Good but not hydrating nor creaseless

Shade match is beautiful! Especially for my peachy undertone in winter. I found it drys down fast so how you set it matters. Throughout the day wear was fine but does crease under the eye every time I’ve tried different methods.

The concealer a keep coming back to

The concealer is creamy and easy to manipulate. Doesn’t dry immediately if you take your time to handle it. The coverage is pretty good and natural looking. It is not 24h long lasting, but perfect for day to day makeup. The only times I saw it crease was when I applied too much. A little goes a long way. I’ve been repurchasing it for the over 2 years. Although I tried other brands and formulas like Westman Atelier, this stayed my go to.

best under eye concealer

i cannot do my makeup without this product!!! my go-to concealer for my under eyes, and i’ve tried sooo many! lightweight & buildable, never breaks me out, just perfect.

Good Match that Works

This is me buying the full size after buying the small size. I'm not easily impressed with concealers because I have naturally dark circles but this was a good match, covered well and has a creamy consistency. It also has good staying power.

Love this concealer. It’s definitely on the creamer side so I would recommend always using a powder with this that way it won’t crease. My skin looks airbrushed whenever I use this and it lasts me all day.

this is worth it in my opnion if you have acne paired with the foundation it goes great together flawless either you finish it with the powder or leave it as is depending on the look that you want to have but this concealer is one of my top if not my favorite just because of the coverage just wish there was more product in the pic i set it with the milk makeup loose powder

Great but not for me

I think this product is good if you have oily skin. personally this would show my dry skin even more and i would really have to keep my skin moisturized and spray setting spray to keep it from drying out on me. the formula was nice and creamy but i don’t think it was for me.

Don’t buy it!

This is the worse concealer for those of us who are tretinoin users. For reference I have combo skin prone to breakouts. This concealer is very heavy coverage and not acceptable for my skin type. It caused pilling and after 6 hours of wear my skin was so itchy and it burnt. I couldn’t wait to wash my face off. Sadly disappointed!

I bought this hoping I would understand the hype. I did not. The coverage is great but it creases like NO OTHER! I would say I take very good care of my skin and it’s very healthy. But it seriously brings out any sort of minor texture. It is also SUPER hard to blend out. If you let is sit for even just a few seconds, it literally will look so splotchy. Packaging also leaks like no other. Very VERY disappointing.

Packaging issues

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I’ve bought the Hourglass Concealer before and loved it, which is why I reordered it. Unfortunately, this time the product failed immediately upon opening. The box arrived completely intact and all other items in my order were in perfect condition. Absolute Must Have

The coverage is medium-to-full and blends so smoothly without looking cakey or heavy. It brightens my under-eye area really well and still looks natural throughout the day. Good but drying

I got the wrong shade of this initially, so it did appear a bit orange on me. However, it is a very beautiful formula, yet it does cling to the dry patches on my forehead. Very full-coverage and no creasing that I’ve noticed though!

Texture time

Tried a sample of this after prepping skin. It showed so much texture!!! Picked up the tiniest flaw and magnified it. So bad I removed it and put on my usual NARS before work. Tossed it; this is a hard no for me!

It’s worth the hype!

This concealer does it all. I don’t wanna say you need to be an expert to know how to use this concealer, but these are one of those concealers where you need to work fast. The finish on this concealer is lovely. It lasts a very long time. It doesn’t really crease under the eyes in my opinion and settles well under powders. It’s a modifying concealer so take note of that

I took the plunge and spent the $$$ on this bad boy walking away very disappointed. It’s goes on nicely and blends well but instantly creases and dries out my under eyes. The shades are nice. That’s about it. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase

I’ve used this product lots, I’ve tried using it so many ways with different skin prep, setting sprays, and different techniques. Every time I used it I ended up having dry patchy spots all over my face and it looked unnatural.

Nice blending and hydrating concealer

Purchased the mini to test this out, it blends nicely and is hydrating not drying on the skin. Gives medium buildable coverage and minimizes my dark circles while smoothing the under eye area. Doesn’t crease and smooths some of my crease, will see if it stands at the end of the day but so far so good

Don’t recommend

After a plane it under my eyes that immediately starts increasing and caking up.

Dry skin/eczema caution

i do not recommend this concealer if you have sensitive or dry skin - specifically eczema. since i’ve added this to my routine my under eye and eye lid has been extremely dry and flaky. i would suggest natasha denona.

