tubes life it just gives up. I just opened up a new one and the applicator broke when I just opened it. Do better

I hope this review reaches the audience it needs to so that improvements can be made—I love the formula! I love the way it feels on my skin, the level of coverage and blend ability, the staying power, no creasing, one of the best shade matches for me. BUT I’ve had and been using the same tube nearly every day for 5 or 6 months and the end of the applicator just popped off inside the tube, so now it’s harder to get product out and apply. If Haus Labs changes the packaging I will 10/10...

I love this concealer! I got it on a whim, not expecting too much, but now use it everyday. It blends well (but sometimes needs a little more blending) and stays on really well. I recommend! (Also, make sure that it’s applied right, I tried it once before and wasn’t satisfied with it only because it wasn’t put on correctly.)

I love this concealer, I’ve purchased it numerous times. However, the wand is BEYOND cheap. I just purchased another tube on 2-Jan and this morning, the sponge part on the wand broke off. Typically it happens towards the end of the bottle, but this one is basically brand new. This is a major design flaw that needs to be addressed.

Great product - fantastic coverage and doesn’t cake up and dry out. I have dry, textured under eye skin, so this is key for me. I also find it works better on other parts of the face than Natasha Denona, which I found to look too dry around the nose, etc. warning that this concealer will crease a bit - but that’s the trade off for emollience.

I want to love it but it honestly kinda sucks

I love the skincare aspect of this product and absolutely love the foundation, but I’m gonna be so honest, the concealer absolutely sucks. Nice Consistency But Applicator Came Off

I really liked this concealer but the sponge applicator came off inside the bottle and it is now unusable. I don’t think I even made it halfway through it. In terms of the concealer, it is a nice consistency for fine lines and I would say it is more light to medium coverage, but I was overall impressed (minus the applicator).

I tried to love this product but no matter what I do it just clings onto my dry patches so badly!! The shade match is absolutely perfect and has such good coverage, but it’s just so drying and creases after only a few hours of wear! This product has so much potential please fix it!

Good concealer but the applicator breaks in the bottle or while using on your face within a few months. I emailed Haus Labs and the sent me a new concealer and the applicator broke again! I've emailed them 3 times now, each time they send me a concealer but at this point I rather buy a concealer from another brand rather than having the applicator break on me in the middle of me doing my make up. So frustrating.

A full coverage creamy dream

This is my second favourite concealer. It hasn’t quite knocked out my nine year favourite but it is so good. I own three shades, one to colour correct, a skin tone shade and a highlight shade. This concealer blends like a dream.

Applicator broke after a few months

I absolutely love the formula under my eyes and around my nose since it is not drying at all and looks very natural. HOWEVER, after a few months, the applicator broke, and now I am unable to use it. I bought this product thinking they had changed the applicator, but it is incredibly flimsy, and even being gentle does not matter. The applicator is not strongly rooted enough to withstand the pulling required to get the product out of the tube.

Twice I have purchased this product and both times the tip of the applicator fell off. I was so gentle with the second one hoping it would hold up. I can’t get any product out and it’s a waste. Will not buy this again even though I really like the product itself.

The applicator helps if feel soothing however if not applied with the right powder it does can crease.It lasts all day however if doing excessive activities it looks patchy.

Great Concealer, but the Brush Applicator……

This is the perfect concealer!! The shade is the right color and really helps with dark spots and rosacea!! My only issue is the brush applicator broke off into the actual concealer bottle. This is pricey and the last thing I expect is for the brush applicator to break!! I’m kind of disappointed!!

Horrific packaging, beautiful formula

Here's the thing, this was going to be my new favorite concealer. The formula is gorgeous: not cakey, flexible, melts into the skin. The wand applicator is the worst I've ever used. I've barely used this product for two weeks, and the wand snapped off in the tube. I had to pry it out with tweezers. I'll have to get creative to get the rest of the product out, but I shouldn't have to do that for this price. I will not be repurchasing until they fix the packaging.

