This look is bold, captivating and definitely will draw a lot of attention. To achieve it you will need:

  • Matte white shadow
  • Light matte grey shadow
  • Matte dark teal blue shadow
  • Blue glitter or glitter liner
  • Liquid eyeliner (can be gel or pen eyeliner)
  • Icy blue satin finish shadow
  • Mascara
  • False eyelashes
  • Concealer

Prime your eyelids and underneath the lash line with the Eye Primer. Set everything in place with some powder or nude eyeshadow. Take a large eyeshadow brush and cover your eyelid, brow bone area with matte white eyeshadow.

Take a matte grey shade on a Fluffy Eyeshadow Brush and apply it in your crease, blending it up and out to create a cat-eye effect. On the same brush take a matte teal blue shade and apply it on the outer corner of the eye, blending it into the crease, together with the grey. Pack some more of the dark teal blue shade on a packing brush and put it directly into the outer corner. And again blend with blending brush.

Finally, glitter time! Apply blue glitter in the center of the eye, blend it slightly with the shadows. Grab a small eyeshadow brush and put the icy blue shadow in the inner corner of the eye.

Make a thick cat-eye with Liquid Eyeliner, apply some mascara and put on your false eyelashes. To clean up the eyeshadows for perfect cat-eye shape, take a bit of concealer on a concealer brush and drag a line from the outer corner of the eye to the eyebrow. Now the eyeshadow should look more sharp and defined.

To finish off the eye look, use some dark teal blue color on a small brush and work it into the bottom lash line. Apply mascara on lower lashes and you are good to go!