Oxidizes like crazy

I was super excited for this product, and in so many ways it’s the best concealer I’ve ever used. It builds easily, doesn’t really cake, but it oxidizes and turns orange. At first I suspected other products but I swatched it on my hand and it not only turned orange but separated a little (just on my hand) and I realized it didn’t blend as well as I thought. If this issue is fixed, I’d buy a million times over. As of now, I’ll wait until the summer to use this just to avoid wasting any.

Excellent coverage, the very best choice in concealer. I've using this for years and I really can't go without it. It's wonderful at covering redness and blemishes, the staying power is amazing. I have dry skin and it doesn't dry you out or look heavy. The superfine shimmer powder within this product (that Hourglass is known for) adds a glow/diffused look to natural skin. It's SO GOOD.

Just Okay

Very orangey? I got it to be my summer shade I guess but it’s not really a cool toned concealer. It builds well with other products, but it gets patchy really easily as well :( Feels very light on the skin though, no weird odor, and the applicator is nice

My Go-To Concealer for Dark Circles & Redness

The best concealer I’ve ever used. It doesn’t crease under the eyes and doesn’t emphasize dry patches. It perfectly covers redness and dark circles. Highly recommend.

Creases like no other

Wanted to love this product, and did at first. Application was smooth and it covered my blemishes, but within an hour it creased a lot under my eyes. Disappointing and am going to return.

My all time favorite concealer. it’s very full coverage, and it blends nicely. the undertones are spot on as well. the only problems i have with are that it leaks like crazy, and after wearing it for a few hours it for a few hours it starts to slightly crease a little under my eyes. i’ve tried multiple different setting sprays as well. but overall i love it!

This is the only concealer i've used for 4 years straight. I am fair and cool toned - creme works great most of the time and silk for when I have a bit more colour. A little goes a long way- this will last you forever.

Probably hands down the best concealer I’ve ever used. I prime properly and have no cakeiness or pilling. Only downside is this product LEAKS like crazy. Definitely do not store it on its side.

i've tried so many concealers because I have awful dark circles that are genetic so I can't do anything about it, and this has literally saved me the combo with the huda beauty powder it's just gorgeous. There's an amazing amount of product. But I'd say a minus for the shades because I kind of struggle to figure out my shade and it's not perfect.

Creased dry mess

Honestly I don’t understand the hype. I have a combo skin type and keep my under eyes hydrated with skin prep etc .. yet this concealer still creased terribly and dried out my under eyes so bad it was unfixable .

i don’t know if it is just me but this concealers creases so much i cannot make it work at all no matter which method i use. i tried powders setting sprays and many different techniques but its just a creasy mess.

If you have dry skin, this product gets very annoying to work with come fall time. Also a little does not go a long way. Otherwise, the coverage is very good. It’s a good concealer if you have oily skin though, not combination or dry.

Definitely feel like Hourglass has some staple products within their line but not as impressed as I was with my first Hourglass concealer shade. The formula is much better then other brands but just wished I would have chosen another shade to fit my complexion more in the winter months.

This is a really good concealer. SUPER high coverage which I love, but it NEEDS to have a PERFECT base to go on top of otherwise it will CREASE CREASE CREASE like crazy!!! Too dry

I always make sure to moisturize my under eyes really well before applying any product. At first, I thought this concealer looked amazing it brightened my under eyes beautifully. But after a few hours, it became extremely dry and started to look patchy. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not for dry skin

This is product is pretty, but it may be better for those who don't have dry under eyes. I have dry-combo skin but I felt like this product accentuated fine lines despite moisturizing. I have tried other concealers but seems like this product may be more suited for those with less dry under eyes. I really wanted this product to work out but unfortunately does not fit my skin type. I do like the shade range though, i feel like I can use multiple concealors wen it comes to shades.

Great, just not for dry skin

I have tried multiple times to make it work because of the price, but this stuff creases and dries me out. Definitely do not recommend for combo/ dry skin types. It does have decent coverage though, just not compatible with my skin.