Needs a massive upgrade

I’ve purchased this product 2/3 times now, because I love the concealer itself, and I wanted to give it another chance, hoping that it was just bad luck. I kinda guessed my shade and it ended up being 100% correct. I'm so impressed honestly I might even buy the foundation once my current one runs out. It didn't settle into my fine lines as bad as some other ones and I have really dry skin. Amazing concealer I am definitely a fan.

Helps dark circles and brightens

I like the way it smooths out my dark circles under and above my eyes. However, the tip came off inside the bottle after using the product only a few times. I can still dot around my eyes to get the same result.

Holy grail of concealers

I used to use charlotte tilbury's airbrush flawless blur concealer and absolutely loved that until I tried haus labs. I have combination skin and it works on drier AND oilier parts of my skin.

Defective Applicator – Batch Issue

I purchased this concealer in store, but when I got home and opened it, I noticed that the applicator was broken and detached inside the tube. I love this concealer, the formula feels so comfortable and the coverage excellent. I was shade matched in store before purchasing, so there was no room for error! Until the applicator broke -inside the bottle and while I was on vacation getting ready for an event. Considering the price this was utterly disappointing. A great product!

This conceal pairs really well with the haus labs foundation. I’ve had both for over 7 months and both wear really well throughout the day. The concealer has great coverage and wears pretty decently under my eyes. The only issue is the fat that the applicator broke off a couple weeks ago, something that will happen if you’re not too careful with it.

When my Josie Maran concealer was discontinued several years ago, I was looking for a replacement and passed on this concealer due to the price being high and all the complaints about the wand breaking. After trying and failing with many replacements I was desperate to find a full coverage creamy concealer that also provided benefits for the skin. Well, well, well! The formula is great but the sponge on the applicator wand broke with only a few applications. Pretty disappointing considering the cost of the product.

Been using this for a while now and I really like it, it doesn’t leave my under eyes patchy and about medium coverage so it’s great for the softer makeup days (but the applicator is pretty flimsy so just be careful)

I actually really like this concealer; it isn’t too thick or thin, not too oily and gives a nice natural finish. My only complaint is that it’s not super buildable.  If you know you want to layer it you have to be quick otherwise I find that it lifts the fist layer off and I have to start again.

The product itself is excellent, but the brush broke after two weeks of using it so I’m scraping what I can from the bear stick onto my face. Not comfortable, but the coverage is great.

I literally love this concealer. It blends perfectly and provides a greate matte finish. However, I don't use a ton of product every day, and the doefoot applicator broke about 6 months into me using this product. Looking into it, I can't get a refund or a replacement because I've had it for as long as I had. A must-have in my new daily routine

I totally forgot the exact shade I am but regardless this is the best light coverage foundation I’ve ever used. Part of my rebrand ish. I love this, definite must have if you light lighter coverage. Blends in beautifully and I didn’t have an texture or dryness problems. I actually mix it sometimes with the rhode glazing milk to give it more of a sheer look sits great.

I absolutely like this concealer! About to buy my third one. For me, who’s more on the oily/combo/acne prone skin type, it has worked amazingly :) However, the applicator tends to break especially at the end which sucks very much.

Great product & Haus Labs replacing broken wand

After using for a while, this product is smooth when applied and has great coverage. My wand actually broke today, but upon emailing Haus Labs with picture and proof of purchase, they are already express shipping a new wand. 5 stars for customer service and quality of product!

Disappointed

I liked the product itself. Unfortunately after a few months, the applicator broke in the tube. Sephora wouldnt exchange or reimburse due to the 30 day return policy. This item is defective and should be exchanged or reimbursed. Obviously this is a very common problem based on all the reviews. They shouldn't be selling defective products. This is a $50 concealer. I love the product itself, but I’ve purchased it twice now and the tip of the wand has broken off both times. I actually purchased my second one because the tip broke on my first one and I thought I would be able to use the second one until it was done and then use the wand to finish my first bottle. Great product but horrible applicator.

I love this concealer! It’s the perfect match. However, the applicator is awful. The applicator for the bottle I was using for a few months started to come loose so I thought maybe I was applying too much pressure. Surely enough i put it back in the bottle and I pulled it out and the tip was broken. Thinking I found a good solution, I grab my new bottle which was still in the packaging and hadn’t been opened yet with the plan of just using that applicator since my old bottle was almost empty...