Good but a bit drying

I’ve been using this for 2 years now and I love it but it does get a bit drying for under your eyes so I’ve been trying new concealers for my undereyes but I still use it for other areas on my face and love it. I haven’t been able to find one that covers my dark circles as much as this one , definitely recommend if you aren’t worried about drying undereyes (I use tretinoin so it dried me out more than it used to before)

I purchased this concealer a while back, so I’m not sure if the formula has changed since then. I used this concealer for about a year and I loved it because it has amazing coverage! The finish is flawless!!! However, i would not consider this lightweight at all! Does crease!! And before yall come at me, I now use the Tower 28 concealer and still apply the same amount of product I used with the Hourglass one and this one don't crease. So, if you love the full full coverage this will be for you.

Very good concealer

It's a very creamy concealer, but it tends to crease, at least for me. I do have a little bit of dry under eye and fine lines, so it sets there, but as long as I hydrate well the area and set with a good powder, it's good to go.

Great coverage but poor packaging. It leaks between the cap even when upright, which made a mess. Returned it.

It’s nice, but drying

I’ve gone through so many shades of this concealer just to find the right one. After a while it just makes my under eyes look incredibly dry and settles into my smile lines. Nice coverage but I think I’ll try another concealer

Beautiful formulation! Undertone is a little warm

Absolutely love this product, very good formulation with a great amount of coverage! The only thing that could be better is the tone! I find the lightest shade still has that warm/ yellow undertone and as someone with a pale/pink skin tone I find it can look a little off! Other than that it is great!!

For eyes with Zero creasing

This may be a great product for someone that is young with flawless skin, but for women with mature skin and any lines around the eyes...stay away from it.

It's pretty good so far. It doesn't hide my eyebags all the way, but it hides them more than my other concealers! A lot of this goes a long way! it does crease, tho but not too bad!

The rave over this product made me give in. I like that it self sets. But no matter how I apply it it just emphasizes my lines and looks terrible. I’ve tried cream under:no cream, setting spray before;with;after, powder: no powder. Sponge: brush: finger. Y’all get it. I’m sad because that’s money down the drain.

Great for nights out

Definitely full coverage and very pigmented. It’s a bit finicky because it only works if you set it with powder (I also use a brush to dust on the powder and wouldn’t recommend baking it) but once you do that I’ve found that it really stays on perfectly the whole night, even through sweat. Not an every day concealer in my opinion but great for full glam moments.

New favorite

This concealer is great! I have dry, sensitive skin and am starting to get fine lines in the corners of my eyes. I also work 80 hrs a week. This covers my dark circles, lasts all day, and doesn't crease. It also doesn't look dry

Overhyped?

I got this product because it was overhyped and I’m not sure I like it. Even with under eye prep I find it still cakey. In other areas of my face it’s fine and I use a sponge to apply it.

I was expecting very high expectations for this concealer based off the great reviews and hype. The applicator is great and goes onto skin very smooth. Unfortunately, after blending I notice that the product creases and creates dry patches even with moisturizing and prepping my skin. creates dry patches

I wanted to love this because I loveee the foundation stick. I also had high hopes for trying a high end concealer (I used tarte shape tape formal a long time without any complaints), but the packaging is super leaky and this just emphasizes lines you don’t even know u had. It’s a NO for me.

A holy grail makeup product

Everyone knows this is a holy grail concealer with a color corrector formula and it definitely is. Love this. I’ve medium skin tone with neutral undertones and apricot really helps my dark circles vanish completely

Amazing concealer, terrible packaging

I have literally never left a review but for this... I had to. I adore this concealer. I am very fair and it blends into my skin seamlessly and I can put it on perfectly with just my fingers. Amazing. However.. the packaging. Oh the packaging. This stuff gets everywhere. all over my makeup my hands my sink its really the worst. Hourglass if you read this please consider changing the packaging because its ruining an otherwise amazing product

Convinced this can cover anything. I got a major black eye (accident at Oktoberfest) that lasted over a week and not a single person could tell thanks to this concealer and the Dior Forever Foundation Stick. The two covered up bruising seamlessly so I didn't have to worry about going out

I bought the mini to test out and I absolutely love it. I use a moisturizing eye cream beforehand and only use it sparingly without foundation and it looks beautiful.

I'm 29 Hispanic with great skin and just do your skincare and you should be good. the best concealer on the market if you're normal-combination. Worked but not well. Leaky container.

It did the bare minimum for me. I had to blend with a damp sponge to avoid unevenness. It dried up too much on the face overtime. After 2 weeks the container started leaking and gradually got worse until I just had to throw it away. The glue holding it together fell apart.

This concealer is all over TikTok, so I decided to buy it and honestly terrible, the coverage is ok, but it creases so bad and it creates patches under my eyes and it separates my under eye when I blend with a beauty blender or a makeup brush

If you have any kind of under eye texture this concealer will emphasize all of it. It just ended up looking very cakey and dry I have oily skin too.

I love this concealer because it blends like butter. I wore it overnight one time for a test and I woke up and it was barely cakey. Normally any concealer that stays on my face longer than four hours struggles because I have oily skin. This concealer works

Good product horrible packaging and durability

For the past two weeks, I have loved this product, aside from leaking when it travels. I have had the worst night and I was going to clean up my vanity and since it was leaking, I cleaned it up with a tissue. Very disappointing product from a brand I love. This concealer is much too thick for mature under eyes. Even with a good eye cream and minimal application, this product looks heavy and cakey. I do not understand the hype from content creators. Steep price tag for an awful product.

Close to the old Lancôme teint idole concealer

A must have

This is by far the best concealer I’ve ever used! I have melasma, and it covers it flawlessly. Even with my dry skin, it doesn’t crease at all. Just the tiniest amount goes a long way—it truly works like magic.

Breaks easily and hourglass won’t fix.

This was purchased from Sephora. I dropped the concealer in my bathroom and it shattered everywhere due to being cheaply made. I reached out to hourglass to let them know. I didn’t get a response so I followed up. I received a generic message to reach out to Sephora since I didn’t buy on the hourglass website. Hourglass doesn’t care! This was a product issue not Sephora! Won’t be repurchasing since they don’t take care of their clients! This stuff isn’t cheap and really not worth the price.

Best Concealer I’ve Used (in MY Experience)

This concealer is that girl when it comes to coverage. I had a great beauty advisor at Tucson Mall (who is a drag queen by night) swatched this shade on me and it was the perfect match. I use it every time I put on a look when I go out to her shows.

I have tried so many concealers to cover up my scarring and this the only product that actually works for me. Best money I spent. Definitely going to be a repurchase.

First of all, after using this product ONCE, the applicator broke. As for the actual product, it was wayy too cakey and extremely sticky for some reason? It immediately creased wherever I applied it and didn't blend very well

This concealer is one of the worst I’ve used. It makes you look much older than you are. It provides great coverage, but it’s extremely drying. It separates badly and clings to dry spots and fine lines, no matter how well you prepare your skin. If you use thin layers to layer it, it will grab on your brush and remove the previous layer. Love it! but the packaging…

Three stars for the concealer itself—as someone with sensitive skin and hormonal acne, my skin loves it! It covers redness so well and doesn’t worsen existing breakouts. I take off two stars because of the packaging. With a product at this pricepoint, it shouldn’t be such a mess. There needs to be a better stopper to keep all of the product in!

Amazing Formula but Doesn’t Last Long

Packaging sucks!

I work in beauty and have tried so many concealers. I had my doubts about this because it is very expensive per ml, but honestly I can’t lie this is amazing. I have greasy skin and this doesn’t move at all. It has the prettiest natural natural mat look. This is def a must try.

Consider this before.

You need to learn how to work with it, I have really dryyy under eyes, and the skin prep is super important. Try a great toner, hydrating eye cream and for extra hydration a moisturizer on top of it all. Mario Badescu rose water is great as toner.

I love this concealer, I love the color, the coverage, and packaging. But the reason I took off a star is because as the day goes by, you notice that it creates creases and gets into your natural eye creases. But it can be prevented for a longer period of time by applying a thick eye cream beforehand, not over applying, and setting with pressed setting powder. And id definitely recommend blending it with a damp sponge, because if you try blending it with a brush, it will definetly seperate....

Beautiful shade range, but broke me out

I wanted to love this product due to the noise about it in the stores and on social. In the past, I’ve used Nars and Armani Beauty and knew that this would have a comparable quality and packaging. I knew that it was full coverage and had a beautiful shade range. However, the formula broke me out and it’s been weeks where I’m still recovering. I kept the stars for the thoughtfulness in the shade range.

I spend a lot of money at Sephora and I don’t appreciate them lying saying that if you spend $25 on the hourglass concealers, you can get three samples because I want to pick up my order today and that was not the case.

This concealer creases with powder and without, even when lightly applied. The finish is dry and the coverage is skimpy. I’ve gotten better results from drugstore brands, so I am very confused by the hype.