This is excellent! I have started using it on its own for my no-makeup makeup days and have received compliments on my skin looking great. It’s lightweight, not drying, and doesn’t crease. I’m 39 and early peri skin issues if that helps anyone.

My favorite daily concealer. It’s easy to blend and skin-like. I can wear it with my tinted moisturizer or solo and it stays on without an issue. Only issue is the applicator so I hope that they fix it soon.

I bought this concealer being really skeptical, but after I finished my base it did NOT CREASE at all and while still being very coverage and I have VERY VERY dry skin so I have to do skin prep (I cleanse my face and use a face scrub an then a toner serum and moisturizer then a gel moisturizer on my eyes) and even though I took a nap on min my makeup and wore it for 12 hours I promise you it did not crease i definitely recommend

Great product, sh*tty applicator.

I have super dark, hollow, and wrinkly under eyes and this product has been my saving grace when combating those issues. I was previously using nars concealer until a friend recommended I try this, and now I’ll never go back! I will say though, after only having the product for not even three weeks the applicator just snapped off under light pressure. Super disappointing considering how much I love the formula. Hoping they find a solution for this issue as it seems to be a common occurrence.

Holy Grail Concealer with the WORST applicator

Holy Grail concealer but the WORST applicator! I love this product, but after two broken applicators in a row… time to begin a new quest to find a better option. Just feels ridiculous to spend this amount of money when drug store brands/applicators hold up better.

I didn’t want to like it because it is expensive but the finish is so good. I still look fresh and awake even if I have less sleep. Work wonders on the undereyes and puffiness.

Faulty Applicator

Loved this product WHILE IT WORKED! It blended beautifully but unfortunately the tip of the applicator fell off INTO THE TUBE and is stuck and unable to be retrieved. This makes the product unusable. Very disappointing

Applicator broke off

This is my third time buying this product, and despite how great of a match it is for my skin tone, I cannot keep buying. The concealer itself is amazing and one of my favourite formulas, however, Each time I’ve bought this concealer the applicator tip has fallen off before I’ve finished using the product. I have never been able to fully finish what is in the bottle, as a result. Save your money for a product that you can actually use.

After being using it for a week i like it, it does not cover my big dark circles completely but it helps. The applicator fell inside the bottle after a week I just have the stick now.

Life Saving Brightner…

Concealer is so brightening that sometimes I use it alone without any foundation. It does a lil’ de-puff and it feels good. It goes on nicely. I use a brush, I have to let it set and then go back in and dab with my finger to blend out of creases-I am 54….in decrease.

I liked it initially and it covered acne scars well but it creases so much under my eyes despite lots of moisturizing eye prep

Perfect shade and formula - annoying applicator

Absolutely love this formula and shade match. I have troubles finding good concealer shades for my pale skin because I have a mix of undertones. The fair rosy has been the best I’ve tried. Best liquid under eye concealer

This is the BEST liquid under eye concealer I have ever found. I do have fine lines, and this really doesn’t crease much. It is VERY hydrating and blends so easily. Matches skin and under eyes perfect. I love it so much I have it on 2 shades , one for winter and one for summer

Applicator Breaks Off, Product Hard to Use

Applicator ruins it

I love this product, but the packaging is trash. Like every other review, the doefoot applicator has broken off inside the tube in both full size products ($92 Canadian dollars before tax on 14 ml).

Good product, bad packaging and applicator

I quite liked the actual formula of this as someone with oily skin! However, this is the second time I buy this concealer and the doe-foot applicator breaks off. First time I bought this, the applicator broke as I opened it. The second time it broke after a month of use when I still had over half the product left. I will not be repurchasing this concealer until they fix the packaging and applicator wand.

Amazing for a low maintenance routine

I have been in a mission to create a low maintenance cream based makeup routine and this concealer was a fantastic addition. Blendable by your fingers and even better with a brush. Great cuverage and doesn’t get stuck in fine lines!