Over priced product

Not worth the money, it has the same texture and feel as any drug store concealer, does not blend well and feels sticky. I tried it on my hand in store at the advice of a sales associate who convinced me to buy it. When applying on my face, especially to hind wrinkles under the eyes, I was disappointed. Too embarrassed to return it, but I should have.

This concealer applies and blends nicely however for a high-end, expensive concealer, the amount it leaks really really bothers me. Every time i travel I can guarantee the inside of my makeup bag will be coated with the hourglass concealer which I don’t think is talked about enough… maybe that’s just my experience but I found this even with the full size product

I agree it’s full coverage but it makes fine lines I didn’t even know existed appear under my eyes. I look so old with this on, literally no other concealer does this to my under eyes. Okay to Luse in tiny sparing amounts or mixed with a hydrating concealer but who wants to do that. The cotton shade is also super yellow, but at least they’ve recently expanded the shade range, which was much needed.

This concealer sucks. I’ve been forcing myself to like it because its $38, but honestly, it’s just not good. Tiktok really had me fooled! I typically love all hourglass products but this one sadly disappointed me. I have very dry skin so when I put this under my eyes it enhanced the dryness so much. I also used it to spot conceal, which I did like it for, but then I tried it another time with a skin tint layered on top (also from hourglass) and it broke up so badly I had to wash the entire thing off and start over. This has been my go-to concealer for awhile now, but the packaging is just so bad. Thankfully a little amount goes a longgg way (it's great for covering dark circles under eye) because I feel like so much product is wasted. Great for glam not everyday

This is a FULL coverage concealer! I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use on dry and mature skin. It's great for those days when you want to glam up and take your time using proper skincare for maximum hydration. I don't love that neutral shades are pulling more yellow. If you're oily you'll love it!

Best concealer I have ever used

I am over the moon about this concealer. This stuff really does have an airbrushed effect. My pores, small lines and wrinkles are all less noticeable. This stuff doesn’t sit in my creases and holds all day without looking cakey under my eyes. I’m also very happy with the fact that it’s waterproof.

I absolutely love this concealer. It gives such a great brightened look to my under eyes. I have had no issues with it creasing and it lasts all day long for me. Definitely going to be purchasing this again after I use this one up.

I’m obsessed with this concealer! The formula is thin yet nourishing on the under-eyes and it leaves me with a soft smooth finish that doesn’t crease or look cakey! I find its medium coverage but easy to build to full!

Love this concealer! It’s my go to for everyday use! I love that this concealer feels amazing - meaning creamy and easy to blend. It covers up any imperfections and blemish scars and is long lasting easy to use and feels amazing on the skin. It’s one I would recommend to all!

This concealer applies beautifully and is very full coverage. I find the wear throughout the day is what I don’t like. It sets in lines even when setting. I do think if you age. No fine lines and or don’t have dry skin it will work best.

I love this concealer! This shade is a little light for me but I will definitely be repurchasing & getting the right shade. This one gives beautiful coverage and isn’t too thick. And I love the doe foot!

This is my all time favorite concealer! It covers up my dark circles which are intense! you only need a little bit for it to work so the tube lasts a really really long time! I recommend this to everyone who has blemishes

Second time trying this out!

This is my second time revisiting this concealer and mind you. I’m a no make up make up type of girl. I’ve come to the realization that this concealer is definitely for the full coverage, girly. I love how full coverage it is without the heavy feeling. The fragrance is minimal and I would say a little goes a long way. Full coverage

. This concealer is actually really nice and full coverage. I think that a last a while as well because I used it on a pretty warm day (I sweat a bunch) and it didn’t really crease as much as I would have thought

I really like this concealer. It is not super full coverage but you can do layers and make it more full coverage. I like the shade range and was able to find a great color for my pale skin. Overall it is a good concealer.

This is definitely my new favorite concealer. It looks amazing and blends perfectly, making it perfect by itself or perfect underneath foundation. And it lasts all day with no creasing! I highly recommend this concealer.

First Timer

Trying this concealer for the first time and I’m loving the coverage! It’s easily blendable with my fingers too and left an almost matte finish. Letting it dry down really gave the best results in my opinion.

This is a beautiful concealer, love the shade amd the consistency is smooth and not drying at all, it also does not give the cakey or creasy look after applying! My makeup looks great and airbrushed’ definitely recommend