Great product TERRIBLE applicator.

love this product but the applicator is absolutely TERRIBLE! I bought one, and the applicator broke off after only 10uses so took it back and Sephora replaced for me thankfully. Decent Formula but not worth the cost.

Formula is nice. I don't feel the coverage lasts as some less expensive brands. Have had less than a month and the applicator tip broke off today. It did seem a little wide and was always tight to remove.

Defective packaging

after using 2-3x the applicator tip broke off, rendering the concealer completely unusable. When I contacted the store to request an exchange, I was told this could not be accommodated due to Sephora’s 30-day return/exchange policy. There should be a different policy for defective products vs other returns. What a disappointing customer experience. I think Sephora should reconsider their poilcy on defective products and not punish the customers.

Great product, unusable packaging

One of my absolute favourite concealers as it’s full coverage while being hydrating and blends great. HOWEVER I have now bought 3 that have all broken. There is something wrong with the packaging and I now that I have confirmed it wasn’t a one-off, I sadly won’t be repurchasing and I can’t recommend it to anyone. Even an employee said there has been complaints about the packaging. If the brand fixes the packaging, I will instantly repurchase

Hydrating natural makeup!

I loved it for days I wanted a natural makeup vibe and I knew I wasn’t gonna workout or be in humid environments. It’s hydrating and honestly didn’t have much problems with it other than it’ll get oily sometimes.

Broken Applicator

I was enjoying the product until the brush broke and the applicator is stuck in the bottle. Now it is just a stick that you can’t really get the product out. I haven’t had this for long :/

Works well, blends easily, medium coverage. I’ve read the reviews about the applicator breaking and I can see how it could potentially break, I am very careful about removing the applicator but feels silly that it’s so delicate!!! Tip broke & came off after only 7 uses

I loved this concealer until the tip of the applicator came off and stayed stuck inside the bottle only after 7 uses and there was no way to retrieve it. I had never applied forces or yanked it, it just came off one day. Cheaply made for the price.

Under Eye Creases

I’ve been using this concealer for a few months now, and while the coverage is great and the color match is great, it does leave pretty distinct creases under my eyes. I wanted to love it, but I’m going to have to look for another concealer

Essential for everyday life

I’ve been using the House Labs concealer every day and I really like it. It has great coverage, feels comfortable on the skin, and doesn’t crease. For me, it could have a slightly stronger scent, but overall it’s an excellent everyday concealer.

After using this product for about a year, I absolutely love it. My only issue is the applicator. I’ve bought this product twice and the applicator broke off both times. After seeing multiple reviews I see this is a common problem. For a 50 dollar product the applicator should not be breaking off. I don’t even know how to use the lroduct properly with out the applicator. Hopefully they fix this problem

V nice

The color match is almost perfect. I use it to spot conceal and under the eyes. It blends really well, has buildable coverage, does not crease, makes me look hydrated and not overly oily. Best concealer I've used in my 31 years of life hehe

My favorite concealer!

I'm approaching 40. So, I have a few fine lines/wrinkles under my eyes. I feel like most concealers end up highlighting this problem area (not in a good way). Not this one! It blends seamlessly, brightens without spotlighting my wrinkles, hydrates, and does not settle. I prep the area with eye balm, put this on my hand, and pick it up with a BK beauty concealer brush. Lasts all night without reapplying.

Im giving this a 3 star because it didn’t help depuff like it says. It creases after a while of wearing it.

Not Worth the Hype

I don't have dry skin and even with extensive, quality skin prep and setting, this concealer creases under my eyes and completely fails to cover up trouble spots without looking flaky within an hour or two of application. I've tried everything to get this concealer to work but it's just not living up to the hype. And while it's not the most outrageously priced concealer on the market, it's still way too expensive for the flimsy results it offers.

Great Product, Bad Applicator

This product is great. However, this is the third time the applicator has broke on me. I wish Haus Labs would look into this and fix this issue with the applicator because the concealer itself is such a favorite of mine. Will not be repurchasing due to this issue as it wastes too much product.

Favorite concealer!

This is amazing to use to cover up blemishes or dark spots. It’s noncomedogenic, so it doesn’t make my breakouts worse. It has arnica which might help with the redness. It also has other skin care ingredients that help heal my breakouts. I think it's self-setting. I don't use any primers, powders, or setting sprays most of the time. I work 12-hour shifts for work the coverage is still there when I get back home. I also like it for my under eyes too.

It is creamy and glides on like butter however my skin reacted to something in the product so it’s not a product that works for me. I have mature over 40s skin that is sensitive and currently on the drier side as well are in cooler weather.

I have pretty dry under eyes with some creasing from aging. I usually moisturize and prep my under eyes very well then go in light handed and build up coverage from there :) I find it blends really beautifully with a small blender sponge. Staying power is also great! sometimes I do get some creasing, but in order to avoid that I’ll pick up excess product in the little lines/creases with a q-tip then blend out some some and set with power

It actually conceals

This covers dark under eyes and hyperpigmentation without a color correcting step. That’s been the results for me and I will buy again and again.

Applicator Broke! Fix it please

i actually like this concealer and it sits well under my eyes.. but I absolutely hate the applicator! why is the mouth of the tube so small but the doe foot applicator is so big. an incredible concealer. the shade range is incredible for someone with pale neutral/cool toned skin. the cool tones are SO cool that i can get away with a neutral shade for my exact match, and shade 03 when i want a brighter look. the only concealer i use anymore. comparable to the lisa’s revealer concealer, but without the weird smell, and with way better shades

This one broke my heart

Wanted to love this sooo bad after seeing all of the positive reviews but this just clunggggg to my dry patches and looked so cakey under my eyes no matter what I did. Listen, I’ve been using Lancôme concealer for years but this color match is literally insane!!

The formula of the concealer is good. It blends well and has a good medium coverage however after a couple months of using it, the top of applicator fell off.

I’m 31 and this is perfect formula for mature skin. This is the only thing I use, I don’t use base just this +blush+powder, This has travel with me to the other side of the world almost a year ago to China and then 5 month ago to Pakistan and is still going strong bottle still has product. .

I love this concealer everyday. I'm 41 years old and this gives me the perfect amount of coverage. Most days I just use it and no foundation and it looks natural. I don't need to set this with powder, although some days I do.

Great for acne prone skin

Genuinely the only skin product that actually matched my skin tone well without being too orange or yellow or pink. It also doesn’t break me out as I am acne prone. On top of this I have oily skin and it doesn’t feel heavy on my skin. Genuinely this is a perfect concealer.

Broke within 60 days

I started using this product about a year or so ago. I own so many concealers from high end luxury, middle, down to some low end. At least 20 concealers in my drawer. And this one is a staple (I have about 3 staple concealers). This is one of the first ones I’ve ever finished and had to buy more. No scent. It glides seamlessly. NOT for 60+ Dry Skin

I was influenced to buy this, but contrary to many influencers claim, it doesn’t dry down nicely on very mature 60+ dry skin. It emphasizes texture. Kosas is much creamier and better for older skin.

New fave product

Obsessed!! I’ve been using more as a foundation and the coverage is great. It’s one of the very few products that don’t cause my skin to immediately get textured clogged pores after applying or dry my skin out.

Great formula, but bad applicator

Color match went surprisingly well considered I did it online. The formula is not too thick, yet not too watery either - the perfect in between. Coverage is buildable and looks natural. I was previously using the Natasha concealer, but I've been reaching for Haus every day as of lately. I love that it's a clean product & cruelty free too. not made for DRY skin

I’ve been using this product the past few months, and though I really loved the brush, my reaction to the concealer was more meh. After using the product and seeing the result I think this is perfect for people who have normal to oily skin. It’s gives this powdery airbrush look. However, I have really dry skin, and it simply didn’t sit right on my skin.

Amazing!!

i absolutely love the concealer, it blends perfectly but the first time i opened it and tried to take the applicator out the tip broke off...i had another one but in a different shade and that didn't happen with that one so it's a little unfortunate but i love the concealer!!

Really impressed with the Haus Labs concealer — it blends beautifully and feels super lightweight on the skin. The coverage is buildable, giving a smooth, natural finish without looking cakey. It brightens the under eyes nicely and lasts through the day. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it performs great overall, it could offer just a bit more coverage for darker spots. Still, one of the best concealers I’ve tried lately!

Applicator broke

The end of the applicator broke off not long after purchasing but outside the return window. This appears to be a common problem, and not isolated to the one I received. Would not buy again.

Amazing concealer - applicator breaks very quickly

Removed a star because the applicator wand breaks every. single. time. Otherwise, this is the best concealer I’ve ever used. Very little product needed, no creasing, feels like skincare. Fix the wanda PLEASE!

Waste of money on poor packaging

Great product but waste of money due to poor packaging. This is my second time purchasing the product, only to have the tip of the application brush break off in the product. What a waste of money

Good concealer, bad applicator

I love this concealer so much, but the packaging is awful! I’ve bought four of these over time, and the wand has broken on the last two before I’ve even used half the product.

Good product but disappointing packaging

I really love this concealer — the formula is beautiful! It blends seamlessly, gives great coverage without feeling heavy, and wears well throughout the day. However, the packaging could definitely be improved. The applicator broke not long after I purchased it, which made it difficult to use the product properly. Hopefully, Haus Labs can address this issue because the concealer itself is truly amazing!

I love the product but the brush just fell off when I was trying to apply it to my face I wish they make the brush really strong that it doesn’t break easily

this is genuinely the best concealer I’ve ever tried. Perfect finish, coverage, and color. Unfortunately, I’ve realized it makes me break out really badly which is confusing bc it’s supposed to be a noncomedogenic product, but then I checked the ingredients and it has some oils my acne prone skin doesn’t react well to :(. I still use it in special occasions bc it’s just too good. Really hope the brand comes out with a version without the oils

honestly i go back and fourth between the haus labs concealer and the nars one, but for the past year and a half i’ve only been using the haus labs one. SO GOOD!

I LOVE this concealer it’s my favorite! I bought two for my mom and I, and we both separately had the same exact problem! Both of our applicator tips broke! Hers broke before she opened it, mine broke after like three appplications

horrible applicator

I really do like this concealer The only thing is the applicator broke off after me using it only three times since I've gotten it I'm very disappointed because I really like using this concealer it works well. I probably won't be buying the concealer again just because of the applicator issue unfortunately.

Terrible applicator

I have acne prone skin and I’m on accutane so I have dry skin at the moment and I actually love the formula BUT the applicator broke the first couple of uses but I actually liked the formula so I bought a brand new one to use the applicator but that one broke as well. So I don’t think it’s worth buying if the applicator doesn’t change

Defective packaging.

The product itself is amazing. But I’m so disappointed because I’ve only had it for a couple weeks and the dough foot applicator broke off inside of it. There is no reason that this should happen. Now most of the product will now be wasted because of it. 

Applicator breaks (3rd time)

Love the product but this is the third time my applicator has broken off. My Sephora store said this happens a lot with this product. Haus Labs - PLEASE FIX THIS. For how expensive it is, it shouldn’t be unusable

I love this product, however the applicator broke after not having the product for long. The formula is great but the packaging could be better.

Defective

The applicator just breaks off. I thought it was just me maybe applying it to rough?? But after reading reviews I see I’m not the only one with this problem. Really sucks because i actually liked the concealer.

Applicator FELL OFF RIGHT AWAY

The concealer itself is amazing. The texture feels really good and I like how it covers my dark circles. BUT the applicator fell off inside the bottle right away, I didn’t even had a chance to try it :( PLEASE FIX IT 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Disappointed!

I live 3 hours away from a Sephora so imagine my disappointment when I opened my concealer for the first time to use it and the wand is broken😭 I’m not able to return/exchange for a while due to the distance so I’m upset as I need concealer to cover my dark circles. Faulty Applicator

I absolutely love this concealer; however, out of the last three I have purchased, all three of the applicator sponges have come off, with no way for me to really apply the concealer.
